“IT WAS INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS”

(May 9, 2011) — The Post & Email was able to reach Mr. James Colby, who recently performed an analysis aired on a Colorado television station of the image released on April 27, 2011 by the White House purported to be a certified copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate from Hawaii. Mr. Colby stated during that interview that the image contained as many as 50 layers.
MRS. RONDEAU: How did you determine that there were as many as 50 layers in this image?
MR. COLBY: It started when you open the birth certificate in your browser, in Adobe Acrobat. It was a friend of mine who noticed that the text on the birth certificate would flash to white in and out. The reason it was doing that was that there were different layers in the document that caused the layers to flash as it rebuilt the preview layer by layer. So those layers would flash over the top and rebuild that image in that way. From there, you can open it in Adobe Illustrator and see those layers first-hand.
MRS. RONDEAU: If the image had come from a paper document and then been scanned in and put on a computer screen, what would have happened when you opened it?
MR. COLBY: Almost all scanned images would be a single layer, so zooming in and out, there would have been nothing noticeable. Additionally, if you zoom in using Acrobat with your browser on a lot of the text, you’ll notice that it appears jagged and a single color. That’s not original. A pen doesn’t write in a single color; as you write lighter, the color is lighter; as you press harder, it’s darker than everything else. So writing in pen is not a single solid color, and when it scanned, anti-aliased, which means that the square pixels on the edges fade to make it appear smooth. Most of the text in the document including a large portion of the signatures is just a single blotch of color. The likely explanation is that someone just drew them in using a tool similar to “pencil” in Adobe Photoshop.
MRS. RONDEAU: Do you think that this came from any kind of a paper document originally?
MR. COLBY: There’s definitely a component of it that came from a paper document originally and was then edited after the fact. I can’t tell you how much of it was taken from a paper document unless the entire thing was connected. Another aspect to this is that in Illustrator, you can examine what’s called the “Clipboard.” Let’s say if you’re editing a paper document and you add another document and you are cutting fragments of other documents to paste over them to produce a final copy. The Clipboard on a computer is like all those cutouts, if you will, a kind of storage place. The clipboard for this document is still intact in its original form. It reflects the objects that have been “cut” from somewhere else and “pasted” into this document. By the way, all the things in the clipboard are rotated at 90 degrees without any explanation. Basically, there’s no computer-based explanation for that.
There are things in the clipboard that are notable; for instance, the “type of occupation outside home during pregnancy;” the “Non” in “none.” That’s in the clipboard…both the dates, “20” and “22,” are on the clipboard. The signature of the state registrar and the April 25th date are both foreign objects.
There are explanations that people have proposed. Some have proposed OCR, which is Optical Character Recognition, and that’s when scanners are giving computers the ability to read text. But that doesn’t apply here because OCR converts things into text, not images of text. All of the information in this document is stored as an image.
MRS. RONDEAU: How long have you been involved in work with documents?
MR. COLBY: I’ve been doing graphic arts since 2004 using Version 5 of Adobe Creative Suite, but I’m also a programmer. I’m a LAMP developer with a specialty in dynamic graphics. I’ve developed quite a few notable online graphics programs myself, from scratch, including a GD image editor, a 3D dynamic graphing generator, a system to develop the entire graphic profile of a site dynamically. I’m a little bit more than a graphic artist; I’m an internet engineer.
MRS. RONDEAU: What is your work background?
MR. COLBY: I incorporated my first IT company in 2004 and have been self employed since.I’ve been self-employed since 2004. I started our current business back in 2007, and I got started in the technology field early through an internship when I was about 15 or 16. I have not stopped working since.
MRS. RONDEAU: Would you say that analyzing this particular image was difficult? Did you have to look closely to find the 50 layers?
MR. COLBY: It was incredibly obvious.
The Post & Email then asked Mr. Colby if he was familiar with the “Blaine document” which had appeared on the internet as early as October 2009 but resurfaced last week following the release from the White House. We mentioned that to the untrained eye, the formatting of the two images appeared similar. Mr. Colby responded that he had not seen the Blaine image, so we sent it to him. We asked him to comment on whether or not he believed that the White House long-form image was assembled from the Blaine image, as some have suggested. Mr. Colby responded:
“I can’t find a high enough resolution sample to make any actual image based determinations. I will say the parent and attendant signatures have some appearance of being signed from the same hand, with attempt to create variation. Only one background mark seems to coincide between the two documents, while the rest are independent between – so the certificate released by the White House is not based on the “Blaine” document. Information like name, address, etc. obviously correlate but are publicly available so there is no significance.”
Mr. Colby’s final comments to us were, “One thing about documents is that it is possible to make flawless forgeries, especially with the resources of the Executive office. That’s what brings this into question; there’s no question that they have the ability to make a flawless forgery if they desire. So the question is, ‘Why was this released?'”
The Post & Email then asked him, “If you had a flawless forgery on the screen in front of you, could you detect that it was forged?” and he said, “No. If the proper resources were put into it, it would be impossible to detect it without having access to external information like original records from the issuer of the given document.”

Could the “problem” the Kenyan Paliament was ask by Barry to take care, which they did, have been related to the Mombasa hospital break-in where records were stolen?
Part of letter from Kenya’s Emmanuel Kisombe when asked if Obama may have been born in Kenya:
“Kisombe noted that the Kenyan government’s inability to find Obama birth records was not conclusive, because “the information we in the ministry have is that some documents have been removed by unknown persons at unknown dates or are missing from birth registry records thus denting the prospects of uncovering the facts of this matter.”
Emmanuel Kisombe, is the permanent secretary in the Ministry for Immigration and Registration of Persons, he wrote a letter in July 2008 in reply to a letter from the U.S. ambassador in Nairobi that raised the possibility with Kenyan officials that Obama was born in their country.

mrs rondeau, though barry is still an admitted kenyan native, i’m not reading anywhere, of 2 glaring problems with this fraud BC. #1, the fathers birthplace says kenya, east africa. kenya did not exist in 1961, it was known as “british east africa protectorate”, until 1963. #2, in 1961, that hospital was named kauikeilani childrens hospital, until it merged with another medical facility, in 1978. i hope many people will catch up to this obvious fraud. maybe american law enforcement?

Mrs. Rondeau replies: Yes, many people here have mentioned those items, although the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates contain the same name of the hospital, and we presume that those documents, as they have been shown in paper form, are authentic.
dunham knew for months that bin laden location was known. Planning went on for months as to how to attack the hut. Trump was making headway with the birth certificate and dunham needed it gone so they hurried a layered forgery to market. The commie press then ended all questions about dunham birth. Iranian Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi claims that Osama Bin Laden died from an illness before the US raid on his compound in Abbottabad. Iran has documents to prove it, he said.
“We have credible information that Bin Laden died some time ago of a disease,” Moslehi said on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting on Sunday, as quoted by ISNA news agency.
“If the US military and intelligence apparatus have really arrested or killed Bin Laden, why don’t they show him [his body]? Why have they thrown his corpse into the sea?” Moslehi asked rhetorically, FARS news agency reports.
Moslehi labeled the US raid in Abbottabad as a “PR campaign”, created to divert the attention of its citizens from domestic problems, such as the “fragile” state of the US economy.

Just downloaded the .pdf file off the internet at whitehouse.gov. Opened it up in AI CS3 on my PC, not Mac. Then I “Selected All,” right-clicked to get the drop-down box and and then “Released Clipping Mask” to ungroup all the combined layers and then moved them around to see the extent of clip-and-paste. Observed the clipboard under “Links” to find nine, with two of them blank images. Interesting how the “Aug – 8 196” comes out as a separate link layer, obviously added to the “1” at the end on the document. How the “Stanley Ann Dunham Obama” signature is in part on at least two different layers. Then I went back and changed the Proof Setup to Macintosh RGB and did the same.
That’s all I needed to show prima facie evidence of criminal fraud with intent to deceive – all Americans. Something that now needs to be investigated by Congress.
So, my question is this: Where do we Americans go from here? “Who you gonna call?” The Justice Department is complicit. The courts have failed to do anything thus far, mainly because a quo warranto action still has not been brought in the D.C. District Court by one of the losing 2008 presidential candidates. Congress, that is, both parties are also complicit to this fraud, the Republicans being worse than the Democrats as the supposed opposition party. There is no law enforcement branch left to appeal to for investigation or filing charges. The courts fail to recognize the criminal indictments brought by citizen grand juries. There appears to be no viable protocol through which justice can be sought by anyone at this time.
This administration has truly become a de facto dictatorship, because of the lack of vigilance and duty on the part of our elected representatives. The “check and balance” function of our government has completely disappeared because of the pervasive individual political corruption of all elected officials throughout government from state to federal, where the laws and constitutions mean absolutely nothing anymore. The rule of law has been thoroughly subverted by crooked individuals who are, in reality, dedicated enemies of our Constitutional Republic.
Its up to us, WE The PEOPLE ,to get off our butts and march on DC with the only objective being IMPEACH OBAMA!!

The word Kapiolani Hospital has the “ap” squeezed together taking up the same space. This is real killer proof. I can see it on other letters by the so called typewriter.

Also, the Nordyke twins’ long-form BC has examples of ‘level capitals’ and ‘raised capitals’ — of the same letter — the letter ‘H’ in the two instances of the word ‘Honolulu’ — also, another ‘H’ is raised in the word ‘Hospital’..
The likely cause: — the Hawaiian DOH was using worn-out typewriter(s) for both Nordyke and Obama.. The typewriter(s) needed servicing to replace the worn-out parts, followed by re-alignments to the original specifications..
Colby supports an important observation regarding the granny bc/Blaine document when he says, “. . . the parent and attendant signatures have some appearance of being signed from the same hand, with attempt to create variation.” Others have noticed that, too, and have suggested that it was the registrar’s hand that wrote “Madlyn” after getting a phone call from Obama’s granny.
Also note that left-tab alignment on the granny bc reflects authentic typewriter practice, whereas the phony centering of text in the April 27 doc was computer-generated. And Mario Apuzzo has declared the April 27 doc a forgery because of a “kerning” effect impossible with a typewriter. Colby has a lot of company in declaring the April 27 doc a forgery.
So it seems increasingly likely that the granny bc and the Lucas Smith Kenyan bc have been mistakenly discounted. They are consistent with each other and with corrobative evidence such as forged draft registration, stolen Social Security numbers, blocked passport and other records, etc. The granny bc and Kenyan bc make sense of all the other known relevant information. If the April 27 doc were genuine, there would have been no need to hide records, forge documents, and steal Social Security numbers.

We have discussed Odumbo’s corruption and felonies for more than two years, and many have notified Congress etc. scores of times…..but to no avail. Therefore, we MUST, once again, by the tens or hundreds of thousands, inundate all our state and federal officials with the facts, UNTIL we get results…….and the time to start is NOW.!!!!! The only solution is to starve the GOP of funds at all levels. When you get your daily solicitations by mail, write something like, “you’ll get money when you investigate the phony BC’s.” Mail it back. Phone it in. Email it back. It’s all about money and the need to involve all like-thinking friends and relatives in denying funds to every single RINO and Conservative who refuses to act and bring this up in the Congress and state legislatures nationwide. Tell them loud and clear that we have had it with the con.
When we were first born birthers we thought Obama was not born in HI. Now that we are adult birthers we know that it matters not where he was born. But our obsession with this issue was only fueled by the release of this new “document”. Mr. Colby asks the right question, why?

I believe Obama deliberately released this forgery knowing that it would be recognized as such, as a way of taunting us. He knows no one can, or will do anything about it. He knows he is safe. He is enjoying his power to tease and taunt without any fear of being called out by those who could charge him with the crimes he has committed.

Jindal, no parent born in the USA at all. He has posted his BC clearly showing both parents born in Indian, yet he thinks he can run for POTUS. Now we have the “Living Constitution” bunch who say those old guys who drew up the original were from a different time and are not applicable to the needs and trends of today, so lets just redefine that old Constitution to meet the criteria to cover mystery people like BHO, and more to come that are Anchor Babies. At this rate, if concerned citizens do not step up and get aggressive on these issues, like the opposition, in the future someone like an Osama Bin Ladin could just come over here with a pile of money and media support, and become POTUS. I seem to recall this young man stated in the television interview that he questioned Obama’s eligibility until this document was released. Did he reference that in any way while you were interviewing him?
I find it interesting the claims in headlines that the birthers’ numbers were reduced by half upon the release of this image. Especially surprised when hearing from people like Mr. Colby.
I also find it interesting that we are asked once again to believe an image on a web site. The original document should be examined.
Oh, and full disclosure. Why should we settle for anything less?

Mrs. Rondeau replies: I watched the TV interview several times, and the voice-over said that Mr. Colby had no reason to question that Obama was born in Hawaii previously. However, he and I did not discuss it.
Elspeth, you either have me mistaken for someone else or misunderstood the original interview. I had no real reason to question the birthplace in the first place, relegating the whole thing to non-importance, non-issue, and improvable regardless. I originally ignored the release of this document by the executive office, just didn’t care. Then a friend noticed the layers flashing in acrobat and asked me to examine it. I was quite surprised, to say the least.
As I stated in a subsequent comment to Sharon, I misspoke in the comment when I said “that he questioned” when I meant to say “that he DIDN’T question”. I did not notice that I had left DIDN’T out of the statement until after I clicked on “post comment”. Since Sharon moderates comments, my follow-up comment was in hopes that she would correct the error. That didn’t happen. My apologies to you for misrepresenting what you said with my error.
I understood you did not question Obama’s eligibility before the release of this document’s image, and I am not certain you do now, either.
I think it is wonderful that you provided the information that you have. Thanks for participating. That is more than I can say for many who have a closed mind about the eligibility issue.

Thanks for your honesty, Mr. Colby. Your experience is an example of what we “birthers” have been dealing with for several years now.
Most people haven’t paid attention and most have relegated this issue to “non-importance.” That you were “quite surprised” with the epiphany that this document elicited is another example of what we have been dealing with.
Most people want to believe Obama. Most people are good hearted and want this person to succeed as the first (arguably) “African-American” POTUS. He relied, and continues to rely, upon that fact, as do most corrupt individuals. As do most flim-flam men. As do most con-men. They take advantage of the open, honest, generous nature of most people.
It’s to your credit that you were surprised because we all do (or did) WANT to believe in the honesty and integrity of those who lead us.
It’s also to your credit that you admit that your former beliefs were mistaken. Thanks for your service to us. We appreciate the honesty of your analysis.
