BEFORE IT GOES MISSING…

(Mar. 13, 2012) — Given the grave consequences to the integrity of our elections and respect for the rule of law, The Post & Email is calling for the issuance of a search warrant for the computer identified in the creation of the computer file presented on April 27, 2011. The compendium of images was alleged to be a certified copy of Barack Hussein Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii.
On March 1, 2012, Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse announced its findings following a six-month investigation into the long-form birth certificate. Also a subject of investigation was Obama’s alleged Selective Service registration card.
Mike Zullo, lead investigator of the posse, stated that “probable cause” exists that forgery and fraud were committed in the creation of both.
Arpaio had stated during the press conference that they had been able to identify the computer and possibly the person who uploaded the forgery onto the White House server, where the image remains today. The Post & Email queried the White House on March 12, 2012 by both telephone and email regarding the results of the Cold Case Posse’s investigation and received no response. On March 9, we called and sent an email to the Washington Field Office of the FBI with the same results.
The Post & Email is concerned that if a search warrant is not issued soon, the evidence will go missing and/or be destroyed.
John said: “Destruction of evidence involved in the commission of a felony? Yup, but who’s going to be able to prove anything?”
The very fact that the identified evidence is not accessible further indicates the commission of the felony. That is, why would this evidence no longer exist? Further, who would be motivated to destroy it? Not only does the plot thicken, the criminal activity escalates.

Coming from the IT industry, I suspect the direct system evidence is probably long gone. It would have resided on a system hard drive, and frauds, knowing full well the importance of the data on the disk, would likely simply remove and destroy the disk. Obstruction of justice? Destruction of evidence involved in the commission of a felony? Yup, but who’s going to be able to prove anything?
Now if the computer system that was used for the fraudulent activity was part of a network, and the network server did backups on a continual or regular basis, then maybe there will be some luck finding traces of evidence. Or, perhaps like the other missing data blocks associated with obama, they will mysteriously disappear.
And – if the computer has already gone missing, ooo la la!!!!
