WHAT ABOUT YOUR OATH TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION?

(Mar. 12, 2011) — Michele Bachmann, you are a fraud. Your quip about releasing your birth certificate should you decide to run for president should land you in prison for treason, as it demonstrates that you are fully aware of the constitutional crisis in which we find ourselves.
Yet you do nothing.
There are tens of millions of people clamoring for justice due to the high probability that Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not eligible to the office of the presidency. We cannot begin to prove this until we see the real birth certificate, and the patriots who demand this simple request of the usurper are being denied the right to choose our chief executive via the constitutional standard of natural born Citizenship. In short, our natural right to exercise consent is being stripped, and the entire rule of law is being undermined. We are dangerously close to an outright dictatorship. If an ineligible (illegal) man is serving as president, are we not living under a dictatorship?
And you, Ms. Bachmann, make a quip about the birth certificate to pander for votes?
Attention, Congresswoman! Your duty is clear. Stand up and demand an investigation into the usurper’s constitutional eligibility! Do it now, with the tools at your disposal that are being denied to us by judicial tyrants. Use the power of the subpoena to force this man to produce his documentation. Enough with the snarky comments. The definition of natural born Citizenship is very clear. He is either eligible or not. He either has two citizen parents and was born in the country or not. We have the right to see the birth certificate, and not have our tax dollars used against us to hide this basic documentation by an illegal destroyer of the rule of law. Demand justice, and adherence to OUR Constitution! Let it be done, though the heavens fall.

What do you expect from someone (under the pretense of claiming to be a “Tea Party Patriot”) who voted to extend the Patriot Act, which is in direct violation of the Constitution of The United States?

Hasn’t it been obvious to everyone in the world who has been following American politics. It was around this time 3 years ago when McCain’s eligibility to be president came under fire from the DemoRATs & their leftist lapdog media. What did McCain do? He took his vital records to Congress and it was resolved with S. Res. 511 that states John McCain is a product of American citizens [plural, 2] which makes him a Natural Born Citizen.
At that very same time 3 years ago there were questions regarding Dear Leader 0bumm0’s eligibility. And how was it handled? Yeah, I don’t need to tell anyone as everyone knows. The majority of the media, 0bumm0’s brownshirts & Congress ran cover and protected him. And what about the republicans and their leadership? They lost their spine, rolled-over and wouldn’t vet the ‘Anointed One’.
Everyone knows 0bumm0 can’t pass muster to be a constitutionally qualified president.
So what is the sorry republican leadership going to do about it?
i had understood that the march on 3- 19 – 11 was going to be held around all entrances to the wh with everybody holding up indictments against obama for treason and fraud . now somebody has posted it to take place at the national mall. which one is it ?
This is a very good letter, indeed. It makes sense to press Bachmann hard on this issue, as she used to be much more outspoken until whatever forces are at work to quite this issue got their hands on her, too. My own feeling is she’s chomping at the bit, but is hesitant to lead the charge because FOX won’t follow. Keeping the pressure on will remind her that she has much more than FOX at her back – she has the American people, and this issue is legit. Even Chris Matthews thinks so! When TV’s uber-liberal Chris Matthews and ultra-conservative radio host G. Gordon Liddy agree on anything, then that’s a consensus you can take to the bank – and they both insist that now is the time for Obama to stop playing games and release his records.
Give Ms. Bachmann a chance… When the timing is right, she just may be the one to force the issue to the forefront. …

Marc Shea is exactly right about our nation being deprived of informed consent regarding Obama in the election of 2008. When the Democrats ran Obama, they did so under false pretenses, so the consensual basis of our government was fatally undermined. We do not have a legitimate government today.
I have left comments on Rep. Bachmann Facebook in regard to it being her duty as a self-proclaimed protector of the United States Constitution to call for an investigation into Barack Obama’s citizenship.This cat and mouse game has gone on far too long. If Obama is not a legal American citizen, nothing he has signed into law is binding on the people of the United States. It is time someone calls for a nationwide peaceful protest all across this country and in one voice demand Barack Obama to submit for review his long-form birth certificate. It is long overdue that the American people wake up and start to act like Barack Obama, and all the rest of the politicians are the people of the United States’ employees.

But, we still have some people believing Dear Leader will some how magically beable to change on some document that is alleged to be on file with the Hawaiian Health Dept. who his father is. Everyone knows Obama is NOT a NBC because Obama himself says his father was British citizen and Obama says he himself was born a British citizen. I have asked my 3 elected members of Congress with NO Response what so ever.
I said I would not vote for them again and only one has come up for re-election and I didn’t vote for him in 2010.
Since there aren’t two honest and fearless individuals in DC and certainly none that value the Constitution enough to sacrifice their political career to uphold it we are left with few options. As reprehensible as it seems we have to work with what we have. ALL of the new electees turn into cowards in Washington in fear the power structure which is their immediate threat as opposed to us (we only threaten them every two years) The power structure in this case knows that they are guilty of impeachable and/or criminal offenses and they are exerting pressure on the new membership of the House and Senate to keep quiet or their careers will be over in the party. (Think of a high school atmosphere where some are excluded from the in group-gee maybe that’s why Obama was talking about bullying) Unfortunately, none of the new members who would not be guilty of the original cover-up are now becoming complicit in the crime by covering up for the old guard to protect their careers. (It is shortsighted but true.) So, Michele Bachman is at least on record now as to some action she would take-in the open-she is opening the subject for discussion which other candidates must now respond to-a little progress is a good thing. Has anyone in either Senate or Congress said anything even close to this? Allen West has been AWOL on the subject!

With all due respect you could level the same questions against every member of Congress. Everyone in Washington knows the truth about Obama, and no one does anything.
