IS THE TIDE TURNING IN INDIANA?

(Aug. 6, 2012) — A subpoena from the Superior Court in Marion County, IN has been issued to Mike Zullo, lead investigator of the Cold Case Posse which investigated the authenticity of Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate image and found it to be “definitely fraudulent.” The subpoena commands Zullo to appear at the Superior Court on August 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. to act as a witness and provide documentation from their investigation relevant to Obama’s purported birth certificate.
In an interview this evening, Taitz said that she also subpoenaed Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, whose office had authorized the eight-month investigation, the results of which were provided to the public on July 17, 2012.
An initial press conference had been held on March 1, 2012, during which Arpaio and Zullo announced that they had found “probable cause” that the birth certificate and Obama’s Selective Service registration card were “computer-generated forgeries.”
Taitz has offered to pay for travel expenses and hotel accommodations for Zullo and Arpaio to appear in court in Indianapolis. She told The Post & Email that she has a favorable environment to challenge Obama’s eligibility to be on the state ballot because of a statute which requires candidates to run for office under the same name as that which appears on their birth certificate. Taitz believes the information Zullo and Arpaio have collected will be helpful if presented to a court.
“The state of Indiana has a very strong statute which says that your name on the ballot has to be the same as on your birth certificate,” Taitz said.
Taitz told The Post & Email that one of two Obama defense attorneys has left the case and that it is possible that the attorney who left recognized that fraud was involved. Last month, Taitz reported that Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller had stipulated that “causes of action of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence against the Sec of State of Indiana Connie Lawson and Elections Commission brought by attorney Orly Taitz were never heard on the merits and should not have been dismissed.”
In 1996, one of the plaintiffs on Taitz’s Indiana case, Bob Kern, ran for Congress and won the Democrat primary. “Then he was served with a subpoena. The Elections Commission wanted to see his professional licenses. They wanted to see what name he was using. With Obama, we don’t know which name he is using…” said Taitz.
Taitz is flying to Indiana on Tuesday and said she can use more donations to continue her work. She was notified today that her case filed in Washington, DC demanding discovery in regard to Obama’s Social Security number is still active. She also has two active cases in California, one of which was filed on Friday asking for an injunction against the health care law on the basis that the individual mandate violates her First Amendment rights, specifically the establishment clause.
Go Orly! Don’t stop now, keep hammering away! The sham will finally be exposed BUT when will we see prosecution?? That may be a way off though the exposure is STARTING to get actual “press”. Without Trump, The Post Email and Martha Trowbridge, our official language might already have been changed to not-English. This is no joke folks as many seem to think it is, the damage done here by the Democratic Bull in the China closet may last for some time and remember that these creeps won’t just “go away” if Bari is taken out in handcuffs to face trial for the usurpation and many others will follow as more and more “criminals assistants” of his and possible “Republicans” that may have been involved with this entire “Oceans Eleven” usurpation/robbery/highjacking of America. There will be many “weeds” left in the fields among the “new crop” and many sharp eyes will be needed to keep them under control. Do not sleep my brothers as there are many thieves in the night. Satan never sleeps.
This Indiana event, plus several other high profile “expose Obama as a foreign invader” type events are creating THE PERFECT STORM to wash the Kenyan & his cronies away. Get ready.

We would all be working as hard as Orly is if we only had the same understanding that she has; having come from the USSR, Orly has seen the dark side of humanity in action and knows full well what we have consuming us here now and what will annihilate us if we remain too exceedingly dumb to stop it. GOD SPEED GOOD LADY !!!
I wish Orly the greatest success. She has worked consistently harder to show that obama is a fraud than any other person of whom I am aware. I still don’t trust the judicial branch which has shown itself to be as corrupt as the executive branch and the legislative branch. Third world countries have better government that the U.S. does today.
