On April 20, 2010, the federal government, in concert with corrupt Monroe County, TN law enforcement, orchestrated a massive police presence based on the false threat of a “courthouse takeover” which never happened. Ten days later, Darren Wesley Huff was arrested for alleged crimes he did not commit. He was convicted on one charge on October 18, 2011.
