DID HAWAII OFFICIALS CONSPIRE TO CREATE A FALSE BIRTH RECORD FOR OBAMA?

(May 2, 2011) — On February 25, 2011, Dr. Jerome Corsi, whose #1 best-selling book Where’s the Birth Certificate? is expected to be released on May 17, 2011, wrote an article about Hawaii Governor Abercrombie’s handling of the derailed appointment of Dr. Neal Palafox as Hawaii’s Director of Health.
Palafox withdrew his name from consideration after Abercrombie reportedly “persuaded” him to step down after a month as acting director. Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom had denounced Abercrombie’s “dismissal” of Palafox, claiming that “Palafox was determined to clean up the Hawaii Department of Health and he ran afoul of politics when the people he fired sought retribution.”
Palafox was quoted as having been “blindsided” by Abercrombie’s request that he withdraw from the nomination.
At the time, Slom also acknowledged the questions regarding Obama’s alleged birth in Hawaii by telling Corsi, “I don’t understand why Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep all his records from the public — not just his Hawaii birth records, but his passport records and his school records. All Obama’s records should be public, including any Hawaii birth records that exist.”
Slom has spoken with writer and contributor Miki Booth by telephone, reportedly admitting that the Hawaii Department of Health had arbitrarily begun denying certified copies of long-form birth certificates to people possessing the legal right to obtain them.
After declaring that he would make Obama’s records public, Abercrombie was unable to find or produce any record at all, admitting publicly on January 18, 2011 that “a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.”
In paragraph 13, Corsi’s February 25 article makes a significant statement:
The latest development comes as well-connected sources in Hawaii are warning that certain government officials in the state have been contemplating releasing fraudulent birth records for Obama in the run-up to the 2012 election. (emphasis ours)
Did Corsi find out something that hasn’t been released yet? Is it in his book?
On Wednesday, April 27, 2011, Obama held a press conference which, via a split screen, showed an image purported to be a certified copy of his original birth certificate from Hawaii. It contained all of the information which has been disseminated to the public about his birth parents, their backgrounds, the hospital in which he was born, the date and the time.
It is this writer’s understanding that The Drudge Report first broke the story of the imminent release of the document. Obama claimed that the questions about his birthplace amounted to “silliness” and distractions. The Associated Press reported:
The certificate says Obama was born to an American mother and Kenyan father, in Hawaii, which makes him eligible to hold the office of president. Obama released a standard short form before he was elected in 2008 but requested copies of his original birth certificate from Hawaii officials this week in hopes of quieting the controversy.
How did the Associated Press know that a Hawaii birth, American mother and Kenyan father rendered him eligible? Where is the historical citation? Where is the reference to the term “natural born Citizen” from Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution?
Why, then, has Obama spent close to, if not more than, $2,000,000 paid to Perkins Coie keep his birth and other records hidden? Perkins Coie reportedly dispatched one of its attorneys, Judith Corley, to retrieve the two certified copies of Obama’s birth record from the Hawaii Department of Health last Tuesday, and a clerk from the same firm ended up working for Judge David O. Carter, who had originally vowed to hear a lawsuit challenging Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president. Shortly after hiring the Perkins Coie lawyer, Carter made an abrupt reversal and dismissed the case, stating that his court was the wrong jurisdiction.
The same case, Barnett v. Obama, is scheduled for oral argument upon appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals beginning on May 2, 2011, in Pasadena, CA. The Post & Email interviewed Ms. Barnett regarding a different lawsuit filed against the California Secretary of State.
If all that was on his birth certificate was information already in the public domain, what was there for Obama to hide for almost three years?
Did Hawaii officials collude with Obama to produce a fraudulent long-form birth certificate? To date, no paper original has been shown to the press to the best of our knowledge. The image on the internet appears to lack an official embossed seal which even the short-form birth certificates have.
On April 24, the Associated Press in Honolulu stated that “some Obama birth info” had been available on Obama all along, but that short-form birth certificates are the only type available to requesters now.
Yet, many reports have already been published which claim that the purported “Certificate of Live Birth” is a forgery. Was a forgery created because Obama has no long-form, Hawaiian birth certificate, as former elections supervisor Tim Adams has claimed?
One source calls the image a “poorly constructed fake.”
Could it be that Palafox would not play along with a scheme to “produce” a long-form birth certificate for Obama, but Loretta Fuddy, who was Interim Director for the Health Department and now permanent Director, did? Fuddy wrote that she made a special exception for Obama to obtain certified copies of his original birth record rather than a “computer-generated” copy.
If officials in Hawaii helped to construct a forged birth certificate in an attempt to keep Obama in office, why would they do so? Is it because Hawaii received millions, if not billions, in federal dollars over the years by representing illegals as Hawaiian citizens by providing them with a “Certification of Live Birth?” According to Desert Conservative:

With this kind of background, in families being “informed” of the opportunities involved in engaging in illegal citizenship, one Stanley Ann Dunham, hauled her little African eastern boy to Indonesia, until the jungle fever wore off, and then dumped him into the Hawaiian system again where Grandma Dunham was stuck with the kid.
Could this explain the motivation for protecting Obama? Are the officials in Hawaii also protecting decades of welfare fraud? Are they experienced document-forgers?

There’s one thing that I haven’t heard anyone else talk about in regards to the document recently released regarding BHO Jr’s birth. For the father listed on the certificate (Obama Sr.) his “race” is listed as “AFRICAN”. Folks, the term “AFRICAN” does NOT refer to race. The correct listing should have been “Negro” which IS a race. And I’m pretty sure that no State of the US was “politically correct” enough to start using the term “African” as a term to describe race in 1961.

Miss Tickly has just published the most damning condemnation of Obama’s alleged longformish birther certificate. Her research once again is above and beyond anything else I have seen on this issue.
While I have always believed Obama was born in Hawaii, this document recently offered is an obvious forgery on many different fronts. Proper credit to those who spotted other anomalies, but Miss Tickly has done something others have failed to do. She’s really proved it’s a fake and she deserves serious credit for ingenuity of analysis.

All roads lead back to Hawaii..
Definitely all forms and records in Barack Sr.’s immigration file prior to and including June 27, 1962 (nearly a year after Jr.’s birth) contain a birthdate (11 documents) of June 18, 1934. This should have made his age 27 on the purported birth certificates, rather than the 25 as shown on the BC docs (his age as of Jr supposed birthdate of Aug 4, 1961). Among the 11 documents there were 2 that he personally hand wrote.
Beginning with Aug 10, 1962, there are 8 more documents with a birthdate. 5 with Barack Sr having a June 18, 1936 birthdate, and 3 still with the June 18, 1934 birthdate.
Unless someone has any other info it appears that the age of 25 on the BC is erroneous. Who put it there? For all the time prior to and for almost a year after the Aug 4, 1961, Barack Sr was using June 18 1934 making him 27.
On page 35 of the immigration documents, the social security number of Barack Sr is shown 575-44-4342. When looked up at the site that validates ss numbers (http://www.ssnvalidator.com/) it shows this number was issued in Hawaii in 1960, which is about right for Barack Sr dish washing job. However, this social is not listed in the ss death index, I suppose since he died in Kenya, so the original ss application cannot be had. The original application would have his birth date on it.
While we look for birth dates and certificates, the foreign national fraud occupying the oval office is devastating the U.S., Israel, and the rest of the world, quickly, at a breathtaking pace, betraying us with a kiss and some jokes. However it is all part of the end times plan, just like when Jesus told Judas “What you are about to do, do quickly.” This plan has a tribulation for us as the plan 2000 years ago had for Jesus. But as happened then we will have a resurrection and the Beast will have his day in a court of judgement.
In Obama’s book “Dreams from my Father” he clearly states he has his original birth certificate his mother placed safely together, among other important papers he would need. He does have possession of it, not Hawaii.
No one has the original, original…. each state maintains the birth records in their vital statistics office. One simple obtains a certified copy, and that copy does not remove the original from their files. I’m sure Obama has an original certified copy but it probably isn’t from Hawaii. Obama recently obtained a poorly edited/created (already proven to be fake) certificate in an attempt to perpetuate another lie on the American people.

Ahhh, now the truth finally comes out. Osama bin Laden had Obama’s long form birth certificate all along. When he kept it hidden and refused to pony it up, he had to be shot and dumped at sea.

I am curious as to why he needed a copy to begin with. Why didn’t he already have one stored away in a safe place? I do not believe there ever was a birth certificate. Regardless he fails the Natural Born Citizen test and the left is trying to turn that into a “one parent qualification”. They will try to use Sen. Res. 511 as a cover. A person can not choose what parent gives them natural born citizenship anymore than they can choose their parents.
Most everywhere you look on this ‘document’… there is a problem. Besides the ‘cannot exist’ registrar number and date… We know from the FOIA released Documents from the Hawaiian DoH.. that in or about 1966 his BC was amended. We also know that in most all occasions such amendment is the result of adoption and subsequent name change.
That time frame correlates with his adoption by Lolo Soetoro… which would most likely entail a change in Nationality.
Here’s the problem… any time such amendment is made… the ‘new’ amendment is documented at the bottom of the original BC with dates, official stamps and witnesses. There are none on this BC.
So, this is not a current rendition. I think this is for the most part… what he is hiding… the fact that he was adopted, name changed… And his Nationality changed to Indonesian… which clearly renders him ineligible to hold office… hands down, no arguments.

On August 31, 1961 Obama senior filled out his annual request for an extension to his stay in the US. In this form he wrote in his own hand that his birth date was 6/18/1934. ALL records in the FOIA show this to the be the correct date and date used up until and past this time. The LFBC records his age as 25. So this is a significant finding based on this FOIA information hidden for two years by the Boston Post.
Obama did not record Obama II as his child until his desperate filing in April of 1964. He never acknowledged Obama II in his annual update of this document until then. One year listed nothing (1963) and in 1962 he list he was married but did not list the spouse and did list a child – Roy. So Obama Senior never got his story consistent while he was in the US.
Also of note in this FOIA – The INS letting indicating Stanley Ann Dunham is in the Philippines in 1964. So she had a passport before 1965…and was using it! The State Department cover-up is exposed with this finding.

there is no HOSPITAL GENERATED BIRTH CERTIFICATE because he was not born in a hospital in Hawaii. What we get are COLB forms generated by the State of Hawaii.

This is correct, The new LFCOLB proves he was not born in any hospital in Hawaii.
1. To generate a Birth Certificate one must be present at the birth. One must witness the birth. NO ONE witnessed the birth in Hawaii.
2. The State can not issue a BC because babies are not born in the State office building. They can however issue COLB. Which says there was a live baby brought into a hospital in Hawaii.
3. The law in Hawaii is that a baby must go to a hospital and see a doctor to get a COLB. This will have the name of the hospital not as a birth place but as the place where the baby was seen by the doctor.
4. Probably Grandma met mom and baby Obama at the Airport and drove to Kapiolani and went in the emergency with the baby and had it inspected and issued a COLB. Since this was now well into Monday after the birth on Friday. The trip is 1 day and 3 hours on the clocks. Plenty of time for a healthy 18 year old.
5. When the name of a hospital is on a Birth Certificate it indicates the baby was born in the hospital and witnessed by the doctor who delivered the baby.
6. When the name of a hospital is on a COLB it indicates the baby was born somewhere else. It came into the hospital and was examined by a doctor at that hospital. It is basic proof that the baby was NOT BORN IN A HOSPITAL. or else it would be issued a BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
Those born in Hospitals get Birth Certificates.
Those born unknown. not witnessed. they get COLB.
Obama gets COLB proving he was not born in a hospital in Hawaii.

The more you think about this the more obvious and simple it all really is. The more it is obviously true. The more everyone should realize it has to be true. Read it again until you understand it better.
I do not think the error in the age of Barrack Sr is a problem. The info would come from the mother not the father. the father was never around at the birth. He might have misinformed Stanley Ann on his age. Or simply Stanley Ann might have not remembered correctly and put down her best guess.
Next we have to stop calling it a Birth Certificate. It is not a birth certificate. It is a COLB issued by a state. NO ONE WITNESSED THE BIRTH AT LEAST NOT IN HAWAII. ONLY A HOSPITAL CAN ISSUE A BC. THE ONLY BC FOR OBAMA IS FROM KENYA. WHERE I BELIEVE HE WAS BORN. And apparently the mother made the same mistake in Kenya. Which again shows a link between the two. That link being the mother. She was at the birth in kenya then went to the hospital in Hawaii and gave the same basic story to fill out the paper work. If she made a mistake in Kenya then better to make the same mistake in Hawaii.

To Thomas Dowling: Do you have an explanation of why the claimed birth of Obama Sr would have been changed from 1934 to 1936? Were there cut-offs for benefits, scholarships, etc? How does the changed date of purported birth of Obama Sr indicate that the new Obama Jr birth certificate is fraudulent? In short, I haven’t grasped the implications of the changed dates for Obama Sr. By the way, I am NOT contesting that the new birth certificate is a fraud, which seems extremely likely. I don’t think any one of us really understand the depth of corruption that Obama is involved in. The strength of the Chicago mob is really underestimated by most of the general public. I was a little surprised at how deeply Obama is involved with the Rod Blagojevich and Tony Rezko bunch. It’s going to be interesting to see how much is revealed during the Blagojevich trial. We now have the immigration file of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., who arrived in the United States in 1959. It seemed odd in this entire file of 55 pages that there were only two mentions of his numerous children. One was Roy in Baltimore and the other was in a handwritten memo that briefly mentioned Barack OBAMA II who lived with his mother at her parents’ house.
It has always been understood that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in 1936; at least that is what it says on his tombstone. But if you go through his immigration documents, he shows two different dates of birth. They are not typos or mistakes because there is a very consistent pattern. There are numerous entries on numerous documents. He came to this country with a birth date of June 18, 1934. He was in Hawaii until 1962 with that exact same birth date on every single document in that file. His date of birth did not change until mid-1962, when he went to Massachusetts. All of a sudden he was two years younger and born on June 18, 1936, which he continued to use as his date of birth after that.
The new birth certificate released by Barack Hussein Obama II states that he was born on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 P.M. In block 10, it states that his father, Barack Hussein Obama was 25 years old. The problem is, on June 18, 1961 he turned 27 years old. It was not until a year later that he decided to change his date of birth. All records and identification that he had in 1961 showed him as a student alien from Kenya born on June 18, 1934!
The birth certificate is a fraud!

My initial thought is that Barack Sr. must have needed the ’34 birth date to qualify for the foreign student program to come to the U.S. Once he got into the U.S., he reverted back to his ’36 original birth date. He was likely scamming the system for some reason.
