Dear Mr. Irish,
Thank you for contacting me regarding President Obama’s eligibility for office and Dr. Orly Taitz. As always, it is good to hear from you.
First and foremost, Dr. Taitz did meet with my Chief of Staff when she was in Washington D.C. My Chief of Staff reported back to me that the meeting went well, and that he and Dr. Taitz had a meaningful discussion; however my position on the President’s eligibility for office has not changed.
In closing, I would like to be rather frank with you. I believe President Obama’s own actions have demonstrated to the American people that he should not be re-elected for another term as president. I strongly recommend you focus your efforts on promoting policies you agree with-such as a return to the Constitution and a limited federal government-rather than continuing to push for impeachment. The high rate of unemployment and our exploding national debt and deficit make a compelling case for why President Obama’s liberal agenda has not been successful, and I believe focusing on these policies is a more successful strategy than continuing to focus on the birth records.

Please accept my apology. I just “discovered” your email of 15 November (reprinted below) resulting in this delayed response:
I wholeheartedly agree that Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro/Barry Soebarkah/Harrison J. Bounel/? should not be president as his actions have been totally ANTI the America I think we both accept as the experiment in Liberty envisioned by our Founders. I also wish to commend you as you are unique in that you will at least permit a dialogue on this issue while your colleagues choose to ignore it, I guess in hopes it will “go away”.
I am also willing to concede, though I do not agree with it, that Congress has already invested too much in “declaring” Obama/etc., to be “eligible” (as exemplified by the repeated efforts of the Congressional Research Service to obfuscate and confuse the issue of natural born citizen) to ever reverse course on this issue. All of this does NOT address the other glaring problems with Obama/etc.’s lack of proper, authenticated, documentation. He has spent literally MILLIONS of dollars denying access to his records. Numerous experts have claimed the “birth certificate” he proudly displayed at the White House last April to be a fake. The hospital in Hawaii where he (finally) claimed he was born initially posted a letter he sent boasting of his birth there, then took down the letter and will NOT provide any records proving his mother was ever admitted there. Kenya even admits that their records for that time frame have been criminally tampered with. There are SO many questions that could be answered with a few phone calls by Mr. Obama/etc., IF he really wanted to clear up the mystery. There should be documentation showing his naturalization after having been declared an Indonesian citizen to attend school as a child. Proof that he did not attend college as a foreign student, etc. The fact that Obama has spent these millions when ten minutes worth of phone calls would put all this to rest HAS to be something to ponder! My mind continually boggles that Congress fails to think that THIS is something worth consideration! A reasonable person could not help but ask “WHAT IS HE TRYING TO HIDE THAT CAN BE THAT IMPORTANT?” I believe that “something” he’s hiding is disqualifying in nature and that is why keeping it under wraps is so important for if Mr. Obama/etc., IS disqualified, the 2008 election was a fraud and EVERY Anti-American action he has taken since he was (twice) sworn in would be nullified. The czars would be GONE, etc. Granted the money slipped to his union buddies and squandered could probably not be returned to the Treasury, but the hemorrhage COULD be stopped. Mr. Obama/etc., has provided the catalyst for this orgy of spending and the Republicans in Congress seem unable to rein in the purse strings. This MIGHT give them the backbone your colleagues seem unable to muster to date. As it is Mr. Obama/etc., seems comfortable ignoring Congress and the balance of powers. I think he actually believes that he has won and can rule by executive order, unaccountable czars and regulations to stifle our economy. I seek this action as I have absolutely no confidence that Congress will UNDO that which Obama/etc., has wrought on our Country.
I am not seeking impeachment as that would only validate his “authenticity”. I am seeking EXPOSURE for what he truly is. This man is a fraud who was fraudulently elected with the compliance of a Republican candidate and a Senate who failed miserably in honoring their responsibilities to our nation and our Constitution. I think Mr. Obama/etc., has know full well what he has been doing and his acts have been malicious ones, not ineptness. Acts to subvert our Constitution and ruin our Country. I have severe reservations as to whether there will even BE a 2012 election and if so that it will be honest. I truly believe that if Obama and his regime feel they might lose an election, the problems caused by the OWS types will make the 1968 Chicago “riots” (another KGB operation, by the way) pale by comparison! I think that Obama/etc., studied his Alinsky WELL!

It’s obvious these people don’t want the cat to be out of the bag. I personally believe that they are not going to listen.
What we should be asking them is to tell us what proof they have that makes them so confident that Obama IS eligible. SHOW US!!!!
Tom Coburn is not running again for his senate seat. He, above all, should be pushing for the public exposure of the usurper Obama, born a Brit. He, Coburn, has nothing to loose and *might* regain his integrity. Might! What is amazing is that people like Coburn don’t even see how they talk out of both sides of their mouth! Coburn says in his letter to PUSH for a return to the Constitution – really????? He is so blind to what WE the people are begging for for three plus years!??? That is, a return to an honoring of our constitution and MOST of all OBEDIENCE to Article II section I, clause V for each and every POTUS candidate. Wake up Tom Coburn. Reclaim a tiny shred of any honor, truth and integrity you may have ever possessed. You will spend the rest of your life knowing you abetted a fraud on our country!
The question of ballot eligibility is a generic issue. It is to be addressed by the various SOS who hold responsibility for vetting of candidates. It could pertain to two potential gopers and as yet identified independent party members. Of course Coburn will not address the issue; he wants it to go away so he can seat Mitten and Mitten’s running mate Marco.
The issue is just one more challenge to the law of the Constitution.
We are either a constitutional republic and nation of laws that come from the Constitution or we have become a democratic system of governance. But wait . . .

We’re in the midst of a constitutional crisis, albeit one that the leftist press and our political class are doing their best to hide. Both political parties are complicit in the crime – the Democrats for willfully violating our constitution, and allowing Obama to run in the first place, and the Republicans for aiding and abetting them via Senate Resolution 511, for doing nothing to stop the Democrats, and for stonewalling inquries by concerned citizens.
Both parties hate the “natural born citizen” requirement – article II, section I, clause V – of the constitution, and have in the past put forth measures to “nullify” it. Orin Hatch (R-Utah), for example, proposed a measure that would allow then-rising GOP star Arnold Schwartzenegger to be eligible for the White House. If Obama is allowed to complete his illegal and illegitimate term in office, a precedent will have been established effectively nullifying the NBC requirement – which is exactly what the permanent political class wants. The GOP spinmeisters are already talking about Marco Rubio as a presidential candidate, even though he is not a natural born citizen.
Out of fear of exposure and political calculation that Obama is weak and can be beaten, the GOP has stonewalled all attempts to get to the bottom of this mess, despite a mountain of evidence accumulating that Obama’s regime is the product of the biggest fraud ever perpetrated against the American people.
Patriots, if you love the republic our forefathers gave us – spread the word, and keep the pressure on – the truth must be made known in the light of day.
May I Ask? And just what other statement would come out of the Mouth of ONE of the 535 TRAITORS that reside in “The District of Criminals??”
They ALL Swore and Attested their commitment to “The Constitutional Oath”, and they ALL have VIOLATED that “Oath” and are Subject to Legal Actions~the problem being that there are NO Individuals with enough GUTS to File Charges!! The are “Elected Public Officials” and as such bound to “The Public Trust” in Fiduciary Responsibility!!
Can you name ONE that has NOT Violated the “Public Trust” in their Representation and Actions on behalf of the Citizens of our Republic???

This is really not that complicated. Congress screwed up big time in 2008. They knowingly put an ineligible candidate on the ballot, the candidate was elected….and ever since then they have been trying with everything they have to cover the huge screw up they made in 2008.
The reason they believe covering up the crime is the only action to take, and they keep telling their constituents to focus on beating Obama in the election and to only deal with his “policies”, is that they believe that is the only route out of the mess they created that will not put at least some of them in prison.
Congressional leadership tells the others in Congress what to say and what to think about Obama’s ineligibility because they are trying to keep their sorry rear ends out of jail.
If you talk to any of your congressional representatives or their staffers, please tell them you know why they refuse to acknowledge Obama’s ineligibility and you will not stop until the truth is forced into the open.
They want an election to end this mess…….that is 100% unsatisfactory, leaving us with a huge Obama mess including two far leftie Supreme Court justices who could be damaging America for another 30-40 years.
