“IF YOU LIKE YOUR PLAN, YOU WILL KEEP IT”

(Nov. 15, 2013) — Barack Hussein Obama has now decreed that he will “allow” people who have had their health plans canceled over the last six weeks to keep those plans.
In an unscheduled address on Thursday, Obama appeared to admit that the health care law rollout has been a failure.
After the law’s passage in March 2010, Obama told the public that “if you like your plan, you will keep it.” However, approximately 5,000,000 people have been notified that their plans have been canceled because they do not meet the new requirements of the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.
The Healthcare.gov website has been plagued with glitches, freezing, lack of security and downtime since the October 1 opening. The White House said that necessary fixes would be applied by November 30 but has now walked back that claim.
House and Senate Democrats, particularly those facing re-election next year, have held discussions with the White House, the content of which has not been widely disclosed.
Constitutionally, the president cannot make law on his own, but Obama has consistently issued executive orders when Congress does not act on legislation he wants passed. Over the last five years, he has dictated changes in EPA policy, immigration policy, gun control, “climate change,” and health care regulation changes by executive order. Congress, which is constitutionally responsible for limiting the chief executive’s power, has thus far not taken action against Obama.
However, on Wednesday, ten House Republicans drafted Articles of Impeachment against putative Attorney General Eric Holder.
Obama has now been termed a “liar” as the mainstream media continues to turn against him following the failed implementation of his “signature” health care law which was passed only by Democrats almost four years ago.
Article I, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution gives the House of Representatives the “sole power of impeachment.”
Obama has also told the public that he was born in Hawaii, beginning in 2007 when he announced his run for the presidency. Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born Citizen.”
The long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website since April 27, 2011 has been declared a forgery by a law enforcement investigation. Last month, a citizen of Washington State submitted a Notice of Commission to a federal court, asking the judge to adhere to his statutory responsibility of summoning a grand jury to examine the evidence presented.
If Obama proves to have been constitutionally ineligible to serve, the laws, treaties, and appointments he has made could be rendered null and void.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 8 requires the the president-elect to take the following oath:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Article I, Section 1, clause 1 of the Constitution states that the power of making law is granted only to the Congress. On Friday, the House of Representatives will be voting on a proposal by Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) which would allow canceled plans to be reinstated if the insurance companies are able. A Democrat senator has sponsored a similar bill.
Over the summer, members of both parties admitted that Obamacare would be “a train wreck.” Several Republican freshmen from both chambers of Congress attempted to garner support for defunding Obamacare. In September, the House voted to appropriate funds for all government agencies but to withhold it for Obamacare, but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Obama refused to negotiate over any aspect of the “law.” At the time, Democrats insisted that the Affordable Care Act would be a benefit to their constituents.
On Thursday, Obama said he was “not informed directly” that the Healthcare.gov website was not properly tested and functional.
The White House has said that Obama would veto Upton’s bill if approved by Congress because the canceled plans “because they do not meet the new U.S. healthcare law’s standards.”
Also on Thursday, Obama said that he has been “accused of a lot of things,” one of which might be criminal conspiracy in the matter of the forgery of his birth certificate.

The big problem here IMO (as noted in article), is the lack of Citizen outrage over the continuous Constitutional violations by the Executive branch (the branch responsible for ENFORCING the laws made by the Legislative branch) that go entirely unchallenged by the Legislative branch (Congress, the branch responsible for MAKING the laws). Our Constitution has been almost entirely nullified by the combined actions of the three branches of the Federal Government.

Of course, he’s been lying all along. For the life of me, I cannot understand why people do not see this! His whole presidency is a bold-faced lie! Has the word “sorry” come out of his mouth at all? NO. His demeanor all along has been arrogant, and totally disrespectful to the American people – with the exception of those on welfare! He does not like the Constitution and considers it a hindrance to what he wants to do. He does not like the military or the U.S.! He does not like Christians or Jews. He is totally corrupt. He takes responsibility for absolutely nothing! Everything that has happened in our Country, he has perpetrated ON PURPOSE to bring America down! The sooner the people wake up to this, the sooner we can start reclaiming our Country again!
They are ALL guilty of treason – they’re not going to bring charges against themselves. Maybe after “Dancing With The Stars” season and the Super Bowl are over, the citizens just might (emphasis: MIGHT) get off their couches, put down their potato(e) chips.
