IN NEED OF SPIRITUAL, MEDICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

(Apr. 1, 2012) — A person closely involved in several cases brought against Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III by prosecutors in Monroe County, TN has told The Post & Email that the retired Naval Commander is in need of prayer, medical rehabilitation and financial assistance.
On March 31, 2012, new information showed that Fitzpatrick’s health has been adversely affected by his last 18-week stay in the Monroe County jail, where he was in solitary confinement most of the time. Fitzpatrick described a concrete block cell with no light, rainwater leaking through the roof, and 55-degree temperatures inside the jail. He has type 2 diabetes which is not well-controlled at this time.
The source stated that a video will be forthcoming soon describing Fitzpatrick’s needs and how people can help him to continue his fight against what he perceives as “tyranny” and retaliation by the Obama regime for his speaking out about it.
The Post & Email was told that a “Justice Fund” will be established shortly by private parties to assist Fitzpatrick to regain his health, pay for his daily living expenses and continue to fight the corrupt Monroe County/Obama machine. Fitzpatrick suspects that the order to amass a heavy police presence and efforts to smear his name in the community were orchestrated by Obama himself through various agencies, including the FBI.
The burglary reported during Fitzpatrick’s brief release on December 3, 2011 has impacted Fitzpatrick’s ability to meet his expenses, the source told us. A police investigation was reportedly under way, but no results have come from it to date. The Sweetwater Police did not respond to The Post & Email’s request for police reports made over a month ago.
Fitzpatrick filed a criminal complaint of treason against Barack Hussein Obama on March 17, 2009 and renewed it several times afterward for various actions taken by Obama which are outside of his constitutionally-mandated powers. Obama ordered the bombing of Libya without consulting Congress, and his Defense Secretary, Leon Panetta, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey, have stated that they look to international bodies rather than Congress for approval to engage American soldiers in military conflicts overseas. Fitzpatrick believes that constitutionally-assembled grand jury could review the evidence against Obama and issue an indictment which would have to be acted upon.
While participating in the Korea Nuclear Summit at the end of March, Obama whispered to the Russian president, Dmitri Medvedev, that he would have more “flexibility” to make a decision about a reduction in nuclear arms following the 2008 presidential election after which Obama apparently saw himself as the victor.
Obama has claimed a likely forgery as his long-form birth certificate and is suspected of committing identity and election fraud. Two of his close associates from Illinois have recently gone to federal prison for various crimes, and the Obama regime has been accused by Israel of leaking a secret location for a potential strike on Iran.
Fitzpatrick has been exposing rigged grand juries which are made possible by the collusion of the Monroe County court personnel, judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, the Sheriff’s Department, and state-level agencies which refuse to take action on the violations of law. The Knoxville FBI has also refused to take action, stating that jury-rigging “is not a federal offense.”
We were told that one of the things Fitzpatrick is in need of the most is a cellular phone with prepaid minutes. “We must do this with respect for the commander’s pride,” the source said. “He has been standing up against tyranny and needs our help. He is a warrior and has been retaliated against.” Fitzpatrick has refused all direct help which has been offered.

The Democrat scum will pay for what they have done, it is only a matter of time. Investigations are increasing and the intensity is gaining speed. The Cold Case Posse will know more very soon. They need to go to Perkins & Coie, the DNC Seattle Constitutional Law Firm that has been paid over $3 million of taxpayers money to keep Bari Shabazz’s “records” and reveal to the public that usurpation has taken place and to expose and arrest all who were responsible for this massive sham and robbery of America’s taxpayers and the destruction of our country and economy. I have tried to contact them to no avail with my information but will wait to see what they discover. The Democratws were planning this many years ago before Bari was catapulted into POTUS. LTCDR Fitzpatrick tried to serve Criminal Presentments to prove Shabazz’s usurpation and all government departments did nothing. They then tried to destroy Walt for standing up for the Constitution and his sworn duty as a Naval Officer. You can’t get any lower than these Democrats other than some of the worst prison criminals. Sheriff Arpaio is a real lawman and he is one of a few good lawman to stand up and not allow the criminals to intimidate him or be afraid to lose a paycheck. Sheriff Arpaio and team deserve credit for their efforts. LTCDR Fitzpatrick deserves a medal for standing up and nearly being destroyed by criminals working inside the system. Bill Clinton, “THE FIRST BIRTHER”, stopped calling Bari a “non citizen” president only at the threat of harm to his daughter. They will stop at nothing short of killing themselves. It’s like the Clinton’s never left the Whitehouse, the coverups, media blackout and corruption haven’t changed, only gotten worse. Four more years of this and America will probably never return to prosperity for honest people.
I UNFORTUNATELY, SEE “Fitz” again incarcerated in Cell#9 after his “Whatever” that is to take place the end of the month! I have followed this Debacle of Justice for far too long, and see no other outcome for this Naval Officer other than to be forced back into confinement!! IF, there are NO “Officers of the Law”, at what ever level in this “Gang of Criminals” who would remember their “Oath”, it still is a matter of numbers, money and “Who has the most Gold!!”
We are supposed to be a Country of Laws but when there are no Lawmen then there can be NO Justice~The outcome of this is foretold and I Fear for Walt’s Future, and I am unable to stand at his Shoulder!!

I am somewhat familiar with Walt’s situation and was making mental notes of what Walt actually has or doesn’t have, actually, as I was reading the story above.
His rental was “burglarized(?)” last winter while he was finishing the first half of a six month sentence. Food, utensils, and furniture he owned was removed plus cash that was hidden.
A search warrant was served while he was out in early December which netted the sheriff’s department(most sheriff’s operate as a stand alone Office, Monroe County is a department of the county “system”) all of Walt’s electronic equipment right down to the connecting cables. His computer hard drive is undergoing analysis by the FBI at Quantico as we speak, no doubt.
Subsequent to all of that and for some unknown reason his military pension has been garnisheed such that he does not net enough to pay his rent and car payments or buy cell phone minutes.
It would seem as if a clean sweep has been made and Walt has been picked clean.
However, I am betting that he will keep on truckin’. But he certainly needs support of all sorts, at the moment.
