Mike Zullo’s Update from CSPOA on Obama Birth Certificate Forgery

NEW CRIMINAL EVIDENCE TO BE PRESENTED TO SELECT GROUP ON SATURDAY

(May 31, 2013) — On Carl Gallups’ “Freedom Friday” earlier this evening, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo called from the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Association (CSPOA) conference, where he has given an initial presentation on the Obama birth certificate forgery investigation.

The Cold Case Posse was commissioned by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to find whether or not the birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 was a forgery.  The investigation commenced in September 2011 and has been ongoing since that time.

Zullo reported that his 20-minute time slot for Friday, which he called his “little teaser,” was shortened to five minutes, as the conference schedule was running behind.  However, on Saturday he has a two-hour session scheduled with “credentialed” people who must be public officials, particularly law enforcement officers.  Zullo said that he will be releasing information which only he and Arpaio know.  “It’s never, ever been publicized,” Zullo said.

There will be no media at the private presentation.  “Big things can come out of this,” Gallups said.

Gallups confirmed with Zullo that the “big meeting” to which he and Zullo had referred last week is not the CSPOA conference, but rather, another event which has not yet been detailed.  However, Zullo stated that the invitation he received to CSPOA from Sheriff Richard Mack is “the best thing that’s happened so far.”

Gallups revealed that Rep. Steve Stockman had asked to meet with Zullo at CPAC when he and Gallups had traveled to Washington, DC to present evidence of forgery.  Stockman is an outspoken critic of Obama’s policies and the keynote speaker at CSPOA.

Gallups raised the issue of the filing of a criminal complaint with a prosecutor which Zullo stated is not practical because a prosecutor can refuse to pursue any complaint which he does not wish to investigate.  Zullo is instead seeking a congressional investigation.  However, Zullo said he would meet with any prosecutor who “is willing to take this case on.”

Zullo stated that he is encouraged that a congressman has shown an interest in the posse’s findings.

Gallups gave a brief recap of a report aired before Zullo’s interview which discussed the issue of Obama’s Social Security number.  Cold Case Posse investigator Don Jeffrey, who is also attending CSPOA, presented evidence gleaned from his work on the allegedly fraudulent Social Security number and “other avenues” of the investigation.

Jeffrey’s experience includes 25 years with a New Jersey police department during which he performed background checks for “firearms purposes” and applicants for liquor licenses.

Gallups addressed the allegation that Obama has been using a Social Security number which appears to have been issued by the state of Connecticut and that “several Social Security numbers” are “attached” to Obama.

Jeffrey said he did not have any preconceived ideas or knowledge of the contention that Obama’s Social Security number is fraudulent.

Jeffrey said he found that “there were over 30 Social Security numbers” which were attached to specific addresses rather than Obama’s name.  Jeffrey explained the phenomenon could have been caused by Obama’s having been associated with an address at one time.

“I have to look for probable cause, or evidential value, or was there a crime committed…and there is nothing for those three,” Jeffrey said.  Gallups asked, “You don’t want to fabricate a conspiracy and then go forward on a falsehood…correct?” to which Jeffrey answered, “Yes.”

Jeffrey confirmed that he had not concluded that a crime had occurred regarding Obama’s Social Security number.

After a break, Gallups confirmed that the WEBY website was “slammed full of listeners,” rendering some unable to access the show live.

In the next segment, Jeffrey said that Obama’s Social Security number had been traced to a “Harrison J. Bounel,” but that Obama “did not assume the identity of Harrison J. Bounel…he’s using that as his own Social Security number.”  Jeffrey then said that given that, there is no evidence of a crime.

Jeffrey acknowledged that “court battles” had ensued over the questions about Obama’s Social Security number but that “there is no crime because he hasn’t assumed Harrison J. Bounel’s identity.”

Gallups confirmed with Jeffrey that if Obama “passed himself off as Harrison J. Bounel,” it would have been a crime.  Jeffrey stated that the number could have been assigned to Obama mistakenly.

Jeffrey also investigated claims made by a “Linda Joy Adams” which related to Obama’s extended family.
