Presidential Candidate Joins Obama Ballot Challenge in Georgia

(Dec. 12, 2011) — Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz is pleased to announce that she was retained to represent a Presidential Candidate from American Independent Party, well- known syndicated talk show host and author Dr. Laurie Roth. Ms. Roth is a Ph.D. who is also a civil rights leader, radio personality, writer, a wife and a mother of two children, ages 19 and 8. Ms. Roth is joining a legal action, Farrar et al v Obama et al, brought by Attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of a registered voter, David Farrar and multiple Presidential candidates against Barack Obama, Brian Kemp, Secretary of State of GA and the Executive Committee of the Democrat Party of Georgia. Plaintiffs are seeking declaratory relief and injunctive relief, declaring Obama not eligible to be on the ballot in 2012 in GA and preventing the Secretary of State of GA from placing Obama’s name on the ballot due to the fact that he is not a natural born citizen, which is the prerequisite for one to be on the ballot running for the U.S. President.

Research done by Taitz shows that not only Obama was a foreign citizen from birth due to his father’s British and Kenyan citizenship and due to Obama’s Indonesian citizenship, obtained later in life, but also due to the fact that Obama does not have any valid identification papers to prove his citizenship status. Obama’s tax returns and Selective Service certificate show him using a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to Barack Obama according to SSNVS and E-Verify, as well as due to the fact that an alleged copy of his original birth certificate was proven by experts to be a computer-generated forgery and Director of Health of the state of Hawaii, Loretta Fuddy, is engaged in Obstruction of Justice and refuses to provide to the U.S. citizens Obama’s original birth certificate which allegedly exists and was stored in the Department of Health since 1961. Moreover, the recently-released passport records of Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, show Obama listed under the last name Soebakah (Barack Obama Soebarkah); therefore, the name Obama is using in his declaration of a candidate is not his legal last name. One cannot run for office under a name which is not legally his.

Attorney Orly Taitz and Plaintiffs in this case are hopeful that they will be able to finally break this wall of corruption and criminality that surrounds Obama and individuals associated with him.
