The Impeachable President

AND THE RESTORATION OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

(May 27, 2011) — The next president of the United States, the 44^th (sorry, the Obama clown is not the 44^th LEGAL president), if he does the job the way it should be done, which is to protect and defend the Constitution and, consequently, you and me, will be impeached. But don’t go away sad, or mad; hear me out. This person will, by doing an exemplary job, really make a lot of powerful people ticked off which will, eventually, lead to impeachment proceedings. So what? The next president will resign as soon as the Constitution is restored anyway.  After all, being the President has to be the world’s number one thankless job.

You say “What?” and I couldn’t agree with you more. You see,  at this time in the life of our Constitution, we have no time, nor patience, for a politician to “wheel and deal” with the opposition. Before now, it was fun and games, sometimes referred to as “politics as usual.” But nowadays, it’s not “usual to trash the Constitution,” is it?

Here’s what the next president must do. The first order of business is to kick the United Nations out of this country. Where they end up, who knows, who cares; let them move to London. Heck, England seems to be embracing Sharia, and since the U.N. is nothing more than an Islamic mutual admiration society, they’ll be very comfortable there..

Second, deport the “deportables” – you know, Muslims and illegal immigrants. But at the same time, getting back to the U.N. thing, bring our troops home, and then say to the Muslim world, “You followers of Islam, you Muslims, are not ever to be trusted with grown-up stuff, such as sharp knives and anything to do with the splitting of atoms. Since it really isn’t feasible to confiscate all of your sharp knives, we’ll compromise and take and destroy anything whatsoever to do with anything nuclear: reactors and bombs, for instance. And if you don’t cooperate 100%, I’ll nuke Mecca, and then take and destroy your weapons anyway, capice?”

The third task would be to fix our money problems, which directly ties in with our foreign aid policy. No more paying for “protection,” such as giving Egypt money if they won’t attack Israel. No more lopsided tariffs, as with China. No more Federal Reserve. We’ll control our own money, thank you, and if by chance you don’t like it, I’ll put you in jail. As a matter of fact, I’ll send my guys anywhere in the world to bring you back to one of our jails.

And now, the fourth item on my agenda: keeping our keepers honest. You guessed it, everyone – that is, every qualified voter – you know, at least mentally ambulatory (speakee Englishie maybe, No?), will have to go through a firearm safety class. Yes, everyone will be armed, or at least have the ability to be armed. The President, besides the “No One Left Behind” ploy, will have proper weapon protocol taught in grade school programs. In order to get a driver’s license, you must be a citizen, be a registered voter, and have a completion-of-weapon safety certificate. For sure, when a girl graduates from high school, along with her diploma, will be a handgun that she’ll be able to carry in her purse, or out in the open on her hip.

I carry. My wife carries. My children carry. And I also have shotguns and rifles, as do all of my neighbors. A robber, or anyone else violating my Constitutional rights, well, enough said.  And, let me tell you all the truth, here. None of this “Stop, or I’ll shoot” make- believe television dialogue. You point it, you fire it. Never try and talk them to death; it won’t work.

That’s it. That’s what our next REAL PRESIDENT MUST DO. The goal, the only goal, is to get America back to being America. Anything, any idea, any plan, unless it has to do with getting America safe from our foreign and domestic enemies (out-of-control “law enforcement,” for instance), should not, and will not, be entertained. There are many more important items that must be successfully dealt with first.
