Dr. Orly Taitz is seeking to have adjudication of whether or not Obama’s name can be placed on the Indiana ballot given their state statute requiring that a name on the ballot match that which appears on the person’s birth certificate. In Indiana, Obama’s filing papers provide his name as “Barack Obama,” but on his birth certificate, it is stated “Barack Hussein Obama II.” The birth certificate itself has been labeled a forgery by a law enforcement investigation.
