Barack Hussein Obama, whose eligibility for the office of president has been swept aside by Congress, signed a health care bill which significantly reduces payments to Medicare providers, who care for the elderly and disabled. Many physicians have decided to stop accepting Medicare when Obamacare is fully implemented.
