WITH EXPLANATION OF ARTICLE II

January 5, 2012

Alabama was admitted to the Union on December 14, 1819

Dear Editor:

Below please find a corrected letter faxed to Chairman Bill Armistead, Alabama Republican Party, letting him know we are taking seriously the Constitution of the United States and the requirements for Presidential Candidates.

January 5, 2012  “CORRECTED”

FAX (205) 212-5910

Chairman Bill Armistead

Alabama Republican Party

P.O. Box 55628                                            “Corrected Rick’s  birth from 1998 to 1958

Birmingham, Alabama 35255

Dear Chairman Armistead:

In 2008, the DNC certified an ineligible candidate, Barack Obama, and thus defrauded the American people. This was a violation of basic voter’s rights and Obama’s subsequent usurpation constitutes the greatest crime ever perpetrated against the American people. Our so-called “representatives” in government, the courts and the media were brazenly complicit and to this day they continue to cover up a crime so egregious that it threatens the founding principles upon which this country was based.

Article II, Section 1 Clause 5: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Natural Born Citizen requires that both parents be Citizens. United States Supreme Court Minor v. Happersett, 154 U.S. 116, 167 (1874).

As you are no doubt aware we have filed a Temporary Injunction against the Chairman of the Alabama Democratic Party to prevent him from certifying Mr. Obama for Alabama 2012 Primary Ballot Access. Yesterday, a Georgia Judge denied Obama’s Motion to Dismiss and set Trial Date. Other States have similar Obama actions now pending.

Chairman Bill Armistead we expect you to vet every Presidential Candidate to ascertain they are in fact Constitutionally qualified for Office of President of the United States. We are aware that Rick Santorum’s father, Aldo Santorum, was an Italian Immigrant and Willard Mitt Romney’s father, George W. Romney, was born in Chihuahua, Mexico.  Therefore, you should obtain their Naturalization Documents to make sure they were in fact Naturalized American Citizens prior to the birth of their Children, Rick May 10, 1958 and Mitt March 12, 1947.  Along with their Birth Certificates and Residency requirements this will assure that Rick and Mitt meet the Constitutional requirement of Natural Born Citizen prior to their being Certified for Alabama 2012 Primary Ballot Access.

So as to prevent future Court Action we would appreciate your confirming the Republican Presidential Candidates have been certified as Natural Born Citizens as stated above prior to January 19, 2012.

Constitutionally yours,

Harold Sorensen

  1. So far, the FBI has declared a hands-off attitude to vetting presidential candidates, but we could certainly use their expertise (or the DoD’s expertise) to vet all potential presidential candidates. The lame excuse the FBI uses for NOT doing a proper vetting of the candidates, is that the people and the media already do the job. What a bunch of baloney. The result of this thinking process is that any person, even someone like obama, after being elected, is immediately granted the highest form of government security clearance – all without ever being checked out by anyone before hand. From a national security standpoint, this is also flat out wrong-headed and extremely risky.

Interestingly enough, for all working American citizens (members of the elected political monarchy for some reason are not included in this category) to obtain a government security clearance, an applicant must be sponsored by a secured and cleared contractor or by a government entity.

The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) processes and adjudicates individual clearances and facility clearances for defense contractor personnel and for defense contractor facilities. The security clearance application process requires about one year of research and investigation of an individual or a facility before clearance is granted. Non-citizens are not considered nor granted security clearance by DISCO.

If a security clearance applicant is being investigated for a Top Secret clearance or for a Secret clearance that requires access to a designated Special Access Program, a Personal Subject Interview is an included and regular part of the investigation. The majority of clearance denials for drugs, alcohol, and criminal misconduct also includes a denial for an applicant providing false information during the clearance process (fraud). obama and other usurpers would clearly never pass the government security clearance application process.

It would make sense to have this security clearance requirement imposed on the political parties facilities and on any federal candidates they offer to the state ballots, and then the American people would have some assurance the political candidate was being nominated appropriately, legally, and that he/she was not a threat to American security at the time of application. In light of the current disfavor the political parties endure with the American people, imposing this requirement on the national political parties would help restore some favor with the people.

Under our current political and legal system, the states would be the entities that would demand a security clearance requirement for federal candidates, including their natural born citizenship status, before they would be allowed on the state tickets.

The idea that political candidates must obtain security clearance before elections is obviously too late for the 2012 election cycle, but it would help assure greater comfort with candidates in future election cycles. If we’re still around.
