STOCKMAN WILLING BUT UNABLE TO APPEAR

(Jun. 28, 2013) — Carl Gallups, host of “Freedom Friday,” had Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo on the show earlier today, as a previously-scheduled guest was unable to appear.

Zullo has spent nearly two years on an unpaid basis investigating the purported Obama long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011, at the request of approximately 250 Maricopa County, AZ constituents.  On March 1, 2012, Zullo and Sheriff Joe Arpaio held a press conference during which they announced that the long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card bearing Obama’s name are “computer-generated forgeries.”

The scheduled guest was Rep. Steve Stockman, whose airplane was delayed due to poor weather, preventing his participation in the show.  However, Stockman’s staff reportedly called Gallups and said that Stockman was listening to the show and very much wanted to appear.

Gallups released new information, including that Stockman will be meeting with Zullo in Washington, DC to see “the entire criminal case” which the posse has assembled.  Gallups acknowledged that Zullo and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio had “put their lives on the line” to investigate the authenticity of the birth certificate when no one else was willing.  The mainstream media did not investigate Obama’s past in 2007 and 2008, and many commentators and news anchors mocked anyone who questioned his constitutional eligibility or birthplace.

Of Stockman’s ability to move the investigation to the next level, Gallups said, “He could call congressional investigations.”  Zullo said that he met with Stockman at CPAC in mid-March and had “a lengthy conversation” with him at the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Association (CSPOA) on May 31-June 1.

The first caller asked which crimes might have been committed by Obama and/or others as a result of the fraudulent birth certificate.  Zullo said that a federal statute prohibits someone from using a false document with the intent to gain a “financial benefit.”  “There are also violations of Title 13 of the U.S. Code for merely possessing a document of this nature,” Zullo said.

A second caller asked about the best approach to urge his congressman to investigate the forgery, to which Zullo responded that people should “hold off for a little while.”  Zullo then said that Stockman has a plan to move the matter forward.   “We have to coordinate an effort here,” Zullo said.

Gallups, who has a ten-year background in law enforcement, described Zullo and Apaio as consummate lawmen with the experience to not only investigate, but communicate their findings to Congress, which they believe is the best venue to resolve the matter.

Obama has been secretive about his personal documentation.  His college and school records have never been released, and his short- and long-form birth certificates, released only on the internet, have been declared forgeries.  Some believe that Obama attended college as a foreign national funded by scholarships from foreign countries, perhaps including Saudi Arabia.

Gallups said that there is “incontrovertible evidence” showing that Obama “is not a U.S. citizen,” which would make him ineligible to serve as president and commander-in-chief.  Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen.”

Zullo and Gallups both affirmed that Stockman will reschedule to appear on the show at a later date.  Zullo said that a meeting between Stockman and him is expected to take place “before summer recess.”

Stockman had threatened to draft Articles of Impeachment against Obama if he circumvented Congress to change provisions of the Second Amendment.

A third caller said that Zullo “at times” sounded frustrated but said that many people are “hanging upon his every word.”  Gallups then asked Zullo, “What do you have to say to that?”  Zullo responded that the responsibility was “a heavy burden” but that he is determined to see it “to the end.”  “This is my country; it’s our country, and we deserve the answer,” Zullo said.

Zullo said that the posse is “trying to put a plan together” which will need publicity when the time arrives, including exposure through social media and funding from well-endowed individuals and groups.  Zullo then suggested that people commenting “on message boards” could spend their time more productively by informing others about the forgeries.

Zullo then said that Rep. Stockman is “the only person” in Congress willing to pursue the birth certificate forgery matter and that Arpaio has risked his 52-year career to launch and carry out the investigation.

Zullo said that if no one in Congress ultimately helps to expose the forgery, he will make public all of the evidence the posse has amassed.

The Cold Case Posse operates on donations so that taxpayer monies are not utilized to fund their work.
