The greatest irony of the whole story about Obama’s ineligibility to the office of the President is that you and your fellow RedStaters still cling to the false hope that the document presented as Obama’s Certification of Live Birth at Fight the Smears, where facts are in admission by both Obama and the Democratic National Committee that Obama is at best only a dual national, might be real.
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. You have obviously overlooked the US State Department’s definition of dual national:
The concept of dual nationality means that a person is a citizen of two countries at the same time. … However, dual nationals owe allegiance to both the United States and the foreign country. — US State Department, Dual Nationality
As well as Sen. Lyman Trumbull, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, author of the Thirteenth Amendment, and the one who inserted the phrase in the Fourteenth Amendment:
[T]he provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.’ That means ‘subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.’ What do we mean by ‘complete jurisdiction thereof?’ Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means.
Trumbull continues, “Can you sue a Navajo Indian in court? Are they in any sense subject to the complete jurisdiction of the United States? By no means. We make treaties with them, and therefore they are not subject to our jurisdiction. Then there was Rep. John Bingham of Ohio, considered the father of the Fourteenth Amendment, confirms the understanding and construction the framers used in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking on civil rights of citizens in the House on March 9, 1866:

Back during RatherGate, I was of the opinion that you were one of the wise men which Patrick Henry spoke of when he said:

However, now with your banning and shunning the wise men, who are questioning with boldness and conviction Obama’s ineligibility to the Office of the President, you have been demonstrating that you are one of those who have shut your eyes against a painful truth… Obama, as a dual national who owes allegiance to at least Great Britain and America, cannot be eligible to the Office of the President.

Why is there a media black-out on Obama’s INELIGIBILTY TO BE PRESIDENT????? Nobody ever talks about it – why? Because journalists are afraid to pose a legal question? Afraid of what???? This is supposed to be a FREE PRESS. It is NOT. We Americans are not being informed of Obama’s fraud — even recently, the Gov. of Hawaii stated he could not find Obama’s long form birth certificate in Hawaii and, as we all know, Tim Reed – the 2008 Head Elections clerk there stated, in a sworn affidavit and on TV, that it was known by ALL the elections personnel in Hawaii that there was NO LONG FORM Birth certificate, (which is what every American has, and is what Obama refuses to produce) on record AT ALL for Obama, and, when they checked at the two hospitals there, NO BIRTH RECORDS were located either for Obama. Why can’t the press report this? We are entitled to at least some respect on this subject! I would not doubt it. This is how thugs and frauds operate, however “Faux” news does not have to go out of its way to personally insult and attack those of us trying to unseat Obama.
This is what many Conservatives do not realize. Beck, O’Reilly, and Megan Kelly aka Kendall have gone out of their way for months insulting us, attacking us, and lying saying O is from Hawaii. He is not. He is from Kenya and we have provided the documentation to prove his birthplace.
So if the ‘Faux” crew is being threatened, they do not have to go out of their way to attack us over and over again, which they have done, at least the 3 bad guys mentioned above.

Apparently they have not threatened Michael Savage, or they did and he is ignoring them. Savage is the only radio talk show host to mention the issue of Obama’s non-citizen father as a Constitutional disqualifier for the Presidency.

I agree with you Harry. This one is the real one. Lucas has sent copies of it along with transcripts to all Congress critters. It cost a lot of money and time to do but a Congress critter donated the money to him to do it. Every Congress critter has it. Every congress critter knows Obama is illegitimate. They just won’t act even though the 20th Amendment says that if a president is found to be ineligible, they can remove him.

That would be great, but if it means he and the many who enabled the biggest fraud/scam in U.S. history are going to live happily ever after, many on taxpayer bucks, it is a completely unsatisfactory end to the charade.
It needs to undergo forensic examination by an “impartial” (if one can be found) “Expert Document Analyst” whose testimony would withstand the scrutiny of a full blown Court Case and the results made available to the public (much in the way Lucas publicized his mailings to the US Congress and maybe even include the MSM – God Forbid they should want to know anything about it).

Helms’ fluent, well-researched letter should be another nail in the coffin of Obama’s fraud, but willful blindness is hard to heal. Too many people mistakenly assume that all it takes to be president is to pull off an election. Rahm Emanuel is trying that line of baloney, too, saying just let the voters decide, thereby trashing the election regulations. The socialists/communists want no rules except theirs, and they have the arrogance to claim moral superiority while spurning any rules they don’t like, like Article II, Section 1 and Amendment 20, Section 3.
Obama in effect negated our Constitution last night by saying “no matter who you are or where you come from, anything is possible” and by offering himself as living proof of that malignant fallacy. The naked emperor wants no rules to apply except those his team makes as they go along their merry way toward totalitarian government.
It is time we send a copy of the kenyan Birth Certificate to your States Governor, as well as your Congress person, and Senate.
I doubt he will read the letter.These guysn get to point in their careers (too big for their britches) where they insulate themselves from scrutiny by the average citizen by having screeners pick their emails and letters. Send the letter certified with his signature required. He still may throw it in the trash but at least you know he got it. He also sits in on occasion on radio station WSB 750am in Atlanta so a call could also get to him. I don’t think so, (I wish Lucas would speak up here like he did for a while), but I do believe some of the early attempts at discreditation such as saying the name of the country was wrong, or the units of measurement, or location of hospital compared to where Stanley Ann may have been if she was in Kenya, all pretty much turned out to be non-issues and did nothing to discredit the BC. It even turned out that the doctor listed on the BC once lived in the same neighborhood as Barack Sr.
However, if I am right that Lucas has never had the document looked at forensically in any way…and that he has never provided any sort of proof he was actaully in Kenya at the time he states he was….it makes me wonder….
Still, where are you Lucas….are you OK?
