Mr. President,

Over 70 million Americans cast their votes in your favor, securing your rightful victory. Do I support you? For the most part, yes. A fair “deal” often involves a certain level of dissatisfaction from both sides. However, I write with a sense of concern in the hope of preventing any actions that might undermine the success of your administration and its ability to achieve great things for the American people.

It is my intention to respectfully inform you that, should any U.S. government official refer to Mr. Tom Homan as a “Czar” or any derivative of this title after his confirmation, I will take immediate legal action. Specifically, I will file a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court seeking the removal of the official responsible for granting or using such a title. Furthermore, should Mr. Homan accept or fail to renounce this title of nobility, I will seek his removal from office as well.  It is not only my right but duty to my country to support and defend the foundational principles upon which a constitutionally free society presumptively rests.

Under the Constitution, the United States, through its representatives or any official office, is expressly prohibited from granting titles of nobility, at any time, for any reason. This prohibition is enshrined in Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution, which applies equally to the federal government and the states—see Article I, Section 10. I urge you to review these provisions, as they bind the government and all elected officials to operate within their prescribed authority.

We, the American people, are increasingly concerned with instances of governmental overreach and breaches of the constitutional contract that limits the scope and power of government. “The Constitution is” the fundamental “contract” between the Union and its citizens, and its breaches cannot be tolerated. As established in Plumbers & Pipefitters v. Plumbers & Pipefitters, 452 U.S. 615 (1981), it is imperative that all government officials adhere to their constitutional duties so as not to breach their oath of office.  The 5th and 14th Amendments forbid any government official, even by Executive Order, from making any law impairing of that contract.  The same one you swore to support and defend.  And  “previously” to your possessing of any rights, privileges, or immunities afforded the office which you now hold at and with the public’s trust, I might add.  Food for thought.

Congratulations on your election, Mr. President.   I trust you will respect and uphold the “supreme Law of the Land”  in your administration.

God Bless you and your family, Sir, and God Bless America. American hopes and prayers are with you.  Including mine.

God Bless America.

Respectfully,

Robert Kalebra

Please comment and tell us here Mr. Kalebra what legal actions, immediate or otherwise, that you took in the federal court system to go after President Joseph Biden for appointing Kamala Harris his “Czar” in charge of the border, and giving her the title of “Border Czar”.
