Tweet from Roger Stone’s Twitter feed announcing Thursday night’s conference call

(Aug. 18, 2016) — Longtime political activist Roger Stone will be available to answer questions from the general public on a biweekly Thursday conference call at 9:00 p.m. EDT/6:00 p.m. PDT.

Stone’s biography from his website reads:

A veteran of nine national presidential campaigns, Roger Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents before leaving the GOP for the Libertarian Party. He is author of the New York Times bestseller The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ, as well as The Clintons’ War on Women. He lives in New York City and South Florida.

Questions may be submitted here.

On the first such call on August 4, Stone answered questions read by host Jason Sullivan on the topics of men’s fashion, on which he is considered an expert; the 2016 election, his efforts to prevent voter fraud and to register one million new voters who would presumably support Donald Trump; the email scandal in which Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton sent classified information over an unsecured, private server installed in her home while serving as Secretary of State; and hacked DNC emails demonstrating that party operatives favored Clinton over Sen. Bernie Sanders during the primaries.

Stone also spoke about Trump’s declared platform of national security, better vetting of refugees and immigrants, criminal justice reform, and his personal reasons for attempting to convince Trump to run for president for the last 28 years.

Sullivan reiterated that there were more questions than could be read during the hour time frame but that some were duplicates. It is expected that the same situation would arise this evening.
