“FRAUD IS A CRIME”

January 7, 2012

Colorado was formed from the territory which was organized during the Pike's Peak Gold Rush in 1858-61

Subject: Follow-up to my telephone call

Ben,

This e-mail is a follow-up to my earlier telephone call.  Like Kathleen Gotto, I too, am a concerned voter, registered in XXXXXXX, and want to know what can be done to get the State of Colorado to fulfill its duty to me and to other Colorado citizen voters to prevent voter and election fraud in the upcoming 2012 elections, specifically in the area of ineligible candidates being placed on the ballot.  I am, of course, referring to the democrat candidate for president, one barack Hussein obama, whose natural born citizenship has been legitimately called into question by many legal and patriotic sources.

From my own studies, it is evident that the definition of a natural born citizen as intended by the Founding Fathers, is a person, born on U.S. soil to two (2) U.S. citizen parents, and without any foreign allegiances.  By his own statements, barack obama admits his father was a citizen of Kenya, and at this time, Kenya claims obama as one of their own citizens.  This means that Obama was elected in clear violation of the federal Constitutional requirement that the President of the United States be a natural born citizen.  Since obama is allegedly an attorney, and since he has commented publicly that he is well aware of the constitutional constraints placed on the federal government, his misleading the public is a conscious and willful effort at deceiving the public.  This represents a criminally fraudulent action on his part.  The DNC, by their reckless and probably complicit certification that obama meets all constitutional requirements, makes the DNC party to the fraud.  Fraud is a crime.

I have written a paper on Public Fraud and Corruption that can be found here:  http://www.thepostemail.com/2011/04/09/public-fraud-and-corruption/  My document points to evidence of massive election fraud in 2008, including questions about obama’s eligibility, and I simply don’t want this fraud continued in 2012.  If obama is allowed to be placed on the Colorado ticket in 2012, the people of Colorado will have been defrauded again.  We cannot allow this to happen.

I, as well as every other American citizen have suffered greatly because of unlawful activities within the federal government, many originating in the White House.  The destruction of our culture and of our economy has been going on for many decades, but has accelerated in the last decade of traumatic federal spending and continual financial losses, all in violation of our constitutional constraints.  We are suffering as a people because our representatives in government have gone rogue and no longer obey our laws.  This will stop, either when our economy collapses, or when the people replace the government.  On a personal basis, I want to know why the Colorado state government is not protecting the citizens against the onerous and tyrannical usurpations of state laws by the federal government.

Today, we see widespread violations of our federal constitution, a condition that should alarm every state government.  The states created a federal government, first with the Articles of Confederation, and then with the Constitution for the United States.  In the 1787 Constitution, the limited duties of the three branches of the federal government are clearly described, along with the Tenth Amendment command that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”  Today, the federal government has shown itself to be in continual and ongoing violation of the limitations imposed on it by the Constitution.  The continual and increasingly worse violation of constitutional constraints also shows us that the federal government is not self-regulating, and that places the burden of federal constitutional conformance squarely on the shoulders of state government.  That would be you.

Regardless of which state group or individual is ultimately responsible for legally vetting potential election candidates, you personally swore an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Colorado.  For you to not to live up to your oath of office would imply that you are not suitable for the office that you hold.  I think of you as an honorable man, and so I am not going to charge you with any impropriety or misdeeds, but I want your help in getting the 2012 political candidates properly vetted by the state.  By the way, this is not a political issue with me, nor a racial issue, this is a legal issue, and I want ALL candidates properly vetted, especially the presidential candidates.  If a candidate does not meet legal requirements for the office he is applying for, I want him excluded from the ballot.

As you may be aware, 2008 was the first American election year in which neither primary candidate was a natural born citizen (yes, McCain was born on Panamanian soil, not U.S. soil).  With the GOP party favorites at this time being Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum, you should be aware that both of them have possible natural born citizenship problems.  Mitt Romney’s father was born in Mexico, making him a Mexican national according to Mexican law, and if George Romney didn’t naturalize by the time Mitt was born, Mitt Romney would not qualify as a natural born citizen.  Rick Santorum has a similar potential problem because his father was born in Italy, and if he did not naturalize before Rick was born, then Rick Santorum is also not a natural born citizen.  There must be some sort of conspiracy to destroy the natural born citizenship requirement of the Constitution because with 300+ million people in America, the odds against every viable candidate in two four-year election cycles in a row being in violation of the natural born citizenship requirement are extremely small, maybe nil.  Regardless, it must be stopped.  I think Ron Paul is a natural born citizen.  I don’t know about Newt Gingrich.

So, with that, I wait to hear back from you regarding who to talk to and what to do in order to guarantee that we have clean elections this year.  No usurpers.  No illegal aliens.  No dead people.  We want open, honest, and clean elections.  That’s not asking for too much, is it?

Best regards,

John Sutherland
