(Sep. 20, 2025) — Recently, I was advised by a fellow Texan, who supported an ineligible candidate for POTUS, that:
“In order for your argument to have any merit at all, you must provide evidence that the authors of the Constitution intended that there be some class of persons who are born a citizen but are not natural born citizens. You could do that from their writing or from legal sources at the time, but you must prove that precise point, or you might as well be clucking like a chicken.”
I wish to invite them and all other supporters of ineligible candidates to consider that this entire discussion boils down to linguistics and logic. Fortunately, both my parents were trained in linguistics and passed some of that knowledge on to me by traipsing our family all around the world. The “natural born Citizen” term in the Presidential Eligibility Clause in our U.S. Constitution is a Natural Law term. And the preeminent legal treatise on Natural Law during the founding time frame was by Emer de Vattel. Judge Terry Lewis was in the bag for the Manchurian Muslim from Mombasa and his team. I think that was Perkins-Coie, the same law firm up to their neck in the manufacturing of the Steele Dossier behind the Russian Collusion Scam. It’s not a reach to think that they were behind the manufactured Selective Service Registration Card that Obama profered as an official government document or the multi-layered electronic file published on the official White House website.

I profer that the author(s) of the first sentence of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution intended precisely that. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” makes said persons citizens but not natural born citizens for the simple reason that the term “natural born citizen” is nowhere to be found therein.
Of course Obama is ineligible and Congress knew it for years before Obama was sworn-in…..
Protectors of Obama are still trying to protect Obama to protect themselves. Members of Congress were told what to say they believed……..but, they knew then and now what IS the truth about Barry………:
