The following email was sent to Brian Kelly, staffer for Congressman Jim Himes of Connecticut:

In response to your statement below in a response:

Thanks for your email about the President’s birth certificate.  In April 2011, the President was granted an exception by the Hawaii State Department of Health to release a copy of his long form birth certificate…putting to rest any doubt of his eligibility to be President.  President Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate can be seen here http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf

You are obviously misinformed, ignorant of the facts, or working against this Country.  If your statement above is also the opinion of Congressman Himes than the same applies to him.  As a Federal Employee you have sworn to the Oath to Protect and Defend Our Constitution.

In case you are misinformed or most likely ignorant of the facts Our Constitution requires the President to be a “Natural Born Citizen” which requires among other requirements that BOTH parents be U.S. Citizens.  Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen and never tried to become one.  This makes Obama ineligible to hold the office of President, a fraud and treasonous.  See the attached document for the Supreme Court and Lower Court Rulings on the definition of “Natural Born Citizen”

I too have taken the same Oath as you and Congressman Himes, I am defending the Constitution and fighting our corrupt Government to correct this High Crime and Treason.  What are you and Congressman Himes doing about it?  You have sworn a solemn Oath to the Citizens of the United States to defend and protect the Constitution and from your statement you are in serious violation of that Oath of Office.

Your statement rings of a conspiracy to take the stand with other elected officials trying to put this fraud and treason aside and avoid doing your duty as you have sworn to do.

I am not sure of the source of this document you mention but one thing is for sure, it is an obvious fraud, so obvious it is nearly comical if it were not such a serious situation.  The following are just a few of the obvious points that prove it is a fraud:

1) The document was assembled using Photoshop and not compiled correctly before it was released making it easy to take it back apart into the individual layers it was compiled from.
2) Kenya did not exist at the time of Obama’s birth and did not become “Kenya” until a year later yet it is listed as the place of birth of his father.
3) The name of the Hospital listed did not exist at the time of Obama’s birth and did not change its name to the one listed until several years later with a merger.
4) Obama’s Race is listed as African, which may be politically correct today was not the term ever used at the time of Obama’s birth and his race should have been listed as “Negro” as were all the other birth records of the same race at that time.
5) The Certificate Number used was out of sequence and is higher than a number of births that came after Obama’s and this number is always assigned in sequence.
6) The Hospital listed as his place of birth is already on record as to having no record of Obama’s birth, furthermore there are no billing, service or other records for his birth on record at that or any other hospital in
Hawaii.
7) The Document is in a format that was not in use at the time of Obama’s birth and did not exist then and not used now.  It is a modified version of two documents combined.

There are many other fine points of proof of forgery showing type face changes, angles of text, borders, color changes, overlays, and curvature of the page but not the text errors.  The evidence is overwhelming that this is a forged document and just another serious crime Obama has committed that has gone ignored by our elected officials, the DOJ and FBI that Obama controls.

The document does not qualify as a “Certified Copy of the Birth Certificate” required by Federal Law for Identification purposes to the Federal Government. It is not the “Long Form” (a new term for the actual birth certificate) that it is claimed to be but a modified “Certificate of Live Birth”.  Hawaii has issued documents titled “Birth Certificate” when they have proper and complete birth records thru a hospital and with a doctor’s signature of attendance.  The term “Certificate of Live Birth” has always in the past referred to birth records with no hospital or doctor.  Hawaii had just become a state shortly before and had not kept birth records in the past.  Many Hawaiians are traditionally born at home and this was a way to create a birth record for those without a hospital or doctor in attendance.

Although Hawaii has been making changes to their Laws and Policies in an obvious attempt to support Obama’s position, they do not change the past.  Others born in Hawaii about the time of Obama’s birth have obtained both “Birth Certificates” and “Certificates of Live Birth” depending on if they were born in a Hospital with a Doctor or not.  None of these certificates obtained match the format of either of the documents Obama has submitted.

Obama was a legal citizen of Indonesia and has sworn in Court prior to his election that he has been to Court and obtained his Naturalization Papers.  If Obama has as he has sworn in Court, then that would at best make him a “Naturalized Citizen” and not a “Natural Born Citizen” as required by the Constitution.  Obama failed to produce these documents, his “Certified Copy of his Birth Certificate” and his court records of his legal name change as the Court ordered.

Kenya has not only claimed openly in Parliament that Obama was born there, they have produced a “Certified Copy of his Birth Certificate” with the Hospital, Doctor and even Obama’s foot print on the document along with several other documents that substantiate their records..  His own grandmother on his father’s side is on record with her affidavit as to personally witnessing his birth in what is now known as Kenya.

When Obama was running for Senate he ran and was billed in the Media as the “Kenyan born candidate”

There are a vast number of other points that back up the fact that Obama was not born in the United States and more that prove he is not even a U.S. Citizen at all.  From the Airline Records that prove his mother was in what is now Kenya and not permitted to fly to the U.S. due to her being too close to delivery (less than 6 weeks) to high ranking Kenyan Officials testifying, and there is no substantiated proof of Obama’s birth in Hawaii.  Even the new Governor of Hawaii is on record as to not being able to locate any birth records beyond a notation of a request for forms from his grandparents on his mother’s side to obtain a “Certificate of Live Birth” and no record of their return.  A Hawaiian official is on record in a sworn statement and affidavit that it was his job to locate Obama’s Birth Records and after an exhausted search ascertained that there were no such records in the Hawaiian Birth Records.

This is the most significant and most treasonous act in the history of the United States and the biggest fraud ever perpetrated by anyone.  It has been done to the People by our own Government and needs to be corrected and made right NOW!  I as many many others have sworn in our Oaths to defend the Constitution will never let this rest until it is corrected and those guilty of this fraud and those guilty of violating their Oath of Office are brought to justice.  I will gladly submit your statement as proof of your failure to uphold your Oath of Office to that list and will gladly take steps to remove it when you correct your failure to uphold your Oath of Office and take steps to correct it.
