IS THIS THE “BEST THINKING” IN THE COUNTRY?

June 21, 2011

The Congressional Research Service has issued two memos which attempted to make the case as to Obama's constitutional eligibility for the presidency

The Honorable Michael McCaul, Chairman

United States House of Representatives

Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Management

131 Cannon House Office Building

Washington, D.C. 20515-4310

Dear Chairman McCaul:

I’d written you a few weeks ago but it may have been “lost in the shuffle.”  Since that time I’ve done my own private poll of a sampling of three percent of current Congressmen and find an appalling lack of knowledge of our “elected officials” as to the requirements for Presidential eligibility.  ALL of them, without exception, echo the misinformation and outright lies written to each Congressional office by the Congressional Research Service authored by Jack Maskell in his April 3, 2009 and March 18, 2010 white papers on the matter that supposedly comes from (in their own words) “… the nation’s best thinking …”.   If that’s truly the case, the country is in even worse shape than the Congressional sampling shows it to be.

For a complete refutation of the main points in both CRS Memos, read the following link in order:

I’d also suggest a Congressional investigation as to the genesis and authorship of both Memos as they are a serious waste of tax money AND are clearly politically biased which should not be the province of an “unbiased” Congressional service.  The above links show the clear slant and fraudulent intent of warping by misstating Supreme Court decisions to make it appear that someone born in the US is eligible to be President when that is clearly not what the Court (nor our laws) have said.  A truly nefarious effort is underway by at least Jack Maskell (and Jerry Mansfield) if not the entire CRS service.

You are being lied to big time!!  And it makes you look incredibly foolish, inept, and ignorant or stupid in the eyes of the voters.  Ignorance can be correct by education, but stupid is forever.  I’d urge all in Congress to LEARN more than they were apparently taught in current “progressive” school systems of our nation which are being terribly dumbed down.  There is PLENTY of correct information available to you on the internet – USE IT!!  If you persist as at present, it will be the end of many otherwise fine political careers as MILLIONS of citizens know the truth as shown by the three links above and take issue with the lies.

The sampling of Congress that indicates NONE of them realize that birth in the US does NOT mean that the level of “natural born Citizen” per the Constitution has been achieved are listed below.  Also many of them seem to believe the sayings and presentations of computer images or “trust me, I’m a State employee” verbal claims are meaningful at all under the Constitution.  The public statements of the below Congressmen are a true abomination and pitiful display of an appalling lack of knowledge of our laws.
