Every concerned American should read carefully the following article posted at The Daily Pen in which the following statement is made:
The legal tactics employed by the Obama machine are specifically designed…to discourage challenges to Obama’s fraudulent occupation of the White House…
In my opinion, the most important statement in the whole article appears in fact number 13 in a list of twenty-eight indisputable facts associated with the 2008 Hawaii presidential election fraud:
the Democratic National Committee, headed by Nancy Pelosi, committed election fraud and violated the Constitutional right(s) of the people of the state of Hawaii (and all Americans).
There is no conceivable criminal act more serious than election fraud of this magnitude, such that the very essence of the protections from tyranny so carefully incorporated into the Constitution by its authors were intentionally, and in a conspiratorially subversive manner, bypassed and compromised.
At a minimum, this is an extremely serious violation of the oath of office sworn to by every government official, office-holder, and employee.
But in reality, this is an unconscionable act of disloyalty to the nation and to the Constitution to which the Founders pledged “their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor,” and for which so many gave their lives over the last two centuries defending their country in faraway places.
This is nothing less than a high crime of treason which cries out for the justice meted out to traitors.
As far as I am concerned, the Democratic Party has disqualified itself from further participation in the democratic processes of the Republic.
We are now learning for ourselves that Liberalism, Progressivism, Socialism, and Communism are irretrievably incompatible with constitutional self-government, as we were warned so clearly over sixty years ago by Friederich A. Hayek in his little masterpiece “The Road to Serfdom.”
It is time for We the People to decide whether this nation will fulfill the destiny of freedom and liberty ordained for it by our Creator, acting through our divinely-inspired founders, or if We the People will allow the Communist revolution which is now under way in the United States of America to continue to its horrible and inevitable climax of poverty, enslavement, and death.
I too am a PO’d Vietnam vet. I swore an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That oath is still in effect for me, and for many others.
We now have a domestic enemy who is attacking the very Constitution that brought this nation into existence.
What are we going to do about it?
It is clear that the people with the primary responsibility for addressing this crisis, our elected representatives in the Congress, will do nothing.
And it is clear that the professional media, guaranteed the rights of a free press in the Constitution in order to provide a check on governmental misconduct, and to protect the people from governmental infringement on the rights of the people, has utterly failed in its duty expose the pervasive fraudulent activity which characterized the 2008 presidential election. In fact, the media itself was, and continues to be, an active participant in the cover-up of the massive election fraud which enabled an effective coup d’état to take place in the United States of America, resulting in the installation of a constitutionally ineligible person, and very possibly an illegal alien, in the White House. The mainstream media has demonstrated clearly by its own criminal behavior that it will do nothing to address the present constitutional crisis in America which was precipitated by the greatest hoax ever inflicted on the American people.
It is also clear that our courts, especially the Supreme Court, will go to any lengths to avoid resolving the issues raised by this crisis, as they are charged to do by the Constitution and by the very words of their most learned and articulate predecessors on that court.
Finally, it is clear that the United States Department of Justice, operating under the authority of a usurper-president who is the primary beneficiary of the alleged election fraud carried out by the Democratic National Committee, and an Attorney General whose devotion to justice is simply laughable, will not act.
I can see no other option now but to call on the most senior of our military veterans to organize themselves to find a way to resolve this crisis.
This nation needs a leader who is prepared to fulfill the duties and obligations which he accepted when he took his (or her) oath of office as an officer of the United States military services, and we need him now.

I am a military veteran of Vietnam and a military plaintiff in the case Barnett et al v. Obama. I have written a series of articles published at Post&Email concerning the questions about the Constitutional ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve in the office of president.
I am not a “birther”. I am a Constitutionalist and I am very concerned about the threat to the rule of law which exists when a usurper, and possibly an illegal alien, is in the White House.
It is no longer a matter of speculation that criminal acts of election fraud took place in the 2008 presidential election. It is a fact that the Democratic Party of Hawaii refused to certify the constitutional qualifications of Barack Obama to be placed on the ballot in Hawaii because no documentation exists in Hawaii of Obama’s claimed Hawaiian birth. It is also a fact that Nancy Pelosi signed and submitted a false constitutional eligibility certification to the State of Hawaii.

The illegitimacy of Barack Obama is the most malignant manifestation of the socialist cancer which has infected our nation. Is the 9.12 Project for real? How can you continue to ignore this most urgent, insidious, and dangerous attack on our sovereignty?
I have not registered previously with the 9.12 Project due to my extreme disappointment with your obvious avoidance of the eligibility issue. Now, with a Colonel of the U.S. Army in Ft Leavenworth Prison for simply requesting verification of the constitutional authority of the commander-in-chief, it is time for Glenn Beck and the 9.12 Project to man up.
It is long past the time for public discussion of the facts on the eligibility matter. The nation needs a leader with a national base and a reputation for integrity to take this on and get the answers being demanded by the American people.
As far as I am concerned, if Glenn Beck continues to avoid this issue, his failure to match his words with his deeds puts him in violation of the very principles he advocates for the rest of us.

I think the question that David poses is very true regardless of who owns the 912 project now, the principles are unchanged and those are the principles that Glenn still advocates but does not live up to. We’ve all noticed that and for that reason I take what he says with a grain of salt. While it has been mentioned a while back that media people have been threatened with harm if they disclose or shed light on the eligibility issue. Is that what happened to Glenn? Who knows?

Amazing — Congress is not doing regular business this week due to the tragic Arizona shooting. They are ONLY talking about how to protect themselves from future dangers! on 1/10/11 it was announced SCOTUS refused Orly Taitz eligibility case for Obummer. Pleadings included a request for SCOTUS to decide which court is responsible to hold hearings as several contradict each other. Poor overworked judges are too busy to determine the most important decision for the US constitution! Sooner or later, they will all be fired!
Darryl Issa is supposed to be investigating “Corruption and fraud” but has stated that he is not going to investigate Obama’s eligibility. If that’s not corruption and fraud, what is?

Would it be possible to bring a class action suit against Nancy Pelosi, the DNC, former Governor of Hawaii, Hawaii Dept of Health, and others that have perpetrated this massive fraud? Can someone check on this as I would be willing to sign on as a petitioner as I am sure thousands of others would be willing participants as well.
In an ideal world, yes, but since the courts are sticking to their “you, Sir, have no standing” mantra, it seems unlikely we would prevail.
Besides, in a class action suit the burden of proof is on the plaintiff, i.e. we’d have to prove Obama/Soetoro is ineligible at least “by preponderance of evidence”. That means it would not be enough to point to the missing birth certificate or other inconclusive matters (we can’t even agree, let alone be certain, where he was born, whether he was adopted, whether he became an Indonesian citizen, whether NBC requires a citizen father or two citizen parents, who his real parents were etc.).
And don’t raise the objection “but the NBC issue is clear”. It is not unlikely the courts will disagree with us, or don’t you think SCOTUS would have heard one of our cases by now if they were inclined to agree?
The political (!) issue is that Obama/Soetoro has the burden of proof according to the Constitution. A class action suit however would shift the burden of proof (since that is never on the defendant) and make it much harder. At least IMO, I’m not a lawyer and could be wrong.

It is really unpleasant to admit to yourself that this fraud has taken place. I remember when I finally accepted the reality that we have an active usurpation of the presidency going on. I don’t blame people for not wanting to admit it; it is painful.

The military effort on WASH DC does not have to start with the highest-ranking officer; it just needs to start by any vet. As vets join the initiative, they will assemble themselves by rank as they did while actively serving. They will continue to pass the baton to the highest ranking vet, just like the POWs have done in previous wars. This war is different, but the same. Only now we have a WH and many members of Congress and in the judiciary who are enemies of our Constitution and our country. Perhaps keeping the POW perspective front and center may help galvanize our patriot vets. It just needs to get started and let it take on a life of its own with momentum.

We remain separate, apart from each other, while we blog on several eligibility sites, many of us doing our own research, we are not a real force to be reckoned with. We have allowed the left to keep us divided with their ridicule, their control of the situation through the courts, media and our utter confusion as to what the remedy is. There has been no central movement or organization created solely for the eligibility issue like the 912 or the Tea Party and there needs to be, desperately! I belong to the original 912 group and subsequent 912 spin-offs and have blogged my head off on the eligibility issue since March 09, offering information that the media refused to offer. Obama’s questionable eligibility was often met with misunderstanding, apathy, confusion, discount, or if they do agree they’re very discouraged as to what can possibly bed done about it and don’t want to waste effort for a fight they can’t win. We are looked at as if our numbers are too puny to be effectual and we are categorized as “fringe group”. How can we be effective until we group together, united? There is safety in numbers and there must be many hundreds of thousands of us, how do we galvanize our numbers into a group to effectively battle this coup de etat? How did the Tea Party do it? Time is a wasting!

This is not a violent overthrow of the existing government. The existing federal, state, city and county governments illegally operate as corporations. They are de facto governments; which means it is what it is; and, not necessarily a lawful government. We are restoring constitutional governments operating in common law. This means if you do not cause damages financial or physical to another living person then there is no crime. Thus no drug arrests, no weapon / firearm / gun arrests, no car inspection tickets, car tags, no irs (paychecks will go up 30%) etc. A speed limit sign is not a victim. If a police officer sees you make a left turn this does not make him a victim nor does it make a no left turn sign a victim nor does it make the government a victim.
The republic is reinhabiting the unoccupied seats of the republic. It is not an overthrow. This move is almost one year old. In 42 states there is a governor, ambassador, representatives, senators and de jure grand juries. On the national level we have a president, vice president, secretary of state, chief justice and a supreme court. When provisional government is only in office for six months, then honest paper ballot elections will be held. The way it works identically in the form and fashion of the original the founding fathers had intended. The states are republics and can be thought of an mini countries tied into a union together with the other state republics. The national government has precious little control over the state republics.
Under the republic you will have freedoms and prosperity beyond your imagination. There will be new banks and hard asset backed money, not junk federal reserve notes. Prosperity will take a few months. Small business loans will be pushed to promote mom and pop businesses. Organic small farmers will be a big thing with the republic and monies will be shoved at this fast. No GMO food. The republic wants mom and pop meat stores, grocery stores, dairy stores, drug stores, restaurants (fast food is not unhealthy).
We do not want jobs going overseas. We do not want big businesses that give the jobs to china and hire us for $8.00 an hour. We want quality goods made by Americans. Organic food grown by Americans. Healthy restaurants. Prosperity will be like it was prior to WW1. People will own businesses outright, own their houses outright, inflation will stop or be very low, consumer debt will drop off and not be needed.
The federal de facto government knows all about the new republic. The military is in regular communication with the new republic. The Republic has regular meetings with the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI. This is not a secret move. It has just been kept out of the mainstream media by intent and design. This will change in the near to immediate future. Those in the government know that the fed is in danger of collapse and they can lose their jobs, pensions, etc. They are disturbed and Constitutionally ineligible Obama is not much of a leadership figure.
There is a need to set up the other 8 states fast. Arkansas is one of those states. We believe the eight states can be set up in 2 weeks or so. Things are going very fast. There is a fear that the republic must be in place seated and functioning before the de facto collapses financially. There is financing available to run the new republic will commense immediately, upon the time that all 50 republics / states are established. If a republic / state is not set up it cannot receive financing. There will be military support for the republic, as soon as all 50 republics / states are in place.
The Republic is setting up de jure grand juries. These are the peoples grand juries and the judge has little control over them. You do not need to have the prosecutor cooperate to bring any entity or person in front of a grand jury. This is called grand jury presentment. It is constitutional common law and the way the country is supposed to be.
Lawyers are not recognized in the common law republic. They have a monopoly and judges are lawyers. No more lawyers. In Arizona the grand jury has heard cases on foreclosure and ruled the foreclosure to be a fraud and the regular sheriff agreed with the de jure grand jury and said he would not enforce the foreclosure no matter what the de facto judge does. So it has begun.
Don’t judge things by the media. The media is de facto controlled liars. The Republic will utilize the media shortly when convenient. We do not want to get people “freaking out”. The republic is composed predominantly of bible thumping unchurched christians. This alone will scare off some of the sexual deviants. Those living off the government that are capable of working will not like us. The lawyers are destined to be going down memory lane and they will lose their monopoly. As it is very doubtful very many of them could adapt to an honest court system. It is best to stay off the mainstream media until the very last moment which is probably going to be in the first quarter of 2011.
We have to be careful to not collapse stock markets around the world.
Yes it sounds too good to be true. God’s hand is in this. The de facto government just went too far. They are killing us with bad medicine, suppressing alternative health care, suppressing alternative energy devices, running an illegal money supply and privately owned central bank, they conduct illegal wars every day killing people around the world, have more people in jail than any other country and 80% for victimless crimes, tax the people to poverty illegally turning most of the money over to private bankers, molest women and children at the airports, have a constitutionally ineligible kenyan islamic moslem president, operate as liars and thieves, have many homeless people, push dangerous vaccines and many more things. It is no surprise to me that God has said enough when so many Christians cry out for help and deliverance from the illegal corporate government.
This is a peaceful change and can be done without a single shot being fired. There are a lot of people who will not believe this until they see the republic on CNN. This is not who we are looking for. We want people who want to be free to help seat the republic of all 50 republics / states. If you are one of these people there is a very important meeting scheduled in the next few days. Listen to the telephone conference meetings and decide for yourself if you are finaly mad as hell; and not going to take it anymore.

Here’s a thought: since Walter Reed Hospital is in the area, perhaps the addition of those injured troops who could participate would make an exceedingly powerful statement, and snag the media’s attention. This could start by soliciting the help of all the various military/vet organizations. It can start small and then grow as the call goes out to the states to send their vets. The more I think about this, the more it sounds do-able. We need to take action and stop wringing our hands and just talking about the treason against our Constitution and country. Another thought–our Vietnam vets must be included. I can just see them converging on D.C. on their motorcycles….! If someone will step up and take this on, I will do my part and contact all the Colorado military groups I can find and solicit those who are willing to participate. With rotation, it wouldn’t put a heavy burden on just a handful of people. I’m sure there are others who would do the same thing with their own states. How about it, guys? I’ll help with this.
There is certainly enough blame to go around, but here’s the one big question that screams for an answer… Mr. (so-called Admiral) Mike Mullen – when it comes right down to it, are you going to support and fight along-side “We the People” or the Kenyan Fraudster??? Mrs. Rondeau replies: Based on the number of letters, phone calls and emails Admiral Mullen has received about Obama’s questionable eligibility as well as the fact that the U.S. Navy retains a forged signature for Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III on file rather than correcting the record (which would mean nullifying the court-martial), it appears that the admiral has made his choice.
Sir, I believe that the answer you seek centers around the 1989 Velvet Revolution. There is a possibility that a part of the answer is the 2004 Orange Revolution.
I had other plans for life after 24 years in the USN. But my daily routine seems to have devolved to a daily check to see if anybody anywhere in this country has grown brave enough (with or without assistance from others) to end this nightmare. Thanks David, great article, and I especially appreciate the link to the article at The Daily Pen which lays out the conspiracy from the get-go on how Obama was to be certified by the Democrat Party of Hawaii, no matter how many rules had to be bent or broken. Seems to me there is plenty of hard evidence that proves both the DNC, (Pelosi and others), and the DPH absolutely knew Obama was not eligible and conspired to make sure that did not prevent him from being certified in Hawaii.
Amazing how no one in Congress or the media will pursue any of this, no matter how blatantly obvious and widespread the fraud appears to be. Now some even have the gall to talk of Obama running for a second term……

Perhaps retired mlitary, unarmed, in full uniform, on 24-hour watch, with a formal change of the guard, marching silently back and forth in front of the White House, The Congress, and the Supreme Court.

Could somebody put together a list of retired military officers in order of rank?
In accordance with military procedures and tradition, the responsibility for command action when under attack falls upon the most senior line officer present. We need to find out who that is, then if he refuses, we go to the next most senior, until we find the officer needed by the country to handle this crisis.
The suggestion offered above by ch is an excellent idea. It is one of many courses of action which could be considered by the officer in command, and implemented if he so decides.
