I sent the following email to my U.S. congressman, Rep. Paul Broun:
Dear Rep. Broun,
I saw your interview following the SOTU with CBS.
I think it is imperative that just ONE elected Representative in D.C. stand up for the Constitution. I am PRAYING you are that hero. Barack claims that his father is Barack Sr., a British/Kenyan subject/citizen. It makes no difference where he was born, by our Constitution, he is not eligible as a dual citizen. He has admitted his dual citizenship on his own website, and in his own writings.
Our Revered Constitution is under major attack. Hawaiian officials have broken their own laws to defend his secrecy, and in fact, the HDOH seal on the exhibited COLB is fraudulent. It is NOT the legal HDOH seal as Hawaiian law prescribes.
PLEASE, Sir, if you truly intend to adhere to our Constitution, be steadfast in your courage, and address the eligibility issue. Congress has the right to call for an investigation, and the American public is crying out for a conclusion to this matter. A recent “CNN” poll shows over 60% of Americans no longer believe Barack has met the eligibility requirements laid out in the Constitution.
I PRAY you are not just giving the Constitution lip service, but will indeed defend her from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Thank you for recently contacting me with your kind remarks regarding the strong stances I have taken in Congress. Your words were very encouraging, and I am excited to hear that you are engaged in the political process.
In these tough times we must all work together to make America better for future generations. For my part, I will continue to fight for life, fiscal responsibility, and transparency in government. No matter how hard we try, they WILL NOT listen. I don’t believe for a moment there is a single, REAL Patriot in D.C.
I am just wondering to what level does Obama/Soetoro’s treason have to rise to before he qualifies for the maximum sentence? Anybody?
United States Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 115
§ 2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
I am all for putting the Usurper on trial.
But if We the People charge him with Treason and Sedition, aren’t we admitting that he was born in America? Kenyan citizens can’t be charged with treason or sedition. These are crimes that can only be committed by U.S. citizens.
Just the same as a Usurper cannot be impeached, he also cannot be tried for treason.
He must be DEPORTED.
Deportation would be okay except that he is a major security risk. Think of all the secrets etc he’s been privy to! Also why should another country have to suffer having him live there and wreak havoc and destruction. The best remedy imho is to try him and put him in solitary at gitmo for the rest of his life with Moocherella in the same cell. I also have no trouble with the death penalty; others do, I’m sure, but I do not. He really deserves it.
How about arresting him for spying, theft, murder, and for jihad, and terrorist activities against America, and sending him off to Gitmo as a the “foreign combatant” that he is.

ii. two US Natural Born Citizens (described above), or
iii. a US Citizen (per the Fourteenth Amendment), married to a US Natural Born Citizen.

That is, with all due respect, nonsense. Nowhere does the Constitution require or did the Founders intend that only children born two a married couple could be eligible for President or that future medical advances might disqualify a person.
What is the reasoning behind your definition?
We need to concentrate on the real issues, i.e. where Obama/Soetoro was born and, if born in the US, whether he requires two citizen parents to be NBC? That’s what we must focus on, not another made-up definition of NBC like Jedi Pauly’s.

P.S. Does anyone know why Gov Jan Brewer-Arizona or any of the other governors have not filed a simple Quo Warranto suit against Obama? I’m sure others feel the same frustration I do when we keep hearing the same thing over and over again to “wake up and do something”. Wouldn’t it be much better if a leader stepped forward with a plan that could be executed and that we could participate in that would have meaningful consequences? Many, many of us have gone to rallies, conventions, marches on D.C. etc., but we need a national movement with representation from all 50 states that has a unified and cohesive plan of action. Is there such a leader who can, and is willing, to do this??
Thanks for trying. I have been on Broun for over a year. I have fax’d, emailed and telephoned many times. I have delivered my letters in person to his Evans, GA office. I talked with him and informed him of Obama’s ineligibiloity and his multiple and fraudulent SS numbers at a town hall meeting here in Evans. I served him personally with the Civil Grand Jury papers when he had an open office and informed him that he was served and that he now had knowledge of the frauds. After that I received two form letters, on the same day, the same letters, thanking me for contacting him. I immediately took the letters to his office and informed his staff that, should an uprising occur, I would gladly testify against him and provide all the documentation that I have maintained.
I have yet to figure out what all of these people are afraid of. Does anyone have the answer to that question?
Isn’t it ironic that when there is a valid and legitimate point of Constitutional Law that actually is in the U.S. Constitution (ARTICLE 2 SECTION 1) and there are American citizens who want to have a debate about it, where one side puts all their facts on the table and the other side puts all their facts on the table too….It can’t be done because someone has imposed what seems to be a blockade on that Constitutional matter saying that particular subject just will not be discussed in America! But now you have Obamacare which is not in the Constitution and it’s being debated. The very first SCOTUS Chief Justice John Jay (I call the father of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as it pertains to the Constitution) Understood very well NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Another SCOTUS Chief Justice Morrison R. Waite in the 1874 SCOTUS case of Minor v. Happersett confirms, validates, and substantiates John Jay! The Founding Fathers original intent of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is to be defined as being born to a mother and father both of whom are U.S. citizens at the time of birth! Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen and that is a well known fact! Obama was never a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN and was never qualified to run for the office of the president! But the democrats and republicans with the help of people like Bill O’Reilly, Beck, Levin and the rest of the Main Stream Media committed treason to the U.S. Constitution for a unqualified candidate! Why? Why was it so important to give one person out of 300 million such special treatment? Why can’t people from both sides present their facts to the American people and let Constitutional Justice have an opportunity to do it’s job? Why did the democrats and the republicans do this to the American people? Why aren’t the American people raising hell about this violation of the U.S. Constitution by those who have violated their sworn oath to serve and protect the U.S. Constitution?
Try calling them and insist on speaking with Rep. Broun since he gave you a personal invitation to do so. And call again. And again. I keep doing that with my Congressman,because the thought haunts me, “What if I quit when the next call or e-mail or letter could be the catalyst for the tipping point?” I hate to be a quitter and hate even more the thought that if only I had persisted I may have prevailed. It is infinitely better to persist to the end, win or lose, than not to persist and wonder later if it would have made any difference if I had just kept on keeping on.
I concur! Broun is also the person elected from my district. I can’t really call him “my Congressman” because he has sent me the same evasive replies similar to the one above! I have asked him to “man up” and be the Marine he is supposed to be numerous times but to no avail. He is either scared to perform his Constitutional duties or just another RINO drawing a salary?!!?!? I know a lot of proud patriot Marines, but Judge Carter and Rep. Broun DO NOT do them proud?!!?!?
