Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood conducted a show trial on Monday and Tuesday of this week which ended in convictions of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) for petitioning the grand jury with evidence of criminality of the judges and grand jury foremen in McMinn County. The FBI has said that the corruption in Tennessee is so systemic that it “wouldn’t know where to start” in taking it down.
