AND YOU WON’T BE LABELED “VEXATIOUS!”

(Sept. 2, 2010) — The Post & Email is seeking documentation from anyone who has contacted a Hawaii state agency with a UIPA request during the last two years and received an evasive or misleading reply or no response at all in violation of Hawaii state law.
Anyone submitting such documentation to The Post & Email must be willing to sign his or her name to it and have solid evidence through email correspondence that Department of Health or other government employees failed to uphold Hawaii’s UIPA, or open records, law.
The evidence will be used to illustrate how Hawaii’s public officials have stonewalled, obfuscated and failed to comply with HRS 338, which covers vital statistics. Index data, “final opinions” made public by Hawaii officials, and other records which should have been disclosed according to Section 92F-12 (page 15) of the UIPA which were withheld or not addressed are prime examples of the information we seek.
The Post & Email already has the emails from a plethora of UIPA requests which were obtained with funds donated to the Legal Fund last year. However, we would like to hear from anyone who has made a request within the last six months which has gone unanswered or has been answered untruthfully or in violation of Hawaii statutes.
Part of our case will involve the fact that staff at the Vital Records of the Hawaii Department of Health were caught “checking people out” on the internet before addressing their requests, a fact which has been admitted to by the Office of the Hawaii Ombudsman. The Department of Health has also lied to this writer by stating that Birth Index data is not available in a one-year increment, while telling an apparently friendly Associated Press writer that it was available, complete with cost.
This is an example of the stonewalling which will assist us to make our case against Hawaii officials.

The most interesting to me was a relative of Obama on the Dunham side who was legally supposed to have access to the birth certificate, and was a military person who joined Orly’s lawsuit in California. He was refused access by Hawaii, breaking their own laws, and they started changing their laws, denying access to relatives!! This may be incorrect, but as I remember reading.
That is proof that Dunham is not the mother.
…which would also rule out Madelyn as well!

Just wanted to elaborate on a comment someone made in a previous thread where they ststed that bho looked more like pacific rim then black becaue of the eyelash feature, i.e. none. well i remembered awhile back that someone else commented that he looked more indonesian because his lips had a purple hue which is not typical of blacks….hmmm. and then i remember this which was posted at the jefferson’s rebel blog:

However, on February 14, 2010, award-winning author Jack Cashill wrote an article, A Further Inquiry Into Obama’s Origins, in which Cashill presents some evidence suggesting that Stanley Dunham may have fathered Barack with a local black woman. Here is Cashill’s hypothesis:

This begs the obvious question, “Did Obama tell the truth about his paternity in this video?” You decide…..

having said that, i really cant buy it because i cannot imagine madelyn raising the child or why the child wouldnt stay with the birth mother. but with this crew anything is possible.

How can the Governor of Hawaii deny access to Obama’s birth certificate by authority granted pursuant to Section 338-18 of the Revised Statues, a provision her office claims is to prevent identity theft?
“Probably the most telling evidence of fraud is the fact that the social security number most commonly used by Obama from 1981 until now is a number issued in the state of CT to an individual born in 1890. According to licensed investigators Susan Daniels and Neil Sankey Obama has used numerous different SS numbers that belonged to deceased individuals and numbers that were never issued. 39 such numbers were used according to National Databases, none of which were issued in HI.”
Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine has indicated that Hawaii’s Attorney General’s office will not corroborate Dr. Fukino’s statement declaring “Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen”.
Obama posted a forged COLB and that in and of itself should deny Obama the right to deny access to his records at the DOH. Also, how can the State of Hawaii afford identity protection to someone violating the felony fraud provisions of the Title II programs found in 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(1)-(8) of the Act.

Although I have done much research (myveryownpointofview is my blog) I have never made a UIPA request, and so would have nothing to add to this particular action. I wish I did.
there are two false websites that come up now.
there was a website recently called “myownpointof view” who did extensive research in HA and elsewhere. They might have info. I think the web is down now. Could you check on this.
