NATIONAL CALL TO ACTION SERIES

(Apr. 23, 2011) — As the Declaration of Independence states:
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.
The arrogance of power and incompetence in Washington has generated this dissent I and protest. Elitism and wasteful spending of tax-payers’ dollars is no longer to be tolerated.
Each member of the House of Representatives, the United States Senate and even the President of the United States place their hands on the Bible, raise their hands to the square and swear on their sacred honor to protect, defend and serve the people of the United States. Sadly, we see them in violation of their oaths. They know who they are as do the people. We should see a massive resignation demand on the steps of the capital and the call for the Impeachment of Barack Obama. We should be seeing them groveling before those who instilled their faith and trust in them by electing them to public service and seeking forgiveness. Most have violated the Constitution of the United and many are guilty of treason. Fraud and corruption is rampant in the use of the people’s money.
We the people have had enough of this current Government, elected officials and appointees. They (not the American People) are on a progressive socialist suicide march. WE, the people have watched the President and his Cabinet, Congress and other bureaucrats defile our founding documents and sacred principles for several years now with no end in sight. In 1789, Thomas Jefferson was overheard saying to Madison, “Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves therefore are its only safe depositories.” While no Leader can ever be held blameless, we MUST insist that you resign from office immediately.”
In Lincoln’s 1861 Inaugural address, he issued this warning to his peers, “Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one. This is a most valuable and sacred right – a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world”.
IMPEACHMENT, RESIGNATION AND RECALL must be conducted by the People of those elected and appointed political leaders who have violated the Constitution, which states in Article One, Section Five, Clause II “Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly behavior, and with the concurrence of a 2/3 vote, expel a member.”
The Constitution and the States, however, provide the people the right and authority to do either of the following:
Per the 10th amendment to decide domestic matters within individual states, also grants the right to the state to refuse federal aid and to sever from the Federal Government’s authority entirely or per Article Two, Section Four, “The President, Vice President and ALL CIVIL OFFICERS of the United States shall be removed from office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
The current oath of office was enacted in 1884: The Oaths of Office is administered to:
- President
- Vice President
- Supreme Court
- Congress
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
- When a young man or woman enlists in one of the armed forces, he or she takes an oath to protect and defend the United States of America.
- When an officer in any of the armed services raises his hand and takes an oath to protect and defend his or her country, the Officers are expected to keep the vow.
- When any officer of the court takes an oath to perform their duties it is done with an expectation they will do so.
Why not the same for any member of the United States Government, but especially those that are elected by the people? Each member of the House of Representatives, the United States Senate and even the President of the United States raise their hands and swear on their sacred honor to protect, defend and serve the people of the United States.
BERATING and CONDEMNING the United States before the world, overseas and in the United Nations is a flagrant violation of Trust.
If the impeachment and resignations do not occur then the American people must do their duty to God and Country and use the power of their votes and remove the violators from office. In the event there may be some doubt in certain individuals then for the good and welfare of the country ALL should go. We will start over. We will seek out those who have a strong desire to see America continue as created and designed by our Founding Fathers. It may be difficult to start over from scratch but it will certainly be better than the trashing of the Constitution.
The majority of American people have lost trust and faith in those they have elected to serve the country because they have abrogated their oaths, given comfort to the enemy both foreign and domestic. 535 men and women have sworn to serve the nation. They have willingly taken an oath to protect and serve and defend the people and interests of this great country. Sadly, we see them in violation of their oaths and the moral strength to do what needs to be done.
America, Act Now for our survival as our strong and trusted nation is in great jeopardy.

My name is Morgan Ward, SFC US Army retired. I am a former SFC within the Field Artillery Branch and Vietnam Veteran. I am also a life time member of the Sgt Morales Club Member which I know as a Combat leader you are aware of. The club honors only the best proven leaders within the US Army.I do not say that as to be a braggart , but to show that I do know the elements of a good leader when I see one.
I have followed you since your initial appearance on Fox. Of all of the military anylist I have always singled you out as the only one who continuously displayed exemplary leadership. As you know General, there are many leadership traits and principles instilled within true leaders. One trait is MORAL COURAGE, in the Army is defined as always doing the right thing regardless of the consequences. I say that Sir as you are truly a rare man of purpose in that you display Moral Courage unlike most other so called leaders. Within both Political parties I do not see one leader within either party. They all need polls or advisers to tell them what they should believe in. That Sir is no leader.
If we had true, proven leaders like yourself in Government we would not be facing the peril’s we are now seeing. I agree with everything that you have espoused. You are absolutely correct in the remedy. I have been screaming from the top of the roof for over 2 years now that we need only look within The Declaration of Independence for our remedy. It is up to us the citizens to rise up and establish a new Government as well as to hold all of those responsible for the destruction of our Country to be held accountable.
Unfortunately Sir I have noticed that we have both an unintelligent and apathetic electorate. They are easily duped by a slick politician that happens along and they forever love a good ‘horse and pony’ show as well over substance. I can show many reasons why nobody should support a certain person for office , but rather than to research for themselves as to what I have shown them, they hop along the popular person bandwagon which leads to the mess we are in now.
As an example, in my opinion as a leader I don’t feel like any person running for office who is determined not to talk about the ineligibility of USURPER Obama, can in no way be trusted as a leader to follow and enforce the US Constitution as they have already PROVEN they care not for defense of the Constitution. I could never trust any of them for anything up to and including dog catcher in a small town.
Even worse, they discount and call we who believe in the US Constitution as Nuisances and unimportant and worse. yet, even though Palin, Romney, Huckabee, Bachman and others call us names and prove they don’t believe in the US Constitution, many people are still lifting them up as ‘Saviors’ for our Nation. The stupidity of the Average American is what is destroying our Nation. Even Bachman who on FOX NEWS SUNDAY stated that she would consider reducing the disability pay for all disabled Vets while cutting the services within our VA Hospitals for the disabled Vererans , she is still highy liked by many so called conservatives.As a Veteran I denounce her as being the worse in America for what should would ever even consider. As you know Sir, The Veteran has already sacrificed for their Nation like none other. You understand more than anyone the sacrifice for service as many payed even with their life. Many more live every day with the horrors of war and service.
In closing General, I want to thank you for your Service and Sacrifice for your Country. I realize that you are very rare in today’s society and you have exceptional leadership and insight. I would proudly boot up again and follow you Sir in any Objective you desire. You are a true man of Honor and Character which most dumbed down American’s will never understand.

this is pretty much the same old song and line. there is no call or demand for the arrest of soetoro / obama and his co- conspirators. to demand impeachment is giving the usurper legitimacy. and please all need to know that impeachment is not going to happen so far as removing soetoro / obama from office. it takes 75 votes in the senate to remove him even if a trial is held. ret. gen. vallely needs to get realistic. this article sounds great but the events just are not going to take place. the only answers are a massive march on the wh or the usurper;s arrest or both. we may be approaching our last chance to get this fraud out. if he gets gets elected in 2012 he may just be there for a life time or as long as he chooses to stay because our constitutional republic will be gone then and all the letter writing e-mails phone calls whining and complaining and being critical will not mean a damn thing. there will be nothing anybody will be able to do about the usurper. it will be too late. put that in your pipes and smoke it.

I disagree. If it is a way to get rid of him quickly, it should be taken. That’s the primary objective. Any subjective concerns should come second. And if he’s impeached for not being eligible, how would that “give him legitimacy”?

Sorry to disagree with you. Impeachment is NOT the means, as it absolutely would lend legitimacy to an “illegal” or ineligible person, 0bama, to even hold the position. Also, impeachment is a long drawn out process, remember Slick Willy?? Slick Willy Clinton was impeached by the House but the Senate failed to remove him.
Yes, the primary objective is to remove 0maba, but he needs to removed for WHAT he is, a Usurper of the office, NOT as an incompetent boob. He needs to be removed as a Traitor and a criminal and he needs to serve time or receive capital punishment for his crimes! NOTHING less!
Right. Impeach now. Determine eligibility after. Once he’s removed from power, proving his ineligibility should be much less difficult.
to phillip maximo —– but impeachment is not a way to get the usurpur out quickly or in the long term either. please stop the dreaming. i already explained he has to be impeached in the house and then a trial has to be held in the senate and even if convicted 75 votes are required in the senate to remove him from office. plus the congress is not going to act on obama because they were complicit in this fraud and they all stand to go down with him. the congressional leaders have said that they are not going to do anything about obama. they cannot afford to. in case you do not remember bill clinton was impeached in the house and the senate failed to remove him from office. it was a slap on the wrisk and he even came back stronger than before. so far as following ret. gen. vallely in a march on the wh to force the usurpur out i believe we could get 2 million people or more to follow but gen. vallely is not talking about that. he has continued for nearly 2 years to talk resignation and impeachment . not one person that is a co- conspirator to obama or that was complicit in the fraudulent election has resigned or been impeached yet. it is utterly ridiculous to continue with such demands. obama just continues to laugh at us because he knows it will not happen. ret. gen. vallely seems to want it both ways. he seems to want obama out but at the same time he wants to sit back and be politically correct.
I don’t know if anyone agrees with me…but, I believe Obama is impeachment proof no matter what he does. It’s his ineligibility that makes him impeachment proof. Many in Congress, especially congressional leaders, were involved in massive election fraud to get Barry on the ballot and elected. There are documents available that show rules were broken, document wording was changed and Obama’s ineligibility was know well before the 2008 election, but the enablers of Obama forged on and here we are today.
Obama knows he isn’t eligible and he knows who assisted him in getting on the ballot and elected, to heck with his ineligibility. If Congress ever voted to begin impeachment proceedings, which I think must happen in the House , no matter what the stated reason for impeachment was it would release a new wave of media discussion about Obama and the subject of eligibility would come up again, putting those in Congress, the media, and even IMO the Supreme Court one step closer to being brought to justice for their involvement in the biggest fraud/scam in history. Also, Obama himself holds more than enough information on a lot of people to put them in prison orange right along with him….and if impeachment was tried he would likely do just that.
Obama is impeachment proof, Congress in self-protection mode has made that happen.

BINGO! i respect gen. vallely very much but, he has friends in the military who will take part in the worlds longest conga line, leading to the gallows at the prison, lt. col. terry lakin sits. dude, this is exactly why i tell all so-called patriot groups, org’s & pac’s, that i will not donate 1 dime to any of them, unless their emails & websites carry the home page banner, demanding, the immediate arrest of the illegal alien POTUS! which BTW, would go nicely, alongside the terry lakin banner on this site. my powder is dry and awaiting a credible call to arms.
