A Theory About Donald Trump

DOES HE PLAN TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT, OR IS THERE SOME OTHER MOTIVE?

by May Bellringer

The Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in New York City was built in 1983 and has 68 floors

(Mar. 29, 2011) — He has not announced that he will run for President.  He may be toying with the idea.  If he is serious, he could be testing the waters by taking on Obama’s eligibility.  He said on Greta that he watches the internet and he sees that this is a big issue.  He may have done some research on how big the numbers are of actual voters who consider this a big issue.  He has obviously read some of the evidence to support his position.

One possibility that I wonder about is “What’s In It” For the Trump Organization.

I don’t think that Mr. Trump needs any more recognition than he already has.  With all his worldwide endeavors, does he really have time to be President of the United States?

Mr. Trump gets his kicks building things BIG.  He’s kind-of like a Texas-sized real estate developer.

He obviously does get a kick out of firing people.  Think how many people he could fire as the President.  Oh, what fun that could be!

So why all this fuss about Obama’s birth certificate at this particular time?  Why not sooner?

Can you imagine how many employees the Trump Organization has?  Can you imagine the cost effect that Obamacare will have on the Trump Organization?

Last November, the voters of this country gave us an overwhelming majority of Republicans in the House of Representatives.

Did those representatives not promise to repeal Obamacare?  Have they done so?

Did those same representatives just get through letting a prime opportunity to defund Obamacare slip right through their stupid fingers?

Was this the last hope the Trump Organization had of depending on the new 112th Congress to fix this mess?

I am sure the intelligent Mr. Trump is well aware that if Mr. Obama is found to be ineligible, it will magically undo Obamacare for good.  Maybe a huge benefit to the Trump Organization.

Maybe he is toying with being the President or maybe this is just another clever and good business tactic.

  1. Trump also knows that he must use Sun Tzu tactics, we are in a war, and this is working (this tactic)
Pray for Trump, pray that O gets revealed.
We all know in our hearts that this creep was not born here.

  2. The problem has been identified. Our government has been usurped. Taken over by an enemy faction. So I pose this: Why do we continue to support them financially? Paying a federal tax is aiding and abetting the enemy, is it not? Stop paying your federal income tax. Literally put your money where your mouth is. If we all do this, you bet we’ll get their attention. What say you???

  3. Obama Researcher

I also signed up to work for Trump for President.

Bottom line right now today he is the man. Pawlenty is a farce along with Huckabee. They are both dumber than dumb on the issue.

Bottom line is Trump is helping us tremendously. We should all be helping him to help us. You can contact Trump by clicking on the CONTACT US tab at the above.

Spread this around. Lets go viral supporting Trump.

  4. Is it true that Trump is Pro-Life. Does he know that the murder/abortion law was based on lies in court….as President he could easily overturn that law since the people participating admitted to lying in court and Norma McCorvey never herself had an murder/abortion.

That would be a terrific article for The Post….what happened when 1500 years of civilized law was overturned by liars in our courts, admitted liars, and Norma never herself had an abortion, she was too late in term, for laws at that time. Millions of our children have been murdered and all because of people lying in court, who are now converted Christians and fighting against abortion.

That is the story behind Obama….his puppet masters are trying to eliminate population like the Nazis and needed a puppet who would promote their dark deeds.

  5. I signed up to volunteer for Trump as he is the ONLY one with the courage to stand up to the DC elites and the rest of the world. I could care less if he’s been married 20 times. He’s a lot better than what we have in the WH now. At least he has both business and foreign policy experience which cannot be said for the Obummer.

My gosh, man-child and his Hereford have spent in excess of $10MM on food and booze since taking over the WH. Reportedly mostly on kobi beef as evidenced in the broad expanse of the Hereford’s backside.

  6. I would think that after Trump is in receipt of Mrs. Rondeau’s letter (& other citizens) alerting him to all the other mysteries, lawsuits and the Natural Born Citizen clause, to which proves Nobama isn’t eligible – and he STILL goes around the media circuit spouting “where’s the BC?” – then he is just like the rest of them – including Sean Hannity – who waited 3 years to start talking about the birth certificate, but NOONE mentions that he is not a Natural Born Citizen

  7. Trump is a big phoney and Soros puppet. Who loaned Trump money to build his biggest buildings? Soros!! Trump is in debt to Soros to the tune of over $600 million and Soros runs Trump. I think this is a game to take our attention away from the real heros in this fight, Lakin, Fitzpatrick, Lucan Smith, Pamela Barnett, Sharon Rondeau, Dr. Kate, Taitz, Cao etc. Has anyone done anything to help these patriots since Trump arrived and took over all the attention?

    1. The Trump story broke on Mar 23 or 24. P&E News posted an update on Cao and Smith on Mar 25. ORYR, Atty Mario Apuzzo and Cmdr Kerchner have been motivating their readers to contact Arizona Senators, pushing them to move on their eligibility-ballot bills. Except for cash donations, not much can be done for Lakin at this point in time. According to Mrs Rondeau, the contributions and subscriptions to P&E News have been coming in well enough that P&E News is expanding. So, it looks like no one has been overlooked or forgotten due to Trump.

    2. alain– Where can it be documented that Trump is indebted to Soros for over $600 million? This appears to be a very serious allegation!

      1. Yeah Alain… Got an answer for Barbi Dee? Where’s the Beef? …and don’t wait ’til the first of April.

  8. I’m curious if his releasing of the Hospital BC first was intentional. By doing so, then releasing his long-form he has drawn attention to the stark differences of the two and the fact that Obama’s COLB is so lacking in information. I’d like to think Trump was smart enough to orchestrate the ‘slip-up’ – but I’m not sure he fully grasps the whole basis for Obama’s ineligibility (dual citizenship and how the BC really doesn’t matter). He is a very smart man, so maybe I’m not giving him enough credit.

What I found odd and almost amusing was the Liberals who jumped all over the Trump hospital BC release stating it wasn’t good enough and lacked the proper information. Did they not realize they were basically stating the same about their man, Obama’s COLB?

    1. I’m confident that it was intentional, giving the Obots the opportunity to shoot themselves in the foot.

      1. Exactly… and Trump plays Chess… and I’m too quite confident he is a couple moves ahead of the game. A nice move and the gabbit worked like gears in a clock.

  9. William Flowers

Trump might be trying to protect his ‘property’ from becoming someone else’s. With all the stuff (auto, banking) that the Obama regime has been doing the next is private property. Trump is standing up and saying ‘not mine!’

If this is what it takes to expose Obama and company, so be it.

  10. I am disappointed in this story and don’t agree with it at all. Mr. Trump has always been very patriotic. Even going so far as to fight a lawsuit in Florida because some wanted him to remove his American Flag or put up a smaller one. He fought it and this was before Obamacare! I hope he runs and wins!
    ———————
Mrs. Rondeau replies: Wasn’t that Jackie Mason who paid for that lawsuit to be filed? Also, please remember that an editorial written by a citizen is opinion only. We value citizen contributions expressing opinions, but there is a difference between an editorial and a hard news story.

  11. Whatever his motives-he did something that we have not been able to do in years-
Even one of the columnists at the Miami Herald-Pitts felt compelled to write a hit piece today-calling birthers names such as morons etc., all while defending Whoopi. Bring it Pitts-liberals always use name calling when they have no argument!.
And Pawlenty-he is exactly what we do not need-what a go along to get along-wimp out-when he said that CNN saw it! I about fell off my chair-when he said the issue is a “distraction”. Mr. Pawlenty-read my lips-Eligibility-is about the legitimacy of Government and having the legal authority to govern -otherwise you are telling the citizens and the world that -we only have a Constitution when it is convenient for speech writing-it is not only a major issue-it is the primary issue! and hopefully Pawlenty wont get through any primary!

    1. Yes. I saw Pawlenty last night too. I was very disappointed in his remarks about the birth certificate (O’s). I will never vote for him.

    2. Oh, I agree with you wholeheartedly! In fact, I wrote the Pawlenty campaign and told them he would not be getting my vote. I refuse to vote for someone who cleanses Obama as well as basically calls those of us who question his eligibility ridiculous. I don’t know why these candidates can’t just keep their mouths shut on the subject if they fear wading into the waters. If he is the nominee, I will just not vote, which is not the right thing to do, but I absolutely refuse to vote for him unless he changes his stance on the subject.

      1. Yep.. same.. and it is people like this and Rove that are dividing conservatives with really stupid uneducated remarks. You’d think they take heed and realize that 150+ million Americans must have seen or know that at least something… just ain’t quite right with zero’s BC. Common sense must come into play at some point.

  12. Trump is well aware of the questions and thoughts of most American minds and knows Constitutionalists (aka birthers) are in the majority and growing rapidly. Only a sheer political fool would ignore them, regardless of who is buttering his or her bread. Yet, it looks like we have a lot of these dumb or fearful pawns in Washington . . . who won’t have a chance of a snow ball in Hell of surviving the race in 2012 if they don’t address one simple question: “Why won’t Obama produce his birth certificate?” and demand an investigation and more.

By the way, I guess everybody knows by now that Trump just produced for Newsmax a copy of his long form birth certificate, to deflect anymore criticism that his hospital birth record was not enough. And at least Trump’s short form hospital birth certificate had a hospital name and signatures on it, which the usurper’s forged document still lacks.

How much longer will American patriots allow that fraud to continue to occupy the Oval Office in luxury and continue to tax our patience? Wake up America! Rise up Patriots! Take to the streets! Join the Tea Parties! Vehemently protest the biggest political scam in history that is clearly going on right before our eyes!

    1. Apparently joining the Tea Parties will not help at all to boot this fraud out of the WH. I have yet to see any of the Tea Party Organizations take a stand on this issue. Yes, many members are all willing to speak up on the comment section, regarding their opinions about the usurper but the various leadership of the Tea Parties will not dare be called Birthers. Too many fools that are so afraid of the left wing press. We should do just like the Progressives, they just change their name. Lets start calling ourselves Eligibility Activists.

  13. Whatever Mr. Trump’s motives are for bringing this charade to light is a Godsend, in my opinion. There have been many individuals who have suffered abuse in all forms from criminal handlers (some still are) over a simple question of “Who are you?” that most adults and young people have complied with, many times, in their lives. So all I will say is “Thank you, Mr.Trump” and when Americans reach critical mass, truth will prevail because truth does not fear scrutiny. cheers

  14. There is nothing wrong with your theory because the two objectives are mutually inclusive. If becoming president is the only way he believes he can protect his capitalist built empire, he may have concluded it is worth expending millions of his dollars to do just that.

  15. AuntieMadder… You’ve pretty much nailed it. And on the other hand… ‘we’ve’ been watching and waiting for any crumb of exposure from big media for over two years now… just to be continuously rebuked as nutz. All we wanted was for someone to say it like it is, and with Trump beating Barry about the neck and shoulders with Joseph Farah’s coined words ‘Wheres The Birth Certificate’ We are tickled pink. But when Barry whips out some ‘new’ BC like an Acme Roadrunner sign… Where will we be? Lookin like we’re nutz. Trump? He has a solid plan B… he simply asks; ‘But can he run a business?’ Kenya and Indonesia are big deals, and the more was exposed, the more we shook our heads… but IMO the show stopper is the British National father.

Trumps motif’s are basic, a self made millionaire, Twice!… he’s the type that loves making money more than the money. He likes being the guy that rescues the damsel from the railroad tracks.. beating the guy in the black hat, and being under the spot light while doing so.

If Trump were to broaden his scope of inquire… and choose a running mate the likes of Allen West… I’d think him unstoppable.

And I’m quite sure it would be a lifetime achievement for Mr. Trump to tell Barry ‘Your Fired’ :)

    1. Thanks, Duke-Jinx. Sometimes I feel like I’m whispering into the wind or speaking a different language, so it’s good that someone out there gets me.

“But when Barry whips out some ‘new’ BC like an Acme Roadrunner sign… Where will we be? Lookin like we’re nutz. Trump? He has a solid plan B…”

A couple of days ago, Trump presented his Certificate of Live Birth (or Certification of Live Birth?) to be posted online. Immediately, Obots at Politico and other Obot “news” sources criticized it, calling it inadequate because of all of the information it does not list. The following day, Trump presented his long-form birth certificate to be posted online. That was not an accident. Trump wasn’t forced by critics to present the long-form. He didn’t learn the difference between the two documents from the critics. Obtaining and presenting his long-form wasn’t an afterthought or a correction to a mistake. It was a calculated move on his part. He gave the Obots the opportunity to discount his COLB and to list the reasons why his COLB isn’t sufficient proof for verification, knowing they’d seize the opportunity, thus shooting themselves in the foot by discrediting the value of Barky’s COLB as well. The man knows how to navigate his way through negotiations and how to work situations and even opponents to his favor.

There’s no way Trump would put himself in the middle of this issue/controversy/scandal only to end up with egg on his face in the end. He’s way to fond of himself to do anything that will end with him eating crow before the public. He gave this plenty of thought and worked out a “business plan” before ever uttering a word in public about Barky’s eligibility issue.

Trump’s nobody’s fool. He won’t accept a forgery at face value (remember what he said on The View about seeing a lot of corruption and about seeing a man turn a $1 or $10 bill into a $100 bill). And as much as I doubt that Barky can produce an authentic long-form birth certificate from the HDOC, I also doubt that Trump isn’t prepared for that possibility and the discussion of Barky’s parents’ citizenship status (or lack thereof).

Keep in mind, however, that the story or fact (only Barky knows which) of Barky’s father’s British citizenship has been public knowledge since the first release of his “Dreams of…” book and was repeated as early as 2008 on his campaign web site with never a peep from Congress, the Supreme Court, the military upper brass, the former White House administration, the lamestream media, etc., before or since his election. Barky isn’t a natural born citizen of the US and therefore isn’t eligible to serve as POTUS. All the world knows this but those who can and should act on it won’t. No court has been willing to hear and rule on even one of the numerous suits filed regarding his lack of nbc status on its merit, not even the SCOTUS. Unless Trump can make enough noise to persuade the courts to hear and rule on the case and rule properly, that route will remain a dead end. Trump’s surely aware of this, too, so he’s tackling this issue one step at a time, first daring Barky to present his long-form birth certificate. Should that happen (probably won’t), then on to step two.

By the way, something everyone needs to keep in mind is that Trump can’t force Barky to present any documents at all or even to refuse verbally nor is Trump’s the final word on Barky’s eligibility or lack thereof. If Barky should prove eligibility to Trump’s satisfaction, that doesn’t mean he’s proven eligibility unless it meets the requirements laid out in the US Constitution. Conversely, if Barky should present to Trump his official birth certificate document issued in Kenya and stating he was born in Kenya, Trump could do nothing about it except use his celebrity to take the disclosure public and then try to bully the lamestream media into forcing Congress to act on the disclosure.

What Trump can do is what he’s been doing very well, and that is to bring this issue out of the darkness and into the light. So, if he doesn’t do it the way some or most might want him to do it, it’s okay. If he never talks about natural born citizenship, other than an opportunity to educate the ignorant, nothing is or will be lost because it’s not his to lose.

      1. Uh-oh. Just read at ORYR in a comment left by Mario (Apuzzo?) that Trump said to (Laura?) Ingraham in an interview that the Obamas paid for the birth announcements in the two Hawaii newspapers in 1961. So, either he’s getting his information from a poor source or I was wrong about him studying up on the matter and, instead, he’s just pulling answers out of a hat. If he continues to give false information and discredits himself, then he’ll only further discredit “birthers” and the eligibility issue. I really thought him to be smarter and more savvy than this.
        —————–
Mrs. Rondeau replies: Or maybe he’s done research that no one else has and discovered something that is about to come out!

      2. It took me forever, what with tack and diplomacy not coming naturally to me, but I wrote Trump via his site’s message feature to correct him about the birth announcements and to urge him again to read and refer to Apuzzo’s Catalog of Evidence.

        Dear Mr Trump,

I wrote to you a few days ago to thank you for bringing Obama’s eligibility issue out of the darkness and into the media news spotlight. I truly appreciate you lending credibility to this issue and citizens like myself whose demands for answers have been ignored. I also recommended to you Attorney Mario Apuzzo’s “A Catalog of Evidence – Concerned Americans Have Good Reason to Doubt that Putative President Obama Was Born in Hawaii” to help you get caught up on the details of this issue and as a quick reference guide when/if you’re up to speed. http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2010/05/catalog-of-evidence-concerned-americans.html

During your interview with Laura Ingraham, you stated that the Obamas placed the birth announcements in the two Hawaii newspapers in 1961. That is not correct. Having helped friends and family members place birth announcements in our local newspaper, I understand how one might assume it was done the same way in Hawaii in 1961. But for the protection and preservation of your unquestionable credibility and to avoid risk of further damage to that of “birthers,” it’s important to speak only the facts when discussing this issue.

Following the links provided at Apuzzo’s “Catalog of Evidence…” (link provided above), we learn that “[i]n 1961, Hawaiian law specifically allowed “an adult or the legal parents of a minor child” to apply to the health department and, upon unspecified proof, be given a birth document in the form of a Certification of Live Birth.” Issuance of a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) by the Hawaii Department of Health prompted the birth announcements printed in the two Hawaii newspapers. If you look at the top of the birth announcements pages, you’ll see the text ‘Health Bureau Statistics.’ That confirms the source of the information printed in the announcements to be the Hawaii Department of Health Vital Statistics System.

Further, “[u]nder Hawaiian law, a family wishing to register the birth of a baby born outside Hawaii can list a family residence in Hawaii as the birth address, even if the mother was residing outside Hawaii at the time the baby was born. ”

        http://obamatrueandfalse.com/2010/04/16/true-1961-birth-announcements-reported-by-hawaii-bureau-of-health-statistics/

Mr Trump, I have followed this issue closely and with great interest since the summer of 2008. I’m proud to say that I even contributed some by discovering a few bits and pieces online while link-hopping and then sharing those links everywhere that “birthers” read. While I don’t claim to know it all, I know enough to hold my own in a discussion, debate or argument against any MSNBC-watching, “birther”-bashing, Obama supporter. With this in mind, I again urge you to read and then use as a quick reference guide Attorney Apuzzo’s Catalog of Evidence. It is the most concise yet thorough source of information on this issue that can be found online. His Catalog includes nothing but facts – no rumors or assumptions – with sources cited, as well as embedded links to online sources, downloadable documents, and screen grabs. To verify his Catalog’s sources and/or to learn more about the listed items, click on the links embedded in the text.

Again, I thank you, Mr Trump, for giving this issue a voice.

        Sincerely,
        (Auntie’s real name)

      3. Mrs. Rondeau, maybe he does know something about it, some inside information. Although I’d feel bad about it if I did, I hope I sold him short in regards to this bit. And I’m glad that my message to him about it was nice. I didn’t type the way I speak, with the first thought in my head flying onto the keyboard, which would have been something like, “Wrong! Pay attention this time, idiot.” So, if out of the hundreds or thousands of messages he must be receiving daily via his website for the past week, at least half of which defining “natural born citizen” over and over again along with complaints that he hasn’t mentioned it, should mine be read by someone on his staff, at least it was kind and polite, not whiny and demanding.

It seems that each day or maybe even each interview, he shares another bit of knowledge, another detail or specific on this issue. The man won’t be made the fool nor will he be bullied, both of which these idiots at MSNBC learned the hard way. You’ve got to watch this. http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com/2011/03/donald-trump-thumps-msnbc-hosts-on.html

  16. If he runs as an Independent, Obama will be assured another 4 years…he will be another Ross Perot and divide the conservative base.

It’s my understanding that Rubio is a NBC, while Jindal is not. I believe Rubio’s mother naturalized prior to his birth. I’m thinking I read that over on Donofrio’s site. Not saying that I support him, just that I believe he is NBC.

I’ve been wondering if The Donald was really serious….but after reading this article I think maybe he is playing both sides against the middle, and it could very well be about healthcare. I don’t really care – he is shaking things up and I like it! :)

    1. Mr. Trump has already said “he is a republican and will run as a republican”.

      1. Yes he has, but that doesn’t mean he will be allowed to be the Republican nominee. I believe Perot would have liked to have run on the Republican ticket, but the powers that be didn’t allow that. Trump is not a political good-ole-boy and the politicians of today tend to protect and prefer their own kind – regardless of party.

If he doesn’t get the Republican nominee, he may be forced to run as an Independent – if he is in fact serious about running. Time will tell.

    2. “If he runs as an Independent, Obama will be assured another 4 years…he will be another Ross Perot and divide the conservative base.”

I’ve been worried about this, not necessarily about Trump specifically, but about “birthers” voting for a “birther” candidate, thus splitting the Republican/conservative vote.

Palin is another who the RNC won’t run. Many of her supporters are saying they’ll vote for her as an Independent or write-in if she’s not the Republican candidate.

The RNC had better get their heads right and nominate for the primaries their constituents’ favorites as potential candidates and not the McCain clones they keep pushing (Gingrich, Romney, Pawlenty, Huckabee) or they could face a humiliating defeat in 2012 and America could face another four years under Barky or some other Demonrat’s regime.

  17. AttilasDaughter

It is true, in 2012 the voters will be equally disgusted by the far left who runs the Dems and by the cowardly neocons who (still) run the Cocktail party.

If he wants to run a third party would be the way to go.
I don’t think Obama will be a candidate though. And Sarah Palin will not be nominated by the coward cocktail crowd.

  18. First of all, he has said that until his season of Celebrity Apprentice is over, he won’t/can’t announce and mentioned something about equal time laws, which makes perfect sense (to me at least..).

Second, this country is going down fast and with his big ego and businesses, he doesn’t like our country losing prestige as well as money. He is a lot of things, loud, bossy, etc. but he also is pro-life, doesn’t drink or smoke and is a big business man. It makes perfect sense that he is a Republican (although he wages his bets and plays nice with Dems). As far as his “now deciding to take on the birth issue”, maybe Obama’s current behavior has been making Trump as well as others take us seriously. After we have been screaming for over 2 years, someone was bound to hear us!!

I don’t like some of Trump’s personal issues, like his being married so many times, but the fact that he is taking such a big issue on and not worrying about what people think about it says to me what kind of leader he would be. I’m sick and tired of having the occupant of the White House deliberately tank our country; I want a president who wants us to succeed!!!

Borrowing a phrase from Dennis Miller, “that is my opinion, I may be wrong”.

    1. I don’t think it is fair to judge Mr. Trump because he was “married so many times”. After all how many of us are or were divorced. It made us better people later on.

In view of the fact that we had 2 presidents that we know of who were “pardon the expression, screwing around, WHILE IN OFFICE, Trumps marriages are a non issue. Of course the left will use that against him.

  19. Pawlenty displayed his total ignorance and made a genuine fool of himself on Hannity this evening when he declared that he KNOWS Obama is a legitimate president because he heard that CNN saw his birth certificate and CNN would not lie! Amazing???

  20. God Bless ANYONE who can rid us of Obama ANY WAY POSSIBLE! Give them full support as congress and the judicial system will not do anything!

  21. Whatever Trump’s motives might be, I don’t think I will be beating up on him, not now anyway. Maybe he is just as angry as I am at what the usurper and his enablers are doing to America? He gets the benefit of the doubt, and it’s great he is speaking out.

  22. I’m glad I’m not the only one asking this question.

  23. As long as it works I couldn’t care less if he runs for President or not! I just want that Usurper out of our White House and if this is the way to do it, then I say let ‘er rip!!!

  24. First, thanks for opening the comments back up.
Maybe Trump wants to say, “you’re fired”
He could be, as you suggest, fed up with the fact that we just elected a majority in the House and they are not producing. Somebody needs to wake them up to the fact that it’s not “business as usual”

One other point, why do people keep suggesting Rubio or Jindal should run for Pres or V pres? neither of them are natural born citizens. We don’t want them any more than we want the present occupier.

    1. I know Jindal isn’t a natural born citizen because his parents weren’t yet citizens when he was born in Louisiana but do you know for sure the same is true for Rubio? I tried to find out when his parents naturalized and could not find the info. so please tell me where you got your information, thanks.

    2. Ditto Ed’74–I keep saying the same thing–neither one of them are NBC and they themselves know it. No one better put those 2 on the list–we the people will remove them quickly. Rubio’s parents were born in Cuba and Jindal’s India–so no they are not eligible!

      1. Ditto Ed and Heather.

      2. Heather, the requirement for natural born Citizenship is to be born of parents who were citizens, and born on our soil. Citizens can be natural born or naturalized. So if both of Rubio’s parents were naturalized before he was born, he is a natural born Citizen. I do not know the status of his parents, but wanted to clarify the definition.

We had a supreme court case in 1939, Perkins v. Elg, in which a young woman was born to Swedish parents who had immigrated to the U.S. and naturalized before she was born – in New York. Thus she was born a citizen, naturally a citizen. After a few years in the U.S. the father returned to Sweden to work, repudiated his U.S. citizenship and Marie and her mother followed. When Marie was 20 she decided to return to the U.S. The U.S. Attorney General said she was not a U.S. citizen. The supreme court, Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes (made infamous by Sharon Rondeau’s expose of his attempt in 1916 to run for President; his parents were British Subjects when he was born, and still British when he ran against Woodrow Wilson) wrote the decision. Among the dicta (not affecting the decision) from the case was the statement that Marie, after 14 years residence and another year to become 35 years old, was still a natural born Citizen, and could run for president if she chose. Laws cannot alter what was provided by nature. Marie was naturally born a Citizen of the U.S., and did not lose that state because her parents repudiated their naturalized citizenship.

The issue is allegiance. It was presumed by our framers that immigrants chose the U.S. because our government of laws protected their natural rights (nature’s god intended that men had a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness), and their child would inherit that allegiance. Being born on our soil means that a president will likely have invested in our land, both property and relationships. Allegiance is probably the more critical requirement, but every definition of natural born Citizens cited by our supreme court includes both provisions, referred to by some as “jus soli” and “jus sanguinis,” suggesting their existence in Cicero’s Rome. “Soli” refers to a right of soil, born on our soil, and ‘sanguinis’ is blood, implying inheritance, bloodright or birthright.

      3. It is not significant WHERE Rubio’s parents or Jundal’s parents were born — it is only important to know IF they were ‘naturalized citizens’ at the time of Rubio’s or Jindal’s birth.

I don’t know about Rubio’s parents but Jindal’s parents were NOT citizens at his birth, so he is NOT a ‘natural born citizen’

There was a dust up about Donald Trump’s Mother having been born in Scotland. She, however, became a naturalized citizen in 1942 and Donald was born in 1946 — he IS a natural born citizen.

      4. @Spaulding: “The issue is allegiance.”

YES!!! You win the $64,000 prize! That IS the issue and that IS the disease that has infected our entire government and our way of life. There is NO allegiance to the American people in Washington DC or the state capitols anymore (assuming there once was for at least a few decades). That is what Kerchner, Fitzpatrick, Lakin and others have been putting it on the line for. That is what Hamilton, Jay and Madison wrote about in the Federalist Papers. That is what Franklin, Jefferson and Washington warned us about repeatedly. That is why we take oaths. That is why Skousen tells us that we “must elect virtuous leaders” in his book “The 5,000 Year Leap.” I’m just happy that somebody gets it.

Try explaining that to a liberal and watch their paper mache head explode. After we do that a few hundred times we begin to understand the immensity of the problem.

  25. Trump, knowing that neither the DNC nor the RNC will run him as their candidate in 2012, needed a voter base. He found one in the “birthers,” many of whom have made it clear that they’ll vote for no one in 2012 who won’t speak publicly of Barky’s ineligibility issue. The man didn’t get rich by ignoring opportunities. I think it’s really that simple.

    1. This is what Trump told Newsmax. It sounds believable enough to me. Maybe we should take him at his word.

“I hate what’s happening to this country. It’s never been at a point like this, ever. We’re not respected. We’re scoffed at. We’re laughed at by other places. People from China and other places cannot believe they’re getting away with what they’re getting away with. We’re rebuilding China. We’re rebuilding other countries, and our country is going to hell in a hand basket.

“One thing I can say, if I ran and if I won, that would stop, and everybody knows it. I think that’s why I do well in the polls.”

      1. I wholeheartedly agree with you, AuntieMadder, because I wholeheartedly agree with what Trump told Newsmax. The worse part of it all, of course, is that what’s happened to this country has not happened by accident but, rather, by intent. “Five days from now we begin fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” — Barack HUSSEIN Obama.
