(Dec. 10, 2010) — Editor’s Note: The following submission outlines why Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin’s questioning of Obama’s eligibility to serve as Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. military is valid and should be first and foremost on the minds of every American.
10. TO GET THE JUDGES TO SIMPLY ANSWER THE QUESTION: IS OBAMA A NATURAL BORN U.S. CITIZEN? YES OR NO. They won’t answer the question. They criticize, they bluster, they do so much judicial hand-waving in every ruling that has been issued to date; but they avoid answering the question as if it’s poison.
9. BECAUSE THE U.S. SUPREME COURT HAS ABDICATED ITS RESPONSIBILITY. In a Congressional budget hearing, when Chairman David Serrano joked about natural born citizenship, Justice Clarence Thomas responded “We are evading that one,” then laughed with the rest of the room. Then in November, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the Kerchner case. Is there a connection? You bet there is.
8. LTC LAKIN HAS FOLLOWED ALL THE PROPER CHANNELS – LTC Lakin took every correct administrative step to seek the answer to the simple question everyone treats as poison: Is Obama eligible to be president? The system has responded by breaking all the rules.
7. BECAUSE THE MILITARY AND CIVILIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEMS ARE OBVIOUSLY PREJUDICED – Denying an appellant due process could not be more prejudicial. Threatening baseless sanctions without permitting the plaintiff the ability to clear his name is also extremely prejudicial.
6. EVERYONE ELSE IS PLAYING STUPID AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT – The comments offered by various members of Congress when asked about Obama’s eligibility are classic textbook examples of moronic and idiotic conduct. That so many give such uninformed and thoroughly ridiculous answers shows that there is a problem and they are doing everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for it. Congress will have to learn to stop being a group of useful idiots.
5. OBAMA IS AN ILLEGAL PRESIDENT – His father was never an American citizen. He never even had a green card. THAT is why he is not a natural born Citizen, and that is why he is not eligible to be president. Around that extremely simple point has been built a system which has compromised the whole federal and state governments. More government officials have started to speak up, but not nearly enough. That’s why you people in Congress need to wake up. For you, time is running out.
4. HISTORY WILL DAMN THE LIARS – Over 200 years of precedence in the form of notes and influences of our Founding Fathers, Congressional acts, judicial rulings and legislative initiatives has not changed one iota the original meaning of “natural born Citizen.” When the truth does finally come out, those who lied to protect a criminal president will by damned by history.
3. UNDER AN ILLEGAL PRESIDENT, THE U.S. MILITARY LOSES GENEVA CONVENTION PROTECTIONS – It is only a matter of time before some terrorist group or country takes advantage of this at our fighting men and women’s expense. Blood will be on the hands of The Liars.
2. THE TRUTH WILL OUT – More people are aware of this than the elite power structure believes. The only thing stopping the truth from getting out is sufficient public pressure on the media.
1. THEY CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH – More than any other reason, this is why the public is needed, and why Congress must take heed. The judiciary has already proven they can’t handle the truth. This court martial of LTC Terry Lakin, MD, will be no different. In fact, since the stakes are so high, it stands to be worse. In a sense, what happens to LTC Lakin will happen to America. If his rights get trampled on, look forward to yours getting trampled on, too.

The oath for military officers is not to support and defend the President or any man, but to support and defend the Constitution the fundamental law put in place by the founders and framers to protect our unalienable rights against all enemies, foreign and domestic. A digital image on the internet of an alleged secondary source and summary document in the age of PhotoShop is proof of nothing. No one in the major media with independent expert document examiners has even been allowed to see the alleged piece of paper that image was allegedly made from. These people and institutions are acting to protect a man, one man, Obama, who has held himself out to be above the law. They have not been acting to protect the U.S. Constitution which they should be defending. LTC Terry Lakin is doing his duty and standing up for his oath to the Constitution. I will be there on Tuesday at Ft. Meade MD to support him in his fight.

During the Presidential campaign, Obama met privately with Shiite Iraqi-born Muslim, Hassan Al-Qazwini, leader of the largest mosque in the US in Dearborn, Michigan, to discuss the Middle East, Israel and to receive a copy of his book, AMERICAN CRESCENT.
During the campaign, Obama also said he would go after jihadist Sunnis in Pakistan and Afghanistan, but wanted US troops out of Iraq where Shiites are in a majority and are trying to subdue Sunni influence.
Iran has the largest Shiite population. Obama’s chief advisor, Valerie Jarret, an Iranian born African-American, spent her formative years in Iran. She has an obviously favorable attitude towards Iran and is featured at one Iranian website as “Iranian of the Day.”
When Obama was elected, Iranians danced in the street and called him “brother.” Arabic Sunni clerics, however, made death threats for hiding his identity as a Muslim.
With the Iranian crackdown on protestors after their rigged election, Obama would not forcefully speak out and was hardly critical of the atrocities.
The Shiite Dearborn mosque of Hassan Qazwini has hosted Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Black Muslims, as a special guest. So has Obama’s former Trinity Church of Jeremiah Wright, who is a former Black Muslim himself. This same church allows Muslims to join without undergoing the Christian conversion process.
Obama’s supposed cousin, for whom he campagined in Kenya, Raila Odinga, head of state in Kenya, makes trips to Iran and signs agreements with Ahmadinejad, who in return visits Kenya and signs agreements to assist Kenya, including to build a nuclear power plant there.
During the Iranian New Year Obama addressed the Iranians in their own tongue, extolling Iran for its cultural contributions. During a recent visit to the UN, Ahmadinejad had a private meeting with Louis Farrakhan in which they also dined together. A sign of Middle Eastern hospitality, Obama would not dine with Israeli leader, Netanyahu, nor even be photographed with him.
It seems Obama is doing next to nothing to halt Iran’s nuclear development.
These things are specific to Shia Islam and Iran. There are other reasons to question that have to do with Islam itself as a whole, going beyond the Shia-Sunni differences:
1. Obama bowed and looked like he kissed the ring of the King of Saud, guardian of Mecca.
2. Obama always refers to the Koran as the HOLY Koran. He quotes from the Koran. When has he ever quoted from the Bible or referred to it as the HOLY Bible? He even botched his swearing in on the Bible.
3. Obama defended and stood up for those wanting to build a mosque at ground zero.
4. Obama warned Americans “not to jump to conclusions” concerning the Muslim doctor who was a secret jihadist at Fort Hood, who cowardly murdered in cold blood 13 unarmed US soldiers on American soil. Why? Who was jumping to conclusions?
5. Neither Obama nor his wife and children celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday. They only observe it in a secular manner. They do not give presents nor exchange gifts. They call the Christmas tree “a holiday tree.”
6. Shortly after taking office, Air Force One was sent unannounced to buzz New York City, causing a panic on the ground. What did this perverse act imply?
7. Obama wants to give the terrorists at Gitmo rights as civilians and citizens instead of what they are: enemy combatants. He wants to try these combatants as civilians at New York City where the Twin Towers fell, giving them a platform for their cause.
The list goes on and on, but I’ll stop for now. As one looks at these things, however, a clear picture begins to emerge. It could all be coincidences, I suppose, but it sure is a huge list of coincidences. As we go looking for birth certificates and seeing the lightweight cigarette-smoking liberal in the White House, are we missing seeing a die-hard Shiite Muslim practicing taqiyya? I wish I didn’t have this horrible, sinking feeling that we are not seeing the big picture.”

I don’t know if this can be of help or not, but I know that NOT sharing it won’t help. There’s a new book out called, TEA PARTY – The Awakening by Brent Morehouse. He outlines the stunning similarities of the struggles pre-Revolutionary War with where we are right now. The rest of the book has dozens and dozens of stories from various Tea Party leaders sharing what woke them up and what they’re doing in their local areas.
One gal from the south wrote a compelling story, and said she and her husband have stepped down to allow someone else to stand up, and they have since started a new company that does broadcasts via satellite to the web. I believe the information contained in this article provides a dimension necessary for open discussion by all who are in positions of public trust. Obama Can Do Anything He Wants Because the CIA Has His Back

The evidence is all there for anyone to see if they take the time to look. Zbigniew Brzezinski has “spoon-fed” Obama ever since he took him under his wing from Occidental College in 1980, apprenticed him through his first job in Pakistan and Afghanistan to his second job at Business International Corp. and ultimately, by manufacturing a background, faking his academic credentials and resume’, to the top job in America.
Brzezinsky was National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter from 1977-1981 and a professor at Columbia University 1960-1989 where he taught at the Institute of Communist Affairs. He’s a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, trustee of the Trilateral Commission and has attended Bilderberg meetings. He’s still a predominant presence in Obama’s “inner sanctum” and conveniently located near the White House at the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies where he’s Professor of American Foreign Policy.
Obama cannot be questioned about any of this because, “It’s a matter of national security.” No one will talk about the fake birth certificate because, “It’s a matter of national security.” There is no attempt to investigate his stolen social security number, originally issued in CT, because “It’s a matter of national security.”
Word is, the White House Press Corps members will have their credentials yanked if they were to ask Obama about his Oxy or Columbia days, his work at BIC, a well-known CIA front, or his trips to Pakistan. Also on the list of banned questions is the birth certificate, his name Barry Soetero and his Indonesian passport of that name.
All the FOX news folks have gotten the word as to what’s off limits too. Beck can go as far as linking all the players destroying our country but can’t mention the birth certificate. He “busted” Obama’s mother for her involvement with Shore Bank but doesn’t talk about her working for Asia Development Bank in Karachi, Pakistan while living in a 5-star hotel for years laundering money to aid mujahadeen and taliban. Oops, that’s CIA and Pakistan, can’t go there. If you do the FCC will shut you down so fast your head will spin.
Every once in a while, though, Obama really blows it and states a falsehood that sends the CIA into a panicked frenzy to cover his misstatement. As we all know, mistakes are made when you hurriedly try to fix an error. Obama’s error was saying that he signed up for selective service when he graduated from High School. That would be 1979 when there was no draft. The selective service was reinstituted in 1980 and so a record for Obama had to be created. Unfortunately for Obama’s “fixers” creating a record after the fact is a difficult thing to do and faced with time constraints they were forced to settle on a flawed document and probably unwittingly forever linked that document to another fraud, his social security number.
Brzezinski has been there for Obama all along and their secrets have to stay hidden because of national security measures. It’s really sad that America has been hijacked by wicked people like Brzezinski, Soros, Kissinger, the Clintons, Obama and all the godless members of their One World team.
If our country is to survive we only need one brave patriot to break through the CIA’s code of silence into the mainstream and let the treasonous pieces fall where they may.

That is simply wrong. Will the author kindly point me to the part of the Geneva Convention where it says that one country’s soldiers are only subject to the G.C. if their orders are “lawful”? Especially if “lawful” in that case would mean “according to the law of the country those soldiers represent”?
The Geneva Convention holds even for the unprovoked aggressor in any war, so why would it not hold if “only” local law was violated?
All I see here is a claim without argument.

Your family will eventually get this – as will the vast majority of the extended American family. All American families depend on The Constitution to guarantee American freedom and exceptionalism. Freedom worldwide also depends on this.
Cort – I appreciate your arguments as listed. However I am curious about number five.
How do we know WHO Barack Obama’s father was – We have not seen a birth certificate so we only have the word of a very evasive, devious person (whose real name we may not even know) regarding his lineage. I say the Jury is still open regarding his Ancestry and His place of birth (Until we see the Birth Certificate). At that point, we may (or may not) be able to discern what the man is hiding. He may end up being an NBC and is hiding some other nasty secret.

Forbidden by whom? “Wishing there was more you could do?” You mean like speaking the truth? Collectively voicing your opposition to the very ones that are forbidding the speaking out would be a very good start in showing your support. Freedom of speech used to be a right granted in founding documents of this Republic.
Now it is a crime to tell the truth. The liar-in-chief barry soetero has set the example for the “new norm” of personifying fraud.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: If the commenter is accurate, it appears that the broken chain of command is trying to silence free speech among the rank and file. And to think that we thought the officers and commanders were doing everything they could to uphold the U.S. Constitution before this crisis!
Actually the prosecution is calling the eligibility a political question. Under that cover the military can actually charge any “political” speech activist with any number of violations under the UCMJ.
Unfortunately the real illegal act is not that there is even an issue over Obama proving anything because the constitution is SUPREME law. It says SHALL QUALIFY and so it is legally binding on every citizen to take all actions within his power to effect the qualification. Treating the question as a tort or political question is treason in and of itself. It evades the “shall” and represents it as if negotiable.
Amen, Brother. They are putting the cart before the horse by suggesting political, somehow, precedes legal determinations. Guys, the U.S. Constitution is a legal document, not a political document. Implicit in the notion of “political” is a notion of self-interest or the interest of a sub-group such as a political party. An old philosophical criticism is when someone makes arguments that are shoved together when they belong apart, or arguments which are pulled apart when they should belong together.
By putting political over legal, they are pushing together things which should be separate.
Exactly the point! Where are the upholders which swore to the glue of the Constitution. The comments of “we support Lt. Col. Lakin” for his stand from other officers seems rather lame.
Look, Lakin is putting it on the line. The officer & troops must act as a collective voice to the principle of proving barry’s legitimate office of CiC. Obscure pats on the back to one or two of integrity officers that care about the America’s future is not enough. This is crucial, serious and the need of a movement so loud, so vast, the PEOPLE speak to remove the usurper.
The military says that they are forbidden to speak of this situation believing it is a political matter. This is not about Democrats or Republicans. IT is about upholding laws and our Constitution. Every single military person should leave his post and go support Lt Lakin. They can’t court martial all of you and this certainly would tell Congress how serious we are about outing Obama.
If you’re not outraged, you are not informed.
I particularly agree with item 3 – “UNDER AN ILLEGAL PRESIDENT, THE U.S. MILITARY LOSES GENEVA CONVENTION PROTECTIONS.” There was an interesting post about this on the Sean Hannity forums here: http://forums.hannity.com/showthread.php?p=83860661#post83860661 It says that if Obama is ineligible, then the US has been operating without a President since January 2009. All deployment orders to fight a war in a foreign land issued since January 2009 are illegal, since they do not come from the civilian authority of the Commander In Chief. Therefore, all US military officers are required to disobey any deployment orders. Only LTC Lakin seems to be obeying the law at the present time. Any military judge who thinks that the existence of legal civilian authority over the military is irrelevant to the LTC Lakin case is dead wrong.
A litle off the topic, but very related to the solution….when was the last citizens grand jury held in the United States, where was it held, why was it held, and what were the results. This seems to be the overall solution to We the Public controlling corrupt government officials or ignorant military judges, and the citizen grand jury movement needs all the support it can muster. Otherwise we are at the mercy of the power-hungry, law-breaking, dictator-type personalities who want to spend other people’s tax money rather than be law-abiding productive citizens who actually work!

If you have any possible way of attending, they I would humbly and passionately plead with you to attend and try to bring as many people as possible with you. You must be at the court martial to truly support LTC Terry Lakin. Please attend.
If you can make it to court martial go to military bases on the trial date 14th-16th of dec.or state capitols,make copies of this.
I am enmeshed in family obligations, but I will have that talk tonight over dinner. Just know that what I do, my family does not admire. Hard to believe, but time for one is not time for another, so it creates tensions.

I know where you’re coming from. It’s so easy to lack family support if they don’t sense or appreciate how terribly wrong our country has gotten off the track because of the underhanded manner of dismantling the Constitution. Hopefully we won’t end up waiting until it’s too late to restore law and order as well as having to resort to pitchforks and torches to get the job done. Kudos for a job well done with this piece!
