Dear Sir or Madam:

RE:  REPORTS OF INTIMIDATION COMMITTED BY U.S. MARSHALS OR THEIR IMPERSONATORS

REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF ALL DOCUMENTATION PURSUANT TO THE ABOVE OCCURRING IN THE DALLAS, TX AREA BETWEEN DECEMBER 2011 AND MARCH 17, 2012

I am owner and editor of The Post & Email (www.thepostemail.com), an electronic newspaper which reports on corruption in government.

I have received three reports from individuals directly involved that on numerous occasions occurring in the time frame noted above, teams of two U.S. Marshals or those pretending to be U.S. Marshals have shown up at homes, businesses and in neighborhoods demanding to know if anyone knew of a threat made against a federal judge.  I can find no news reports on any such threat and do not know that one was ever made.  There is an audio recording of an exchange between one of those targeted for apparent intimidation and the two people purporting to be in your employ, paid with U.S. taxpayer funds, which indicates that the “threat” the Marshals were pursuing did not occur.

The eyewitnesses told me that the local FBI worked in concert with the Marshals to procure personal information and even possibly tap the phone of one of the victims as well as threaten his elderly relative.

You may read my coverage of this latest report at http://www.thepostemail.com/2012/03/26/have-u-s-marshals-in-texas-broken-the-law/, and the audio recording referenced above is at http://www.lawinjustice.com/d7/node/63.

On March 26, 2012, I left a message with the “Investigating Officer” at the Northern District of Texas regional office, but my call was not returned.  I contacted Director Hylton’s office this morning and was turned away, having been told that “We don’t take calls from the media.”  I was then given another number to call which was not in service.

I am requesting any and all information in your files relating to these incidents of intimidation which appear to have resulted from the unconstitutional house arrest of Mr. Jeffrey Baron, a Dallas-area resident whose company, assets, and life savings have been seized and plundered in an unspeakable display of judicial activism and lawlessness.  Perhaps the Marshals should be questioning the judges involved instead of smearing Baron’s name and intimidating his friends and relatives.

I would like to know if individuals purported to be U.S. Marshals and if so, whether or not they have been apprehended.  If they were not imposters but instead in the employ of the federal government,  I seek the names and badge numbers of those involved, the communications from their superiors or the judges who ordered them to do what they did over a span of more than three months; and why they were dispatched to do what they did, which reportedly included holding up a photo of Mr. Baron and demanding to know if he had threatened a federal judge.  Had he done so, why would the U.S. Marshals be asking his acquaintances?  Why wouldn’t he have been sought and taken into custody, which he has not?

I am willing to pay whatever reasonable costs are necessary to obtain the reports on these incidents.  I also wish to know what type of disciplinary action will be taken against the agents if, in fact, they were U.S. Marshals.  As you must know, the purpose of the U.S. Marshals Service does not include interrogations.

I am sending a copy of this letter to Director Hylton as a formal complaint against the U.S. Marshals Service for harassing and intimidating people for no reason unless it can be proven that U.S. Marshals were not involved in the aforementioned incidents.

Instead of doing what they apparently did, why are the Marshals not arresting Mr. Obama for having run for office under a false identity?  Why have you not taken action on the greatest fraud America has ever seen?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Sharon Rondeau, Editor
