KENYA’S UNREQUITED LOVE

by Kathleen Gotto

When will the proof be revealed about Barack Obama's birthplace?

(Apr. 16, 2010) — The pride, applause and open adulation of President-Elect Barack Obama erupted spontaneously throughout Kenya’s November 5, 2008 parliament meeting. It was the day after Obama’s “election” and the points of order were repeatedly sidetracked as various ministers shouted out Obama’s name and gave flowing tributes to their “son of the soil.”

Several ministers who had submitted points of order were absent from the meeting, celebrating the fact that one of their own will now bless the whole world.

“I know that his victory will assist to improve the economic welfare of the people, not only of the USA, but all over the world.” (The Minister for Public Works, Mr. Obure, page 3262 of the Minutes)

There is no mistaking the numerous acknowledgments from Kenya’s parliament ministers on the birth status of Barack Hussein Obama.  One rather chilling statement made was when Dr. Khalwale asked the Deputy Speaker on a Point of Order, “Could we allow him to move a Motion for Adjournment so that we could also continue the celebrations of having a Kenyan ruling the USA? (page 3260)

A Kenyan ruling the USA? God help us! However, all the evidence points to just that. And Kenya’s official minutes from November 5, 2008 heap tons of more fuel on the fire of speculation.

But, wait a minute, you say. What about Hawaii? Hasn’t that issue already been settled? Wasn’t there a birth announcement about baby Barack published in the local Honolulu newspaper? And didn’t Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, publicly declare that Barack Obama was born there and is a natural born citizen? Why would she say that when it is now common knowledge through the indefatigable efforts of some pretty savvy lawyers that only a natural born citizen, the child of two U.S. citizens, is eligible to serve as the U.S. president? Did someone forget to inform Fukino that Obama’s father was a Kenyan? Well, you could almost excuse her not knowing that because Hawaii is so far out there in the Pacific pond that such details as having an African father must not have reached the island. Or if it did, she must have mistaken “African” for “American.”  Who knows?

You almost have to pity those who are hiding behind the skirts of Fukino, who insists she has seen Obama’s vital records. And yet, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General of the State of Hawaii, publicly stated that her office will not or cannot corroborate any of the Department of Health’s public statements regarding the alleged birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii. Well, now, where does that leave Dr. Fukino? The chief law enforcer’s office for the state of Hawaii is leaving her out there on a limb. Does the lack of support for Fukino by Hawaii’s Attorney General stymie those hoards of congressmen, journalists, media, and all sundry groups from relying on Fukino’s unsubstantiated and unsupported statement about Obama’s birth? Of course not. The fools who cling to Fukino’s skirts are desperate and have nowhere else to go. The clumsy web posting of what was purported to be Obama’s Certification of Live Birth (not even a birth certificate with identifying data) has been thoroughly examined by at least two forensic document examiners and debunked.

“O, what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive!” Sir Walter Scott could have easily been speaking of the times in which we now find ourselves. But back on November 5, 2008, Kenya’s Parliament ministers had no idea of any deception on the part of their native son, Barack Obama. From the many comments made at that meeting, it appears they truly believed that Obama was the shining beacon on a hill for not just America, but for the whole world. It is easy to see how they could have been carried away by their exuberance and pride. They may have exhibited misplaced hope and expectation for their Kenyan brother, but they could hardly be accused of not knowing the birthplace of Barack Obama. Obama’s close ally, Marxist Raila Odinga, serves as the Prime Minister of Kenya, at least when he is not too busy hunting down Christians to slaughter. Surely he would have set the other ministers right on Obama’s place of birth if it were not in Kenya. There is no evidence he did that.

The preponderance of evidence for a Kenyan birth is mounting. The men and women of Kenya’s Parliament seemingly would possess unimpeachable credentials to be in a position of knowing that Obama was born in Kenya. Then there was also the proclamation made by Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S., Mr. Peter Ogengo, a couple weeks after the November 2008 election.

During the radio program on November 22, 2008 on Detroit’s WRIF 101 FM “Mike in the Morning,” a decision was made to make a phone call to the Kenyan Embassy in Washington, D.C. During the course of the call, Mike and co-host Trudy were connected to the Ambassador’s office. After a short conversation with a secretary of the Ambassador, Peter Ogego [sic] picked up the phone.

Mike’s co-host asked the Ambassador:

“President-elect Obama’s birthplace over in Kenya, is that going to be a national spot to go visit, where he was born?”

Ambassador Ogego [sic] responded:

“It’s, um, already an attraction. His, his, uh, paternal grandmother is still alive…”

Mike’s co-host then interjects:

“But his birthplace, they’ll put up a marker there?”

Ambassador Ogego [sic] responds:

“It depends on the government, it’s already well known.”

Kenyan Ambassador Peter Ogego [sic] had just announced to the whole world on live radio that the President-elect, Barack Hussein Obama, was born in Kenya, his birthplace is already an attraction, and placing a marker is up to the Kenyan government. The location of his birthplace is already well known, intimating the location does not need anything further to distinguish it.

On November 5, 2008, as evidenced from the minutes, the ministers obviously had a misunderstanding of the qualifications for an American president. Several ministers commented how anyone could become an American president. They cannot be blamed for their ignorance, however, because much of America was just as ignorant as the Kenyan ministers were then. At least the Kenyans had an excuse. Their constitution is a fluid document subject to the whims and agenda of those entrusted to write it and rewrite it.

There is something very peculiar that took place during the November 5, 2008 Parliament meeting that needs to be highlighted. On page 3278 of the Minutes, the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, Mr. Musyoka, stated:

At the beginning of this year, Senator Barrack Obama called me at midnight and told me:  “Mr. Vice President, could you make sure you sort out this problem?” I want to assure him that the problem has since been sorted out.

(Several hon. Members stood up)

Mr. Deputy Speaker: You are all out of order!

So, sometime in early 2008 Obama calls Mr. Musyoka and asks him to sort out a problem Obama has. Now what kind of help could a Vice President of Ministry of State for Home Affairs provide? Would not “home affairs” deal with birth data? Did Obama request a seal be placed on his birth certificate in Kenya? Whatever Obama’s problem was, Mr. Musyoka apparently took care of it. But why would several members stand up and create a disturbance to the point they were called out of order? Did it stem from what Mr. Musyoka had just said? If so, why? These are questions that beg an answer. There is another question begging an answer: Is Barack Hussein Obama ashamed to call Kenya his birthplace, or just practicing his usual cover-up and deception?

Canada Free Press working with North East Intelligence claimed last year they had documents and testimony of major News anchors from MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CNN, CBS and FOX who were threatened by Obama Administration staff, NOT to bring up the BC or Natural Born Citizen issue.

CFP has stated that they have documents in the US and copies in Canada, and one other Country. (I never did find out if this was true nor who the Talk Show Host was.)

CFP quoted this National Talk Show Host (12/10/08), “I was going to devote the entire first hour to the weird news blackout on the matter of the birth certificate / citizenship matter. I was at first met with skepticism, but I convinced himn that I was not going to appeal to the tin-hat brigade.”

“…about an hour before the broadcast, I got a call telling me I was not to mention the topic. I pushed back and assured them I would handle it [appropriately]. I was told this had been determined by the powers that be an untouchable storty…I told him that my deal was that no one controlled what I said or discussed…”

“A few minutes later, I got a call from the top guy, the senior executive producer [redacted]. It was not a good conversation. Unless I agree in advance that this topic would not come out of my mouth, I would not go on…”

“I asked what would happen in that case. He told me it would not be good and many phone calls would be made…”

“the idea that somehow some call would be made to someone that would frighten me…”

“But the threat was weird. As you can imagine, I don’t really respond all that well to threats…”

[end]

If this could happen to a national talk show host, why couldn’t it have happened with Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, or Gov. Linda Lindle, or the entire Congress and Supreme Court?

What incredible power does MR. SOETORO that have that can wield this much clout? If the Supreme Court is EVADING the matter…who is blackmailing the SCOTUS?

Today I watched for the first time, ALIPAC’s President, William Gheen, addressing Graham’s homosexuality in a speech before thousands of Tea Party supporters on Saturday, April 17, 2010, in Greenville South Carolina where Lindsey Graham has offices. A brief clip of Gheen’s speech, which is out of proper context, has already gone viral on YouTube and been reported by Keith Olberman on MSNBC without proper permissions or attributions.

Mr. Ghreen in the clip stated that homosexual (in the closet) Republicans could be BLACKMAILED more easily.

This brought to mind the 2007 blackmail in Hawaii’s Governor Lindal Lingle’s office. A top aide for Lingle’s office resigned after being blackmailed after an affair with a woman in the Philippines. See: http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2007-12-04-hawaii-blackmail-case_N.htm

It seems that blackmail is indeed a danger in politics!

And there have been whispers of Governor Lingle being a lesbian. I GOOGLED Linda+Lingle+lesbian and seemed to find many such whispers.

See whispers at: http://www.search.com/reference/Linda_Lingle

In the news earlier this year, Gov. Linda Lingle had refused to say whether she would veto a civil unions bill or let it become law, if lawmakers had approved …
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/01/29/hawaii-lawmakers-decide-vote-sex-civil-unions/

Could this be why Gov. Lingle is protecting Mr. Soetoro (aka OHB)? Is she being blackmailed. I wonder if every Senator, every Representative and every Republican and Democrat is not being blackmailed for something or the other.

Ms. Lingle is pro-choice, anti-Christian, and presently single with no children (ever). She certainly is blackmail material if she wants to remain a liberal GOP icon.

So what is the definition of “Home Country”?
Home Country:
noun
The country in which a person was born and usually raised, regardless of the present country of residence and citizenship

This I read the document and report to you is hearsay. Not admisable in any court of law. Its a smoke screen. It would never hold water in any court.

And he still has a Kenyan father, not eligible period.

Obama may have been born in Kenya but he is no Kenyan. He lived there at the most a few days as a new born infant and that is it.

What Obama is is a Indonesian Muslim, straight up.

That is where Obama spent his most impressionable years as a child studying Islam in the country with the largest Muslim population in the world.

This explains is decidedly strong pro Islamic point of view and anti-Israel view.

Of course he got his Marxist indoctrination from his mother and his mentor as a teenager in Hawaii Frank Marshall Davis. It is also from Davis and Rev. J. Wright that Obama acquired his black liberation theology perspective and philosophy

So yes Obama may have been born in Kenya but he is a Muslim Indonesian and Marxist, Black Liberationist.
————–
Mrs. Rondeau replies: The Kenyan Parliament seems to consider him Kenyan, as they have said it in many ways and at many times. They claim Obama because of his birth there. I personally agree that he probably acquired his world view while growing up in Indonesia and with a communist father, mother and “mentor,” F. M. Davis. Overall, his entire outlook, orientation and thought process are un-American and anti-freedom. He does not believe in free markets, a free press, or a free people. Regardless of his origins, he cannot be a natural born Citizen simply because of his father, and his “election” has plunged this nation into the worst crisis since the Civil War.

“Technically, there’s no such legal entity a natural born American citizens anyway. In this country, we are citizens of the United States.”

Fukino is under the impression that the 14th Amendment somehow amended the A2S1C5 of the US Constitution. It’s doubtful she ever read it.

Hammer, as much as we don’t like it, it’s true in a way. I have fought for us DEFINING it. Why haven’t we? There is no agency/commission to check for NBC eligibility. If there were, we would have been forced long ago to define it.

If NBC hasn’t been decided by the Supreme Court, then NBC is nebulous, and we are up shiz creek. Let’s just be honest. How do we get the smoking gun???

Mrs. Rondeau, if you can contact me somehow in a private way, I can tell you how we can find out if he was born at Kapiolani, that is HAVE ACTUAL PROOF. I’m very serious.

Are the four (4) Supreme Court cases which have already defined “natural born Citizen” nebulous?

http://www.thepostemail.com/2009/10/18/4-supreme-court-cases-define-natural-born-citizen

Is Michelle Obama’s statement about her husband’s home country being Kenya, which she stated at a meeting of the lgbt delegates two days prior to the Democratic National Convention nominating her husband as the Democrat candidate for President in 2008 nebulous?

http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/04/03/obamas-facebook-page-omits-michelles-home-country-of-kenya-remark

What about James Orenga, Minister of Lands statement which was recorded in the official record of the Kenyan government’s Hansard for 25 Mar 2010, on page 31… would that be nebulous?

“If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?”

Don’t you find it stunning that Michelle Obama’s statement about her husband’s home country being Kenya, agrees with the official statement recorded in the Kenyan governments Hansard of 25 Mar 2010?

After the 14th amendment, Minor v. Happersett said natural born citizen was defined extraconstitutionally. IOW, the 14th had no effect on being a natural born citizen. Wong Kim Ark then told us if you were ‘native-born’ to a foreign parent, the 14th amendment made you a ‘citizen of the United States,’ not a natural born citizen. The former is the requirement for being a senator or representative. The latter is required for president and Obama says his citizenship is that of Wong Kim Ark, as defined only by the 14th amendment. IOW, not a natural born citizen.

I think the reason the regime is taking it’s time deciding whether to re-assign lakin or court martial him is the obama/axelrod team are trying to bully the military into using the court martial, but with one very important proviso. No discovery. I can just see axelrod/emmanuel screaming at the joint chief of staff about how he’d better see to it that lakin is not allowed any discovery in the court martial. When they get that assurance, the court martial will be announced. If they don’t get that assurance, lakin will be re-assigned.

The problem is this, my friends —> How does one get the smoking gun?

A post of what we know to come. Maybe that will lead someone somewhere. Mrs. Rondeau, question:

There are two ways to look at it:

1. Obama was born in Kenya.

a) There is a MSM cover up.

OR

b) Are you telling me that there aren’t some media members who care about fame, ego, and money than about partisan politics?

I don’t get it. How do we get the smoking gun? Another post is coming soon from me too. I hope you will critique it.

Why is the “natural born citizen” eligibility requirement in the US Constitution not a smoking gun? I have read up on it a lot, and under the most loose interpretation I have seen, the father must be a US citizen. It’s no secret that Obama’s father was never a US Citizen.

Are the Obots now saying that even an anchor baby born of two illegal aliens qualifies as a natural born citizen?

How can we stop this from being ignored?

We have been told through official channels that charges against LTC Lakin will be handed down shortly–perhaps as early as tomorrow.

We have not reached our goal to raise $50,000 to hire civilian counsel to represent LTC Lakin, and, confidentially, are only about half way there.

Terry needs civilian counsel NOW and not just anyonesomeone who is both a proven trial lawyer and a proven conservative who will champion both Terry and our cause to uphold the Constitutions requirement that only natural born citizens hold the highest office in the land.

As Patrick Henry stated before those present at St. John’s Church, Richmond, VA on 23 Mar 1775:

Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.

Obama’s ineligibility for the office of President of the United States of America, would be a painful truth that we are apt to shut our eyes against… which many have done, including the MSM and even those who represent themselves to be conservative media: Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Megyn Kelly, Eric Erickson, Andrew Breitbart, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh… the “Doctor of Democracy”??? and others.

Do they believe their (must be) lyin’ eyes, or do they acknowledge that they were duped, take a hit to their ego, and join the rest of outraged America for the fraud perpetrated on all of us?

Have you been able to determine why a conflict of interest would exist between the AG and DOH in coorboration of the public statement that Dr. Fukino made.? You might also make an inquiry to ask what goverment research and government documentation was used to verify that Obama’s parents were not foreign diplomats or ambassadors. The AG should be aware that if the parents were foreign diplomats or ambassadors, Obama would not be considered a Natural Born American Citizen even if we are hold to the Obots’ definition of Natural Born Citizen to simply mean being born on US soil.

Dr. Fukino’s statement public statement remains in doubt. Even if the AG somehow approved Fukino’s statement, their statements to you are dubious at best. Even if Fukino and the AG contend that being born on US soil is the only necessary requirement for being a Natural Born American Citizen, the AG would still be derelict in his duties. It is highly likely that the AG would not been able to approve Dr. Fukino’s statement without some sort government research and documentation. Why? Because the AG needed to verify who Obama’s parents were. Even if the AG knew that Obama’s parents were Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Sr. or some aliens, this still require further research. Why? Because the AG needed to verify that the parents were not foreign diplomats or ambassadors. Even Obots contend that if Obama’s parents were foreign diplomats or ambassadors he would not be considered a Natural Born Citizen even if born on US Soil.
————–
Mrs. Rondeau replies: Janice Okubo, Communications Director of the Health Department, said that the AG “approved” Fukino’s public statement. If true, then the AG would have had to possess backup documentation. His office says he does not. Is he is lying, then he is guilty of breaking the UIPA law of his own state. If he is not lying, then he is parsing words, perhaps. If he is being completely honest, then someone else is not.

James, Fukino’s statements are a mixed bag of dishonesty and misdirection. The bottom line is that a COLB, if genuine, has the same information as the original birth certificate and would be the only document necessary to prove place of birth in a court of law. Yet, in her July 2009 statement, Fukino cites multiple, unidentified records as verifying Obama as being born in Hawaii. What this means is the original birth certificate was not sufficient to prove the place of birth. Second, no vital record in Hawaii declares anyone to be a ‘natural-born American citizen.’ This statement is either an opinion or an outright lie. Technically, there’s no such legal entity a natural born American citizens anyway. In this country, we are citizens of the United States.

Fukino was being “cute”: the EXACT term is natural born Citizen of the United States…I’m trying to find the original source for its capitalizations, because they play with similar terminology and punctuation to trick. Indeed “natural born American citizen” is a big fat nothing-deception.
Fukino is a criminal against all of America, she needs to be in jail, then beg for Obama to save her from the next cell.

tminu makes a great comment. What the focus should be, IMO, is suing the Hawaii DOH over failure to comply with its own disclosure laws and violations of the Uniform Information Practices Act. I’d be really curious to see if Obama would let the DOH take the rap for his failure to be transparent and provide full disclosure. A lawsuit against Hawaii would have a lot better chance than suing Obama directly or any state’s secretary of state or attorney general over election fraud.
