Australian newspaper carries story of LCDR Fitzpatrick

BUT WHERE IS THE AMERICAN MEDIA?

(Nov. 5, 2010) — A regular reader of The Post & Email notified us today that an online newspaper based in Australia published our press release detailing LCDR’s assault and arrest by sheriff’s deputies in Monroe County, TN.  The  release was sent to approximately 30 domestic and foreign news services.

Blogger Zach Jones, who has reported extensively on the Obama eligibility issue, is listed as a writer for the Australian paper.  The Australian article ended up headlining a list of Tennessee arrest records appearing within a larger list of U.S. county and state arrests.  Our reports on LCDR Fitzpatrick’s ordeal have been listed extensively at Free Republic.  The Gunny G blog was kind enough to post the release in part and solicit information for additional news outlets.

How about posting the latest Fitzpatrick story on The Blaze?  A description of Glenn Beck’s new site states that it will cover “stories…that are being under-covered or not covered.”  Does Beck’s main website cover government corruption?

The more frequently a topic is mentioned, the more chance there is that someone such as Beck or Rush Limbaugh will cover it.

One would think that Judge Andrew Napolitano would take an interest in this story of overreaching government power and tyranny, corruption, greed and civil rights abuses occurring right here in America.  What about the GretaWire blog?

Sign the Facebook page which a patriot established for Walt’s cause and send others to it.

The story is significant in that it shows how totalitarianism can be established in any community if the people are not vigilant over, but rather become subservient to, government.

All of you, the readers, will think of many more places to submit the story.  People’s lives are hanging in the balance.  Keep calling the FBI at 865-544-0751 even if all you get is the voice mail system.  Report the abuses occurring in the jail to the FBI office in Washington, DC at 202-324-3000.

LCDR Fitzpatrick’s arrests by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department have nothing to do with the Obama eligibility controversy.  Fitzpatrick’s original charge of treason against Obama which he took to the Monroe County grand jury was based on the deployment of U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL, in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, under Obama’s watch and evident command.

We must combat the mainstream media, which falsely reported that Walt “said no to a lawyer” at the unscheduled hearing which took place on Monday, November 1, 2010.  The Associated Press has acted shamefully in publishing its article without naming the author or any sources.  That’s because they didn’t have any.  They weren’t there. The Post & Email was told first-hand that not one member of the press was allowed inside the courtroom. So where did the AP get its information?  Their misinformation is published in newspapers around the world.  It is therefore incumbent upon us to counteract their misrepresentation of the truth and protection of government criminals.

Our report about the hearings which took place states the truth right from the source.  Another misleading  article  by the Advocate & Democrat put out similar propaganda, and the writer never responded to our questions about his sources.

A Tennessee Watchdog group has posted an article regarding the legislature’s expressed need for judicial reform:

It appears that members of the Tennessee General Assembly are ready to rein in judges who blatantly overstep their ethical code of conduct, particularly since those judges are failing to discipline their own.

Some residents in the state say judges are falling far short when it comes to showing fairness and impartiality in the courtroom – and they cite extreme examples to support that statement.

Additionally, some judges are retaliating against attorneys who file legitimate motions asking that the judge recuse him or herself from a particular case.
