TENNESSEE, MILITARY, GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION

by Sharon Rondeau

Acknowledgement message received after submitting information about The Post & Email’s work on November 13, 2016

(Nov. 13, 2016) — On Sunday morning, this writer sent the following message through the “Share Your Ideas” portal at the Presidential Transition Team website, greatagain.gov:

I plan to continue my now-seven-year work at The Post & Email, an online newspaper which is citizen-driven, focusing on constitutional issues and government corruption.

Since the fall of 2009, I have been researching, gathering documents, and reporting on systemic corruption throughout the state of Tennessee’s government, particularly in the courts. Shockingly, criminal court judges are “permitted” by long-standing yet unconstitutional tradition to handpick the foreman of the county grand jury and therefore commandeer a predetermined outcome in the indictment of the county’s citizens.  Numerous other violations of law, the state constitution, U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are commonplace in that beautiful yet lawless and failed state.

The Tennessee problem is so big that no state or federal agency thus far has wanted to touch it. Because the grand juries are compromised by a handpicked foreman, the indictments they produce cannot possibly be considered valid. However, trials go forward, often based on flimsy or fabricated evidence, with trial jurors often serving in violation of state laws.

The result is a prisoners-for-profit enterprise which keeps people incarcerated for far longer than their alleged crimes warranted, with government bureaucrats and other bad actors pocketing millions.

As an extension of exposing the corruption within the courts, I have learned that conditions within Tennessee’s state-run and corporate-run prisons are worse than deplorable wherein inmates are often punched, tortured, put in isolation for no reason, and sexually assaulted without a proper investigation taking place. In addition, Tennessee’s secretive laws prohibit the release of documents pertaining to prison internal investigations, making it even more difficult for the public to know where their hard-earned tax dollars are going.

I have also been reporting on several cases involving corruption within the US military which would shock most Americans.  My reportage is replete with documentation, eyewitness accounts, and recorded interviews. While not every military commander and his downward chain of command are corrupt, the deprivation of due process and trampling of some servicemen’s constitutional rights is taking place every day.

In one case, a soldier who was sexually assaulted more than three years ago is currently being held at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for no documented reason, with his command’s attempts to characterize him as “delusional” intended to discredit any testimony he might give once he is discharged, if that long, drawn-out process is ever completed.

Another case involves the 1990 court-martial of LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.), whose signature was fraudulently applied to a “confession” letter he never saw until years later.  The Navy is well aware of the forgery yet maintains it as authentic so as to obscure the numerous federal crimes which were committed.

To my surprise, I have learned that racism has been encountered in the military and has ruined the careers of a number of talented and loyal servicemen.

The Post & Email is proud to be a member of the “new media,” which holds nothing back from the people as long as it is truthful and accurate. In addition to the aforementioned projects, my newspaper has been one of the few which has reported seriously on the investigation of the long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website which was eventually found by the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse under the supervision of now-outgoing Sheriff Joseph Arpaio to be a “computer-generated forgery.”  I have interviewed Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo on several occasions and kept my readership up-to-date on any new developments as they arise.

Please note that you may count on The Post & Email for fair and accurate coverage without the injection of personal bias or preference in the story. I am an old-style writer with a desire to do old-fashioned reporting to find the truth, no matter where it may lie.

Thank you for your time.

  1. God bless you, Sharon Rondeau.
Thank you for faithfully upholding the light of a Free Press these many dark years wherein most of the traditional 4th Estate within the American Experiment has deserted its post and colluded with the Liberal-fascist Left to advance their designs on a Socialist America and left ‘We the People’ without the protections afforded by a reliable, honest, and honorable Press which is necessary for the preservation of the ability of a free people to exercise the God endowed liberty recognized by this nation’s Founders as such.

  2. Very Nice.. I think it is such a credit to The Post & Email that they have run Editorials a Democratic Party Candidate for President wrote.

I believe whole heartedly if the big publications like the WSJ, New York Times, Washington Post had even a tenth of the integrity The Post & Email has had that Donald Trump may not have won because the Democrats would have had a different nominee. One that had actually stood much higher ground for the U.S. Constitution.

A loss of Legislature (House & Senate), and Executive Branch now screams the Truth. Obama has been the worst person for Democrats and the best one for Republicans with thousands of State and Federal Offices left in his ineligible wake of destructuon.

Do I think Democrats will figure it out?

Not if the moral Compass bankrupt in GroupThink persist.
