Citizen Letter Asks Sheriff Arpaio to Testify in Kansas Next Week

Dear Sheriff Arpaio,

I contact you as a matter of great urgency and as you have stated yourself a “national security threat” is upon this nation.  You have done yeoman’s work in responding to your constituents serious and real concern that Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama is not who he claims to be.  Your Lead Investigator, Mike Zullo has stated on the record on July 17, 2012 “the document presented to the American public by the White House on April 27, 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent” and with further emphasis to this fact stated in the course of your Cold Case Posse investigation, “we do not believe this document-Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate-could ever survive judicial scrutiny; (you) couldn’t convince a judge this document is authentic”.  There are many more quotes that could be stated and shared, which all of them I have full confidence you know.  You personally, your Cold Case Posse, your staff and family have put your lives in harm’s way, have faced unwarranted and unjustified attacks.  Your request for Congress to open a full Congressional hearing on this matter has been meet with nothing more than utter silence and such is nothing more than evidence of contempt for the truth, your investigation and the rule of law.  I am not a law enforcement officer, nor am I an attorney and even if I was it would not make me anymore special than the next person.  What I am is law abiding citizen, who cares about this country and the fact that upwards of 1.5 million American servicemen have given the ultimate sacrifice with their very lives for the sake of liberty and freedom, which our U.S. Constitution provides us.  I don’t think you take this lightly or look to brush this very real truth off.  This is why I contact you, why I pray faithfully for you and why I have contributed to the Cold Case Posse financially.  Your presence and your Lead Investigator’s presence is warranted and needed to be before a duly appointed Judge and/or jury.  Your investigative work and your affidavit testify to the fact fraud and forgery is being committed and needs to have your powerful voice in front of these lawful body’s in order for justice to truly be served. Be it far from me to tell you want to do or not to do; your 51 years of law enforcement experience should speak for itself.  It is because of this and all that you have stood for that the American people need you to present yourself in person to testify to your hard work that it is not in vain nor based on any theory or “something grabbed out of the air” by you.  Your investigative work into a fraudulent and forged Birth Certificate, Selective Service card and Social Security number needs to be brought before the Maricopa County Grand Jury, Arizona Grand Jury, AZ Attorney General and Maricopa County District Attorney.  Furthermore, as mentioned your presence and the presence of your Lead Investigator is needed in front of a Judge and/or jury.  There are multiple lawsuits in various states that have been filed and your investigative work has been submitted, but your testimony is what can and will make the difference.  Orly Taitz, Esq., has recently stood in courtrooms in the states of MS, IN and next week in KS on Oct. 3^rd presenting your evidence of fraud and forgery is being committed.  We the People of the United States of America need you there.  It is imperative.  Time is running out on this nation.  A multitude of law abiding citizens have submitted your Press Releases, your affidavits and unless further action on your part is taken, these citizens’ lives are very well in jeopardy.  Again, I am confident you did not undertake this arduous task with any type of unlawful or ulterior motive.  You did so because it was your job and you wanted to stand by your oath and do what is right and lawful.  I am only here to ask you to do what you set out to do in the first place, bring those who have committed these crimes to justice, period.  I trust you know what needs to be done and the American people who believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are behind you 100%.  I’m sure you have Orly Taitz’s contact information.  She has worked hard and long on this very matter that indeed is a real and viable threat to our national security.  Sheriff Arpaio, thank you for being a man of your word.  You have stood firm in the face of ridicule and scorn such of which I have no idea in which you have borne. You are indeed an exceptional lawman and for this I and millions of Americans who care and love this country know this thank you.
