Dear Mr. Speaker,
Once again, I am shocked and deeply concerned. How, as Speaker of the House, could one display such incredible ignorance on a subject which has consumed this Country for so long, and then display that ignorance on Public Television?
I wrote to you less than two weeks ago and explained in detail why Mr. Obama is NOT eligible to be the President of the United States. He CAN NOT be, not now, or ever. Now, either you did not read my letter, which I will presume, to be kind. Or you, like so many others, totally disregard the input from your Citizens, and carry on as before.
I will be quite honest, Mr. Boehner, I do not trust you at all as a Conservative. You are appearing to be the all-too-familiar, “Go along to get along” “Old Boy” type who has brought us to this brink of total disaster so adroitly. Your displays of emotion are just plain out of place in your current situation. Unfortunate, but this is not the time or place for such.
Mr. Speaker, Sir, Is it not your job to speak out against Fraud and Corruption? Is it not your job to speak out about incompetence and sheer ignorance? And, did you not take an Oath to protect and uphold the Constitution? And, do you not administer that very Oath to all incoming members? Did you read and understand the Oath, Mr. Speaker? Because here, within a month, you are turning your back on the Constitution and totally ignoring the requirements YOU are sworn to uphold. Let us just examine the Oath for a moment:
The current oath was enacted in 1884:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
With regard to “Eligibility” it really is quite simple, and once the facts that matter sink in, there is no alternative conclusion.
According to the law enacted by the 1st Congress, session II, Ch. 4, whether he was born in the State of Hawaii or not, he is ineligible to run for, or be elected to, the office of President of the United States because the law stated” “…the children of citizens (both parents) of the United States, shall be considered natural born citizens; provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States: provided also, that no person heretofore proscribed by any State, shall be admitted a citizen as aforesaid, except by an act of the legislature of that State in which such a person was proscribed. (a) Approved, March 26, 1790.” What does that mean? It means the father must be a citizen to transmit citizenship to a child of his seed who was born in this country. If he is a natural born citizen, he will transmit that right to his offspring. If he is a naturalized citizen, he transmits that right. He cannot transmit a right he does not possess. Thus, if he is not a citizen of the United States, he cannot transmit citizenship rights of any type to his offspring since he has none to bequeath. Which means any illegal alien cannot transmit US citizenship rights to an illegal offspring since they lack citizenship. The parents, and their US-born offspring are legally subject to deportation.
It is certain that Barack Hussein Obama’s father was born in Kenya and was never a citizen of the United States, thus he could not transmit citizenship rights to his son—except Kenyan citizenship rights, which he did. England claims Barack Obama is a citizen of Kenya. He is also a citizen of Indonesia since his step father, Lolo Soetero, who legally changed Obama’s name to Barry Soetoro, renounced both any claim Obama had to US citizenship through his mother, or Kenyan citizenship through his father. Obama traveled on an Indonesian passport which suggests the international community viewed him not as an American but an Indonesian. As did Occidental College which, it seems, gave him a foreign exchange student scholarship.
While Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, was a naturalized citizen, under federal law she would have had to be 19-years of age when she gave birth to be able to transmit citizenship rights to a foreign-born son. She was 18-years, 8-months and 5-days old when her son was born on August 4, 1961. Because his father was not a natural citizen of the United States he could only transmit the type of citizenship he possessed. Since he was not a US citizen, he could not even transmit naturalized citizen status. And, since his mother was 3-months and 25-days shy of being able to transmit natural birth status to her first born son, any legal status is in question even if Obama was born in Hawaii—which the effort, and money being spent by Obama to conceal his birth records, together with statements by Kenyan Minister of Lands, James Orengo and Kenyan Minister Bonny Khalwale who claim Obama is native born In Kenya, suggests that the only actual, legitimate long form, birth doctor-affirmed birth certificate Obama has is Kenyan. And thus, even though US law was changed in 1986, he would at least have had a citizenship argument even though he could still not have gotten around the lack of standing of his father to qualify as a natural born citizen. The law was further diluted in 1994, 33 years after his birth. But, once again, too little, too late.
The Birth Certificate does not matter at all, it was always a red-herring. The FACT is, his father was never a Citizen of the USA, so Obama Jr. could never be a Natural Born Citizen. He was never eligible to run. He cannot be a legitimate President.
I do understand that this causes a terrible problem and a lot of work, but the facts are the facts, should be regarded as such and operated upon without further procrastination. Your “talking points” are worthless here because hundreds of thousands of people, probably well into millions by now are asking the same question.
We are no longer fooled by a Congress who says one thing and does the other. We require and demand honest truthful actions as set out in your Oath. You were not elected to protect and uphold the President. You were elected to support and uphold the Constitution. Please do so.

I wonder if it was also aired in Chicago. It seems that Hillary and Ann were in Chicago at the same time in 1960. Ann, age 18, was there for a summer job before going to Hawaii to attend school. Ann was already interested in politics at that time. Hillary, at just age 13, had become active in politics for the 1960 elections. Perhaps the program that you saw was about “young” people who were involved in politics.
What the left is hoping for is just for “Birthgate” to go away, but instead it is building huge momentum, and this scares the left to death. They are running from it, “Faux” news is ignoring it or marginalizing it, and a growing 70% of the conservatives want this fraud unseated, plain and simple.
Do not let this bunch of thugs fool you or discourage you. This is all they have left short of violence, or threats. It is all they know. The radical left Communists do not deal from a point of honor ever, so they loose before they begin, yet continue their insanity.
Obama will be unseated, and he will go down as the biggest fraud in the history of the world. He must be unseated and tried for high crimes and treason against the U.S.
re: the Øbama daughters.
If it is proved that Øbama is not a U.S. citizen, his daughters are still citizens, or native citizens because: (1) their mother is NBC or a citizen when she gave birth to them and (2) they were born on US soil.
They would have the same status as my cousins, whose mother was an Australian citizen when she gave birth to them. Their father was a citizen of the USA, so they are citizens but not NBC for the purpose of POTUS.
Since Obama’s family is obviously adopted not resembling either parent and they are clearly American blacks it is safe to say they were born in America and are natural born citizens. Obama lacks 11 basic Negroid physical features and clearly is Asian. Note the Chinese eyelids and lack of eyelashes. Nobody has uncovered any document or photo to support the Obama Story.
I am more concerned about Boehner. Clearly a German name. As his spoken English is Fifth grade level using phrases sometimes connected by ANDs and BUTs and no complex sentences, is he foreign born?
Learn how to ferret out foreigners. They speak English at the Fifth grade level with No complex sentences. Often just phrases but usually phrases connected by ANDs, and BUTs. This is a complex sentence. Because we are trying to save America, we are spending time ferreting out the foreigners in the Federal government. Google a transcript of Boehner and see if he passes the Ferret out a Foreigner test.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: While it is true that there are many foreign-born people and those with dual allegiance serving in our government, it is The Post & Email’s position that just because a person has a foreign name does not make him or her un-American. For instance, my last name is French, but I have no allegiance to France or any country other than the United States.
If you are “more concerned about Boehner” than about Obama, you need a priorities adjustment.

I have been against “birther” *rallies* for a long time, since they marginalize us because the small ones get covered and the big ones ignored, so we always look small thanks to the media. But perhaps it’s time to do one right at Boehner’s door. The leftist press will love it because it embarrasses Boehner, but it may wake up fearless leader. I have defended boehner because he’s next in succession if Obama is removed (Biden gets disqualified with Obama as we know) so he cannot be seen as going after Obama in hopes of becoming President himself, but this is getting tough to stomach.
At the risk of putting this board on the spot, does the P&E have the resources to tap into the tea party organization pull pull together a few hundred people get some signs together and greet fearless leader at his office steps or office door? A harmless, non violent demonstration of first amendment rights. Quite frankly, it’s beginning to look like he needs to know that the citizens of this country are not simply an abstract number.

I remember the news in 1961.John Boehner is older than i am-Hillary Clinton is older than i am. I remember watching an interview on tv pertaining to ANN DUNHAM as she was about to leave the US.! She was “going over the water to marry her baby’s daddy-her black prince”. There was controversy even then about O’s birth place. THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE!!!

we only had CBS-NBC and channel 6 at that time. The progran was ‘young republicans” or something starting with “young”. One clip was about Hillary Rodham-the next was on Ann Dunham-it also featured “the little red schoolhouse”.In the 60’s COMMUNISIM ran rampent. I hope and pray someone can find these news reels.

No Hawaii birth record exist for Barack Obama. A Hawaii birth record for Maya Soetoro, his half sister born in Indonesia, does exist.

Any person who is U.S. Constitutionally educated knows that Obama is a citizen! The problem with Obama is that he is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as required by Article 2 Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution to be a president! That is the Supreme Law of the Land and will remain so until the legislature makes an amendment to the Constitution. But that is where the other problem lays! The United States of America at this time has 435 members of congress who swear oath the serve and protect the U.S. Constitution that are acting as if they are Constitutionally Illiterate! “Citizens” include natural born citizens and naturalized citizens. Obama is at best a naturalized citizen, but not a natural born citizen (born in the country to citizen parents). And naturalized citizens, whether naturalized at birth or after birth are born subject to a foreign power, and that is what makes them ineligible to be President.

Sharon, given the scenario of Obama being born outside the US to an 18-year US citizen mother (Ann Dunham) and Obama Senior, your question is a good one. Does anyone know if there is any automatic naturalization of a child, born under the above circumstances, if that child is then brought to the US to live with his US citizen mother? If not, where can such a record of naturalization (should it exist) be kept, and subsequently requested for viewing? Hopefully not by any agency of the Hawaii state government : )
No, if they were born here and their mother is a citizen they are statutary, normal Citizens. I am discussing the type of citizenship necessary to be the POTUS. It is called Natural born citizen, where both parents nust be US citizens. His problem is that his father, we all know was NOT and his mother was too young to pass on citizenship.
His mother was too young to pass US citizenship to Obama if he was born outside the US. The mother’s age is irrelevant if Obama was born in Hawaii, and so he would be a citizen at birth — naturalized at birth as a “native born” citizen, but not a natural born citizen due to the foreign citizenship of Obama Senior.
Grateful as I am for Neil Sankey’s research and persistence in this endeavor, he is wrong when he says, “The Birth Certificate does not matter at all . . . .” To the contrary, if Congress or a federal court investigates the facts and finds that Obama has no American birth certificate, GAME OVER.
Legalistic fencing over the meaning of nbC would also become moot if the Kenyan birth cert obtained by Lucas Smith were found to be authentic: GAME OVER.
Sankey does us all a disservice by ignoring the quickest, easiest way to dispose of the Obama fraud. If Obama is not even a plain citizen, he is obviously not a natural born citizen, so the birth cert issue is important. Of course, if Obama does have an American birth cert (which he obviously does not), then the entire burden of proof falls on the original intent of the Framers when they created the nbC requirement for office.
The birth certificate question is therefore sufficient by itself to resolve the Obama eligibility question, but not necessary to do so. It is certainly relevant; by no means is it merely a “red herring” as Sankey claims.

As disappointed as I am with Boehner on this issue, I can understand why he’d rather not deal with it, being that he is third in line to the presidency. The inevitable ouster of Obama/Soetoro also would mean Biden could not ascend to replace him because he was part of the usurpation of the presidency. So that’d mean Boehner would be elevated as POTUS.
This is a clear, true, and thoughtful letter Neil, but I don’t expect much positive reaction or change of attitude soon in resisting the Obama ineligibility issue from our corrupt courts, congress, and lamestream news media. They were all in on the Obama presidential scam from the get-go! It’s their CYA time now and getting any of them to come clean will be like pulling teeth. However, have heart! The truth is relentless in exposing itself in its fight with the diabolical demons running our government, and will eventually be instrumental in getting the conspirators locked up or hauled before a firing squad. Oh how I am patiently waiting, along with every other American patriot standing beside you.
