“LEGAL HURDLES” BEING OVERCOME

(Jan. 23, 2015) — On today’s “Freedom Friday” show, host Carl Gallups stated that Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo has had to “go dark” for a time based on “legal hurdles” he has been surmounting in order to present new evidence from the investigation of Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate and related matters.
The Cold Case Posse began investigating the birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 in September of that year at the direction of Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who was approached by 250 members of a local Tea Party concerned that the image was fraudulent, as reported by several graphics experts directly after it was posted.
The image contains no raised seal, and several versions have been circulated on the internet without attribution. After its formal release, Obama claimed it as an accurate representation of his original Hawaii birth record.
Major media did not question the authenticity of the document which numerous experts came forward to denounce virtually immediately.
In September 2011, Arpaio commissioned the posse to conduct an initial probe of the image, believing that it would “clear the president.” However, after several days, the five posse members found that the image could not have had its beginnings with a real, paper document.
On March 1, 2012, Zullo and Arpaio announced at a press conference that the birth certificate image and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.” Zullo affirmed that the computer from which the birth certificate image was uploaded to the White House website had been identified, but not the user.
Several months ago, Zullo announced on Gallups’ show that the investigation had positively identified the forger.
At an undeclared time, Arpaio opened a second criminal investigation from which he has suggested he would disclose his findings beginning in the spring of last year.
Obama has obscured his school and university records, medical records, passport applications, Illinois state senate and U.S. Senate voting records from public view. His history includes print news reports stating that he was born in Indonesia, Kenya, and Hawaii, and details of his life story have evolved since he announced his candidacy for the presidency in February 2007.
In 2008, Obama claimed dual U.S.-Kenyan citizenship on his “FighttheSmears” website and a father with British citizenship.
The U.S. Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born Citizen.”
No hospital in the world has claimed Obama’s birth, and Zullo has stated publicly that Obama has used “four aliases.” In Articles of Impeachment written last summer by the North American Law Center (NALC), Obama was accused of having achieved the presidency through “criminal identity fraud.”
On Friday Gallups said that he has been receiving “multitudinous” emails from listeners asking about the status of the criminal investigations. Gallups then told his audience that Zullo had conveyed that when new information is available for release, it will be announced on his radio show and on the PPSimmons News & Ministry Network, of which Gallups is a co-founder.
Gallups also stated that there is a possibility that the “mainstream media” would carry any announcement made by Zullo and/or Arpaio. He said that the investigation is now at a “crucial” stage and that although he and Zullo speak “every day,” Zullo is not at liberty to reveal details of his work at this time.
Why should Biden be deemed a legitimate successor when he was hand-picked by the USURPER? Furthermore, Biden was not even close to being a viable candidate when he was running. His performance in the primaries was woeful. Obama picked Biden because he was a buffoon who would do his bidding and because Biden was oddly perceived as having foreign policy credentials which aka Obama sorely lacked. Of course the irony is that Obama had NO credentials and a bogus identity. Both of them belong in prison.
What happens if, while in office, he is found out and forced to resign or is arrested? Is Biden the step-in or is the whole ticket then invalid?
All reports fail to mention the administration’s guilt in the act of blackmail. For any Politician with the authority to proceed with criminal charges, the consequences of acting upon those charges will be mass chaos in all US cities such as those staged in Ferguson, MO. Ferguson was just a warning shot. This is hearsay, however, anyone with two brain cells can read the writing on the wall.
Are they having snowball fights in hell yet?
It is Prima Facie. Obama IS A TRAITOR,SPY,USURPER AND FRAUD. Obama is a criminal. I demand his arrest. He is a clear and present danger to our national security. His arrest is a moral imperative and America’s top priority.
