(Mar. 3, 2012) — A funny thing happened on the way to the grocery store this morning: I was at a gas station, filling up, and an “OBAMA” sticker car pulls in, the guy gets out, and I said, “Hey, man, how’s that ‘Hope & Change’ working out for ya?”  Today I paid $3.70 a gallon, more than twice what it was when Little Georgie left office. But then the Muslim Brotherhood hadn’t taken over the Mideast then, had they? And who do you think pays for the expansion of Islam?

On March 1, Sheriff Joe Arpaio had a press conference proclaiming that there’s reason to believe that Obama’s Birth Certificate is a fake. Now, to you and me, that’s anything but earth-shattering, but, on second thought, let’s run with it and see where it leads.

First off, let’s pretend that the White House blames an “overzealous” supporter for releasing the infamous fake, and that, very soon, they’ll release the real one, or, perhaps, a new and improved version of a Hawaiian American Birth Certificate. Well, after all, they say the third time is charm. Or else, if at first you don’t succeed, try and try and try again. But that’s sometime in the future: I’m talking about the here and now.

Let’s see if I’ve got this straight: an Army doctor questions a fake Birth Certificate which, as it turns out, is really a fake, and the court refuses to see the fake, refuses to allow LTC Terry Lakin to present the fake as his evidence (or, conversely, forcing Obama to produce his fake Birth Certificate), accuses Lakin of not following an unlawful order from an ineligible president, yet the court proceeds so as to not cause “embarrassment.”  But since the de facto president’s Birth Certificate is really a fake, then, by default, LTC Lakin’s discovery has now been presented by the world news, a public forum, and if that is so, then the conviction of LTC Lakin must be overturned.

Well, then, so much for the make-believe “No Standing” ruling of the numerous judges in past hearings about Obama’s Birth Certificate.  Who has more standing in an American court:  a legal United States citizen or an illegal immigrant submitting false documents as legal exhibits? It’s a no-brainer, folks: a lie is a lie no matter what you call it.

After first denying Obama’s Motion to Quash, Judge Malihi in Georgia ruled in favor of the defendant, Obama, after accepting the fake Birth Certificate as a true representation of something authentic. The judge’s ruling was based on a lie; therefore, there can be only one outcome for the Secretary of the State of Georgia to rule: one must be a legal citizen of the United States in order be on the Georgia ballot.  There is no possible way around it: scratch Obama’s name from the Georgia ballot.

I had a personal stake in Judge Malihi’s ruling, since I and a few other presidential candidates were plaintiffs in that lawsuit. Surprising and equally disappointing was the obvious absence of Romney, Newt, Ron Paul, Santorum and all the other so-called “front-runners.” What are they hiding from? And they think that they have the fortitude to run this country when they can’t even challenge a lie? They have no problem talking the talk, but they just can’t seem to manage to walk the walk.

“Cookie-cutter” candidates, all cut from the same mold, never have served their country in uniform, never faced danger from the enemy, never have known the code of an American Military man who took an Oath and was ready and willing to die for OUR Constitution. Today, all we hear is pabulum, whatever the Federal Reserve Party wants them to say, nary a word about deporting illegal immigrants and Muslims, not a peep about the National Debt really being a National Fleece by crooks running a crooked game, and the shells are either Democrat or a Republican, but underneath it all it’s just one fixed game. It’s up to us to set it right.
