Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, U.S. Navy (Ret.) spent this Veterans’ Day in the Monroe County jail on “charges” of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. He previously was charged with “riot,” “intimidation,” and interrupting a grand jury proceeding, but no accuser has been named.
