CITIZEN TELLS MICHELE BACHMANN STAFFER THAT IF SHE WANTS CREDIBILITY AND CONTRIBUTIONS, SHE WILL HAVE TO ADDRESS THIS MOST PRESSING CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE

(Mar. 31, 2010) — The following is a letter sent to Congresswoman Michele Bachmann’s office:
Hi Jack,
Recently I have become aware of some pretty upset folks across the country. We have exchanged many letters of mutual concern. What’s worse is that many are scared out of their minds, especially many close to me personally. There is something inherently wrong when people are outwardly fearful of their government. Don’t you agree, Jack?
Much of the following represents my impressions of what others have shared with me, thoughts and ideas from very recent communications from a broad spectrum of concerned citizens across this great country. Based on various concerns about their personal safety and that of their families, many have asked to remain anonymous.
What does that tell you, Jack?
It is simply criminal the way our legislators are psychologically abusing our citizens. Whatever happened to the right to “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”…all guaranteed by the Constitution and seemingly ignored by most of those who were elected by these folks to represent them; trusted, I must add, to represent our citizens in a manner consistent with the principles expected of real American lawmakers.
What is so difficult to understand, Jack, is that the executive branch, both houses and the judiciary have all taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution identical or very similar to the following: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
At the rate many of these legislators are abusing the Constitution, many people are left with the question, “Just who is responsible and accountable to enforce the spirit of this oath and to represent the rights of the American citizens in this regard?”
You may recall, Jack, even Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, when asked by a reporter where Congress had been given the authority to create health care legislation in the first place (and of course, Jack, you and I both know the Congress does not have such authority, but that obviously did not seem to be of concern to the Speaker), she arrogantly replied, “Are you serious?…are you serious?”
So answer me this, Jack: based on the current everyday behavior as demonstrated by those involved, exactly who is responsible? Who is accountable? Surely not the putative President; surely not Congress; surely not the Justice Department; surely not the Judges. Then who, Jack? Are we no longer a country that is subject to the rule of law? If not, why follow any rules or laws at all?
Do we as citizens have to resort to bearing arms ourselves to physically take back our government? Are all of the members of the current government complicit in what appears to me as obstruction of justice? Aren’t these actions considered to be the commission of fraud against the American people?
You know, Jack, my awareness of this situation started when the campaign folks contacted me for a donation, a request for financial support. That is when the question I wanted to ask Michele came to mind. And Jack, I haven’t even asked that one yet.
Instead, let me ask you one related to support. When and from whom can “We the People” expect some basic support for the protection of the Constitution and our collective rights as provided by the Constitution? When do you think that will come about, Jack? Many of us are more than willing to donate money to Michele’s campaign. Of all people, I personally admire her actions the most. To me, she is one of the few real patriots in Congress. But it would sure be appreciated if “We the People” could expect some small measure of support in return. Don’t you think that would be fair, Jack? How about it? Are we asking too much?
Look, please accept my apologies for maybe putting you in a tough spot…but then, after all, isn’t that the nature of politics? OK, so here is the question, Jack…the one everyone seems to be avoiding, the one question that seems to be ignored just like the Emperor’s new clothes.
Jack, what about Obama¹s illegal status as a “natural born Citizen”? You know, Jack, the status defined in the Constitution. The criteria that insures the president has the interest of America at heart. Not like the usurper who is currently in office and obviously working for some other agenda. Like maybe the New WORLD ORDER? What is so sad, Jack, is here is a man who reportedly has spent somewhere between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 to hide a $10 document. Also, it has been reported that the money spent hiding his personal documents has come from “We the People,” the taxpayers. Then most decidedly, since we paid for all of this secrecy, more than ever we have a right to know!
Now let me ask you, Jack, how is this considered reasonable by anyone’s standards? Let me hear a rational explanation? Even an irrational explanation? Any explanation? Isn’t the authentic birth certificate a basic document that by any standard would normally be expected to be made readily available to the citizens of this country? You know, Jack, just because everyone seems to be trying to avoid this issue does not alter the fact that the American public has been taken for a ride. And taken for a ride by whom, Jack? Yes…just exactly who is responsible for this travesty of justice?
It seems to me that everyone is ignoring this issue, but at the same time everyone knows about this issue. So, Jack, is this a grand conspiracy? Are all members of the Congress, the courts, and the Executive Branch going to continue to hide this imposter’s status from the entire world? Is this the biggest, broadest conspiracy In the history of mankind? The people have a right to know, Jack. The people have a right to know!
You realize there is also some evidence to suggest that the DNC and Nancy Pelosi are involved in what appears to be election fraud as well. Here are some examples: Scroll down to the bottom of this page. Exhibit 6, document 1, was sent to Hawaii. Exhibit 1 contained the language of constitutional eligibility. Now look at Exhibit 6, document 2, Jack…so where is the beef? No certifying verbiage is present. Now why would that be, Jack? The second document was sent to the rest of the states. The following is the contention of a grand jury that considered the matter. Now as if this was not enough, these facts in evidence gathered by a citizens’ grand jury convened under the auspices of the American Grand Jury have been served to many courts and the FBI. Now I am not too smart, Jack, but it appears even to me these legal presentments of criminal charges are being deliberately ignored. Now do you suppose the FBI and the courts are also participating in this conspiracy against the American people?

You know, Jack, even Sarah Palin has recognized the critical nature of the “natural born Citizen” qualification. This is basic national security and loyalty 101…not really rocket science. So here is the chance for Michele to join the bandwagon and really bring this issue to the forefront. I can guarantee you when Michele addresses this issue in the open manner necessary to restore public confidence in the legislative and legal processes of this country, she will receive more support than she ever dreamed of from all over the country. More than even Joe Wilson.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter. As mentioned, there are many people who are aware of these questions and are anxiously awaiting a response. You see, Jack, we all have this basic faith in Michele to do the right thing regardless of what might be considered politically expedient by a representative of lower caliber than she.

The lack of Constitutional eligibility of BHO is by no means a settled matter. Not one court has agreed to hear a case on the merits, We the People have so far been unjustly denied our day in court and the great majority of Americans are rightfully outraged. The courts and Congress have behaved in an absolutely shameful, evil, and treasonous manner that has not escaped the notice of the majority of Americans. I, for one, shall pay no heed whatsoever to the rulings of any court on any matter until the eligibility issue is fully addressed. When the corrupted courts and Congress arrogantly and openly deny justice to the Citizenry, we no longer owe to the courts or the Congress one whit of respect. Both seem to have forgotten that they are not royalty, they are our employees. Throughout history, lesser issues have led to all-out revolutions – the eligibility issue may well prove to be the spark that leads to a gigantic conflagration.

Obama is just another recruit (spook) from the CIA. CIA recruits our enemy’s all the time. Just like cops on the street have their little gangster informants. We all know about the Government recruiting Osama Bin Laden to fight against the Russians. The goverment uses the bad guys against our overseas enemies and then dumps them when mission is over. Sometimes the bad guys use their new found intelligence against us. Obama has either been scrubbed clean by a government agency or he has learned from the Pros. Only CIA or FBI has the skills to alter or clean a background so professionally. Back in 2005 there was plane being held captive on the runway in Moscow because of alleged spy charges. The report was that there were two people on the plane that were being investigated. One was an American Citizen and the other was a British Citizen. Later it was disclosed that the two individuals were Richard Lugar and Barack Obama. Hmmm…

He was going to testify at one of Orly’s lawsuits in California. Of course it was thrown out due to “lack of standing”. After that Lucas disappeared.
kingskid–Yes to everything you have asked. Somehow (if this is true) the SCOTUS have declared all cases brought to them as having no standing, and this alone would tell us the truth. And yes, the American people are the enemy, hence the Trading with the enemy Act in 1933–where martial law came in and never went out.
Maybe this is one reason why Obama and his criminals always refer to America as a democratic country when in fact we are a Constitutional Republic. Not sure where to go from here to find the truth. I spoke with my congressman’s aide and mentioned this to him and he had no clue what so ever. It was like having a conversation while looking in the mirror!
We must take back our government so we can have our country back and we must never be asleep and trust these politicians again-ever! Not one of these thugs have any love of America–money and power will be their downfall/waterloo (DeMint) but we must all be alert and wide awake from here on out and never turn our backs again.
We do have some good Republican Senators and Congressmen, Senator Coburn, Inhofe, DeMint, Bachmann, Ryan, Pence, Pawlenty, Boehner, just a few. Face it, they are fairly new and all have young families and I am sure do not want their families growing up in communism. Dan Quale’s son came out yesterday with his running. Marc Rubio will win Florida and destroyed Crist in the debate on fox. These are the leaders we will need and these politicians know the truth and will help bring back the USA!

I’m in full agreement with you. When all these questions can’t be answered and there is just no sense for any of it, then you’re left to believe that there is a giant fraternity covering up and corrupting the truth. Something is very suspicious about the banks and Soros’ relationship with the IMF and all of these politicians are all up to something.
Pajamas: And this huge cover-up is what needs to be dismantled, brick by brick. The task of educating the public and ourselves, who have grown up under this system, will be enormous. But we have to start somewhere and be willing to speak out as more and more light is revealed. The fraternity will try to silence truth by using ridicule and slander, but it’s time for us to just slough it all off and embrace the fight. Conspiracy theorist? Okay. Right-wing extremist? Okay. Birther/truther? I’m all over it.
Yes, we do have to start somewhere on educating our citizens, especially the younger ones. And a good place to start is to kick out all the flaming liberal professors in our colleges and universities — or at the very least, have a balance on the other side. Seems the more college education our young people have, the more liberal they end up. Let’s clean up the schools!

Bretton woods meeting. 1933 – Trading with the enemy act–against the American people where we went under martial law, which has never been amended.
Way back in history after our founders all died, the next generation sold their souls and ours too.
Heather: If all this is truly a huge fraud and cover-up with the European banks, the Federal Reserve, the confiscation of our gold, Trading with the Enemy Act (that means us, you and me, are the enemy in the “gov’t’s” eyes!), and all the other atrocities that have been committed against us, and yet kept hidden from us, there is only one conclusion that one can reasonably draw from all this: we lost our liberty a long time ago and didn’t even know it. At least according to those in power. According to we the people, we are free and we are sovereign.
Our job is to enforce our freedom and liberty and expose those who are perpetuating the fraud and deception and bring them to justice. Was it lawful to steal under cover of darkness against the American people by sleight of hand and diabolical cunning? How could such actions stand up in a lawful, Constitutional court? I don’t see how they could. Corruption, fraud, theft, conspiracy, et al, are all criminal acts. The problem for Americans is where are the lawful courts? Are all the courts operating under Admiralty law? Are we considered enemies under the Trading with the Enemy Act, and thus will be beat back every time? Where are the judges who will step out of the shadows of the corruption and duplicity and adjudicate for America, for our Constitution, for us?
The multitudinous lawsuits to expose the ineligibility of obama to serve as president have thus far all been denied a hearing on the “standing” ground. Well now, since the judges were not required to explain what was behind their decisions on standing, could their rationale be that the cases had no standing because they were submitted by the “enemy”, and thus did not deserve to be heard?

In fact, it not at all certain that he meets either criteria. If he’s not legally eligible, he cannot be legally elected. But, hey, that’s only a small thing, though, right – just like the MSM and the political incumbents keep telling us in every way they can.
Even the court systems seem (so far) oblivious. For example, take the Kerchner case and see how the Federal District Court original judge originally treated it … A Federal Judge takes 4 strikes!!! and cogitate upon that to realize why the case is now before the Federal Appeals Court with a truly wonderful brief by Mario Apuzzo which everyone should read (in addition to reading the original action that is being appealed.
In the Initial Appeals Brief of Jan 19, 2010, you’re in for a real eye-opener (as are the DOJ attorneys “defending” Obama using our tax money).

Great article Arnie. The dilemma of corruption beginning at the top does present it’s problems of accountability. By now, we are convinced more than just barry soetero have the real facts concealed in their hearts. I still say, rather repetitiously, that college records (or lack thereof) must accompany the birth certificate for the whole to substantiate the parts. I am so convinced deep in my gut that a prior admissions or financial aid employee at Occidental, Columbia, or Harvard will be so convicted of hiding truth about the student status of barry s. they will come forth to lighten the extreme unrest they have in their soul.
It is similar to a criminal case of molestation. AT the start , one victim comes forth and exposes the crime. Once the veil is broken and light is shed on the perpetrator more victims come out from their fear and shame and testify. The personal testimonies are powerful and useful in displaying the entire pattern in the fabric of fraud and deceit. The efforts of every concerned citizen giving voice at this time are reaching epic proportions of volume. Truth will prevail. CAN YOU HEAR US NOW?

I tried and tried to educate CO Congressman Doug Lamborn on the issue for months on end, and all I eventually got was an admission that yes, there were questions about obama’s eligibility. I finally gave up on him once i realized he didn’t have the courage or will to do anything about the travesty. I am looking for a real American to get behind for 2012.
Here’s a question that has been nagging me: Are all the legislators, judges and other public officials who took the oath to support and defend the Constitution, liars and deceivers, or are they supporting and defending “another” constitution. Is that too far out? I’m just asking. Could there be another Constitution (one contrary to America’s interest), a secret one that the public knows nothing about? We have the Constitution OF the United States, but I have heard that the D.C. National Archives has the organic Constitution FOR the United States, and that one can get a copy of it for $50 or so. Maybe there is no real difference between them, but if you change even one word (especially one that can have different definitions) in a document, then it may have ramifications, intended or not. I have not yet looked into that, but can see how FOR and OF documents could have different meanings.
Did our civil war debt, the inception of the Federal Reserve, the confiscation of our gold, etc., all stem from a concerted, furtive, and secret agreement between corrupt federal politicians and wealthy European bankers who could buy them off? Was there an agreement to perputually enslave the American public even after the war debt was satisfied? Was fiat money another tool to keep us enslaved to the greed and corruption of the banking elites? Is that why we have such a huge cover-up at all levels of state and federal government about the indisputable fact that we have a man in the White House who has usurped it? A man who, by the way, gave billions to bankers. Check out the bankers and see if there is not a path which leads across the ocean to Europe.
For those who would think such assumptions to be merely conspiratist theories, please give us another and better explanation for what is going on! No one can convince me that there is not a HUGE cover-up being perpetrated against American citizens. I would desperately hope for another answer, but can find none. This is a nightmare that just keeps going and going. Somehow, somewhere it must end. Truth will eventually win out. I pray that it be sooner, rather than later. All repercussions which arise from this fraud will fall equally on all those in office who failed to protect the citizens of this country from “all enemies, foreign and domestic”.
I am also looking for an answer to this question. No one wants to talk about this either. Are they related?
This issue is getting air time. Glenn Becks Radio show talked about the NBC issue. The show supports the election of candidates that will impeach Obama. Its bothering Obama also as he is still talking about it.( Mat Lauer PMSNBC) HE knows without a doubt that he has lied to the American people and taken an office he should not have.

There are two basic requirements to be President.
1. You must be eligible.
2. You must be elected.
Obama only meets one of those requirements.

If you are involved in a cover-up concerning the Constitutional requirement to be “natural born citizen”, you will be voted out of office. Don’t you dare call me a birther. This site documents 4 different people who testified before the Senate Judiciary Commitee, on April 10, 2008 that a “natural born citizen” must be born to parentS, who are BOTH American Citizens

Great letter. I sent my Senator, Blanche Lincoln, an e-mail on this issue and received a standard e-mail reply saying, “Obama’s birth certificate is posted on the web. Her office acted really put-off when I called about the issue, and they pretented to be unaware that a difference exist between being an American citizen and being an, “natural born citizen”, as required by the Constitution. In other words, they repeated the Democrat talking points on this issue and nothing else.
Open discussion of eligibility is bad for Obama, and many fear they will have a, “Lou Dobbs”, done on them and lose their job, and perhaps, like Lou, have a gunshot fired into their house.
Fox needs apparently demands no real discussion of the issue, as does the MSM.
