FATHER NOT PRESENT BECAUSE OF AMBIGUOUS ORDERS

(Mar. 10, 2013) — All the babies were dropped off today for Erica’s unmonitored visit! Jeffrey is not present at this visit because we need to get clarification in writing from Godwin Milner and Mary Acevedo that it’s the departments position that the mother and father may have unmonitored visits together in the home. Even though I was present at the TDM meeting when Mary Acevedo the case Supervisor said that Jeffery and Erica should live together and have unmonitored visits immediately we must get them to put this in writing so that it cannot be turned around against Erica and Jeffrey in the judges court room. Monday I must call and if I can find an email address send email to both the social worker and the supervisor to make sure they give us these things in writing. Please continue to pray for this family. There is so much to be taken care of in the next 120 days before the next hearing. We need your support more than ever. I know I promised a wish list, it is in the works. The immediate needs are still going to be funding for food to feed the babies and we must continue to save for Erica and the next months rent and utilities. They are setting them up to fail and we must not allow this to happen. This family is my family and your family and we must come together as we have done time and again to make sure the court has zero excuses. I am asking from the bottom of my heart with all my being if you have a penny to spare please consider helping to continue supporting the Henderson Family.
