“NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS”

(Nov. 28, 2011) — Recently I was asked to respond to an apparent ‘defense of Treason’ email by Mr. Shawn N. Jasper, Deputy Majority Leader, New Hampshire State House of Representatives, in relation to the recent unlawful ‘hearing’ by the NH Ballot Law Commission on a lawful challenge to placing an ineligible candidates’ name on the ballot in the NH presidential primary scheduled for Jan 10, 2011.
Apparently that response has ‘taken legs’, and has been distributed not only to all members of the NH State Congress (called the ‘General Court’), but to the MSM, many Sheriffs, and to the nation. Mr. Jasper’s email, and my response buried within it, appears below*, following the recently posted public response from a New Orleans, LA, college student who really gets it: Treason by any other name is still Treason.
New Hampshire played a key role in the founding of our Nation, and has taken a phrase from the words of General Joseph Stark – LIVE FREE OR DIE – as their State motto. That ‘FREE’ can have many meanings:
- FREEdom to bear arms;
- FREEdom of speech;
- FREEdom of worship;
- FREEdom to have Constitutional elections;
But to many of those now ensconced in the halls of government – from City Councils to State Assemblies to Congress to the Supreme Court, and to the unconstitutional Administration itself, it means:
- FREEdom to violate the very oath and the Constitution they all swore allegiance to – to include the FREEdom of the People to have only a natural born Citizen on the ballot for the Office of President of the United States.
And just because they got away with it in 2008, there is no reason for us to permit it to happen again in 2012.
There is no Statute of Limitations on Treason, especially if it is still an ongoing event as we speak.

You really need to get a grip on reality. Barack Obama is the (unlawfully seated) President of the United States of America; he was sworn into office (unlawfully) by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
To think that the Ballot Law Commission, the Secretary of State or the State Legislature can declare his Presidency to be illegal (NOT asked for. They were asked to apply the law in accepting candidates for President to be on the ballot in 2012 – as they did with non-natural born U.S. Citizen Sal Mohamed in 2008, without a challenge) is to say the least delusional. (Your convoluted and insane response lends new meaning to the word ‘delusional’).
To think that we can deny the President of the United States access to our ballot is beyond belief. (To think that a duly elected Deputy Majority Leader of the NH House of Representatives should pretend to not be aware of the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people since our founding is beyond belief). Take your fight to the Federal Courts and leave us alone.
I am sure that the President loves this stupid fight; (I’m sure that the usurper loves this continued stupidity and complicity on the part of those who were sworn never to allow this usurpation to occur); it keeps his opposition fighting among ourselves, instead of focusing on his failed presidency and focusing on why it would be suicidal to re-elect him. (It keeps him being recognized as legitimate – when most of America, and all who have enough knowledge and intelligence to get elected to public office, know absolutely nothing about him except that he is a treasonous fraud! Your focusing on his failed presidency gives him continued LEGITIMACY, thereby making it suicidal to think that you can defeat his thug-based and corrupted re-election if his name is still on the ballot in 2012).
On second thought the people who are continuing this nonsense are probably Democratic Operatives. (On second thought, one can only conclude that those of you who continue this nonsensical denial of the truth are probably Democratic Operatives).

I think it is time for us to stop giving the lawbreakers in our elected bodies the benefit of the doubt when it comes to knowing exactly what is going on with obama’s usurpation and exactly what is required for them to obey our laws.
We have been beset with a massive number of traitors, frauds, and just plain criminals in our state and federal governments, and their presence is killing our country. It is clear that the federal and state governments are not self regulating, and that the criminals will continue on with their miscreant behavior until they are physically removed from government. They show no signs of quitting or walking away from the elite class positions they have created for themselves, and will continue to lie and deceive us as to what they knew and what they did to cause our current loss of sovereignty and to cause our current financial depression.
They all need to be removed from office unless they address these subjects openly and honestly with the public, from which point the public can decide what punishment is suitable for the individuals.

It is clear to me that you have chosen to ignore information presented to the NH Ballot Law Commission regarding the eligibility of the fraudulent usurper, Barack Hussein Obama. I am not the brightest light bulb in the pack but even I can see he does not meet the qualifications and is committing a crime against the American people. Perhaps your eyes need to be examined, but I believe the real problem involves cowardice. There is absolutely no reason you have given not to investigate the eligibilities of Barack Hussein Obama. Your reasoning for not investigating is simply because you do not want to. In your mind he is president so that is all you need to hang your hat on. I say DO YOUR JOB! You were not put in your position to take up space. It is a fact that the Hawaiian DOH will not release Obama’s so called birth certificate that they supposedly have. Even with a court order they refuse to release it. Why? A kindergartener could figure that out, they do not have it. It does not exist. They cannot release something they do not have. Shocking I know. Obama has spent 2 million dollars to keep all his records sealed. Now let me see, why would that be. I don’t know, do you? Hmmmm, if it smells like a cover up…….
Again, I say, do your job!!!! Stop passing the buck, stop being a coward and do your job! If you cannot or are not willing to do your job, step aside. Let someone who is willing to take the heat do the investigating. As it stands right now, it is most unfortunate that the good people of New Hampshire have you to represent them.
Sorry, I am far too angry and out of patience to be polite when discussing the ugly matter of Obama’s eligibility.
As Americans, we deserve better than to have a fraud, a liar and a treasonous puppet occupying our White House. As you idly sit by and do nothing he is slowly destroying our country. What are you going to do when there is nothing left of the United States, claim you didn’t know? How can you possibly be proud of yourself?

Obviously this jasper is not psychically in tune to thoughts of the true patriots of
this land, or the positive nature of freedom would so conflict with the negativity
of the lying deceitful nature of his mind, his head would bust out in flames.
