Senior Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood declined to sentence George Joseph Raudenbush to prison on Monday following convictions on all seven charges brought for the second time by Monroe County, TN. Raudenbush has maintained that Officer Brian Millsaps was the aggressor in the encounter between the two men on December 30, 2010 which resulted in Raudenbush’s arrest and imprisonment for more than two years.
