(Jul. 25, 2023) — Congratulations for reading this far but the “C” Word is far from a congratulatory concept. It is the basis of a conglomeration of words forming a spine-chilling phrase that should make the rational, patriotic listener choke and run away. But enough of this onomatopoeia and let’s get down to business. The “C” Word is the clarion call of the Left. Oops, again back to business. This phrase is used by Leftists all the way from the halls of the US Congress down to the lowest level of city governance, including the small town where I live. It is consistently pounded into our psyche through the one-sided Leftist media. While sounding good, its deployment is actually weaponized, intended to silence and crush any opposition to ideas opposed to the current Leftist party line. Its use is deceptive and purposely intended to squash opposing thought. When one hears it, be aware that the subliminal message is actually “Shut up and sit down. It is my way or the highway.” If one dares disagree, the next heinous action will be the accusation of some mixture of racist, sexist, or this -ist or that -ist. It is quite tiring to those who possess rational thought. So what is this bone-chilling phrase?
“We need to have a Conversation…”.
What a vile bastardization of the word “conversation.” Cities burn, money becomes worthless, we stumble towards the next World War, but “We need to have a Conversation.” “Crap” is a more cogent “C” Word. We don’t necessarily need anything that the Left needs. We Conservative Republicans need a strict adherence to the US Constitution which ultimately provides a march to unlimited opportunities for all Americans. We are always willing to debate but not at the expense of the Götterdämmerung of the Left.
Galileo, go to your room. You didn’t “follow the Science” of your overlords. Did Galileo need to have a “conversation” to be forced to dispense with the truth of a heliocentric solar system? To paraphrase Orwell in another “conversation”: “2+2=5…or else.”
