TRUMP “PARTICULARLY GRATIFIED” WITH UNANIMOUS RULING

by Sharon Rondeau

(Jun. 26, 2017) — On Monday morning, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision concerning an executive order President Donald Trump signed in early March intended to prohibit individuals from six Middle-Eastern countries from entering the United States for 90 days.

The executive order also sought to place a temporary moratorium on the admittance of refugees until better “vetting” procedures can be instituted, according to the administration.

In a 9-0 decision, the high court opined that nearly all of the executive order could be carried out, overturning a decision issued in May from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals which placed the entire order on hold.

The nations on the list of those excluded are Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Syria, Yemen and Iran, which the Obama regime had found to be hotbeds of terrorism.

The ruling included, however, that individuals from the six countries who have relatives or a “bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States” may be permitted to enter with a valid visa.

When Fox News reported the development, it spelled “bona fide” as “bonified,” which is not in the Merriam-Webster dictionary.  The definition of “bona fide” is “made in good faith.”

As the nine members will be recessed over the summer through the month of September, they expect to take up the matter again in October.

Just before noon EDT, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer tweeted the following reaction from the president:

The March executive order emanated from an initial one issued on January 27 which the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled was unconstitutional.
