(Apr. 7, 2021) — Everyone who says they value liberty should immediately remove themselves from facebook, twitter, and instagram. The Pravda/Goebbels propaganda platforms, especially the so-called social media platforms, censor conservative speech of any kind citing “violation of community standards” but refuse to censor liberals who call for violence against anyone they don’t agree with. Before I was banned from facebook for calling abortion murder and homosexuality a sin I regularly saw posts calling for the murder of President Trump and vile, disgusting things posted about his family. I wonder why people calling for the murder of a sitting president are allowed to spout their vitriol when I am banned for merely stating what God’s Word says about “social moral behavior.”
It is very clear to me that American society is manipulated and controlled by satan, the “god” of the world, and that the propagandists and politicians paid by Nazi war criminal george soros are totally in the tank that leads to the Lake of Fire at the “end of the age” when God judges the world and punishes satan and his followers. What saddens me the most is that the country I love and appreciate hates the Creator of all things, who I also love and appreciate so much. Most of those showing so much hatred for America are people who are very wealthy and well-connected. I love God and love America, the country that I served in the U.S. Army. I live a very meager life but am thankful for what I have. I don’t live in a multi-million-dollar mansion surrounded by walls with armed guards paid for with tax money like the political ruling class but do appreciate what little I have.
I am currently very disabled as a result of a severe stroke I suffered on August 19, 2014 but looking to the day that Almighty God is going to restore me per a dream I had in May 2016. I don’t know when that day will come but live each day knowing that day is ahead of me and on the way. I also live each day knowing that one day I will leave this life for an eternity in paradise, either by death or the Rapture of the church when Jesus catches His loyal followers up into the air to be with Him in Heaven.
The illegitimate usurper currently illegally squatting in the White House is going full-speed to undo the positive accomplishments of President Donald Trump and finishing off the destruction of America he and the last usurper, the ineligible, anti-God, anti-America barak hussein obama, began in 2009.
The devildemocommiecrat party, the donkey wing of the new world order socialist party, has become more disgusting and evil every day and there is no slowing of it on the horizon that I can see. Their lust for personal wealth and power seems to be getting worse as each day passes. Sadly, the gop isn’t doing We the People any good, either, as they are enjoying paying timid lip service to us while racing left so as not to be left in the dust of the race to a tyrannical puppet state of the satanic global dictatorship. There are some republicans still strongly speaking against the rising tyranny and trying to stop it but they are not only a small minority but are being shut down by their own “leaders” in the elephant wing of the new world order socialist party.
The tyrannical devildemocommiecrats have decided they are going to unlawfully enact what they falsely call “common sense gun control” to “make America safe from gun violence.” They are going to do this by illegal executive orders and legislation that negates the 2nd Amendment because they fear We the People being able to fight back against tyranny. If gun control worked, Chicago would be the safest city in the nation but is instead the most dangerous despite the strictest gun control regulations in the nation. If they truly cared about black lives they would be screaming about the hundreds of blacks being shot and killed by other blacks every week, but that doesn’t fit their agenda of “racist cops hunting blacks to kill.”
Gun control isn’t about safety; it is about government control. The first thing dictators have done historically is to disarm citizens and then enslave and slaughter them. This open borders nonsense is more of the plan to destroy America. If America is such a “racist” country why are thousands of “people of color” risking their lives to invade America?
The huge influx of illegal aliens occurring is designed to help bankrupt the nation so the evil devildemocommiecrats can subjugate We the People and those poor unfortunate souls thronging here who have no idea that they are merely pawns being used to turn America into the same third-world despotic toilet they left. They will be put up in five-star hotels and wined and dined for a while but when that ends they will find themselves back to living the life they ran from. It is too bad that so many American citizens are so brainwashed they can’t see the forest for the trees, or even think for themselves in a sensible and logical manner.
The constant propaganda from the Pravda/Goebbels machine for 60 years has rendered too many people incapable of independent logical thought. They just take what the propagandists tell them, swallow it, and regurgitate the nonsense without stopping to think about what they are saying. Greed plays a part also, as many like the idea that they are “owed” a life of luxury by others who are more fortunate or have worked harder and/or managed their money better. Part of my financial situation is bad decisions on my part and the rest came from the financial collapse engineered by fuhrer obama in 2009. I don’t spend my time envying or resenting those better off than myself because better decisions on my part would have helped me greatly.
People who just accept the Pravda/Goebbels propagandist mantra will never progress because the political ruling class and the propagandists who spout their nonsense will never have the best interests of those who listen to their tripe anywhere on the map. The political ruling class and their propagandists are only interested in that which increases personal wealth and power; they have no interest in what is best for the peons, We the People.

We are the Oregon Statewide Jural Assembly. We meet on Skype most Mondays at 7:00PM. You will be notified. Our function is to return Oregon to a Constitutional Republican form of government thru a grand jury process. Following is a five-minute read. Then there are some attachments. We are seeking grand jury/trial jury members to take these ogres to trial.
Briefly: We are in a benevolent, predatory, form of martial law from DC/United States* incorporated governance in some form since 1861. It’s Name is the Lieber Code from Lincoln’s Executive Order 100 in color of law. We had a Constitutional Republican form of government from 1819 to 1860 or 1861. From 1776 to 1819 it was changing from an overthrown Monarchy. Most of the “people from 1776 to 1819 the people at large” were not convinced for a long time. There really is an active conspiracy, the industrial/military/judicial/legislative/executive/banker/ BAR/royalist/communist/Muslim/Georgia Guidestone complex.
This does not involve the true Constitutional Republican form of government on each of the several states. As long as there are still “people”- that is the body, mind, spirit as. juxtaposed to “person,” the ALL-CAP NAME corporate fiction – all power is inherent in the people.
Rather than being subdivisions of the US, INC., each state is an autonomous Nation, each with its own Constitution! All power is inherent in the people. The number of people is not specified and a majority is not required as we are not a Democracy. The several states of the union are the creator party to “The United States of America’s Constitution.” The “people at large” are beneficiaries. The “people at large” are the creator party to their state’s Constitutions.
The STATE OF OREGON’s incorporated governance is color of law. Operated by the Salem oligarchy, aka Kate Brown et al, which is a subdivision of the DC/United States* as originally incorporated during Lincoln’s era.
I think each STATE OF THE OTHER 49 is about the same. A little more carrot or a little more stick.
To remove the Lieber Code/martial law the method is clear and written down by the de facto. The Lieber code of Lincoln’s EO 100 is nullified by a civilian court on the land. So says SCOTUS Ex parte Milligan. There was no — none, zero! — civilian courts on the land of Oregon. Until ours. I was told there is one on Texas, one on Philadelphia and one on Georgia. I have been unable to prove this. I do know there is no Article III court that will claim original jurisdiction. They have acquiesced so “we, the people, must do it ourselves.”
The Army Heritage Center 717-245-3972/3949 verified the Lieber Code was updated and still in effect in 2015. No known changes since then. The Judge Advocate General attorney, acronym JAG, knew exactly what I was talking about.
A method of returning Oregon to a Constitutional Republican form of government was/is: We assembled our 1st amendment Oregon Statewide Jural Assembly 3 years ago. We notified the DOJ, USMS, FBI, 36 Sheriffs, 30 Senators, A.G, governor, Secretary of State lawfully and none rebutted our claim. They all acquiesced and defaulted.
We formed Article 1, Section 1 of Oregon’s Constitution and in- formed all the same ones. We formed our civilian court of record and informed all the same ones. Through Ex parte Milligan’s authority we nullified Lieber Code/martial law. Not one rebuttal.
We informed the Oregon National Guard/Oregon Organized Militia’s JAG and they are not happy and have talked back and hung up. We are awaiting an appointment with their Commanding General Michael Stencel.
We have formed a Grand jury pool and trial jury pool of Oregonians — non-US citizens — to bring forth presentments and true bills against the evil doers on Oregon. Then we implement Article III Amendment VII. This is a template for the other states.
Ex parte Milligan, 71 U.S. (4 Wall.) 2 (1866), was a landmark decision of the US Supreme Court that ruled the application of military tribunals to citizens when civilian courts are still operating as unconstitutional. In this particular case, the Court was un- willing to give President Abraham Lincoln’s administration the power of military commission jurisdiction, part of the administration’s controversial plan to deal with Union dissenters during the American Civil War. Justice David Davis, who delivered the majority opinion, stated that “martial rule can never exist when the courts are open” and confined martial law to areas of “military operations, where war really prevails”, and when it was a necessity to provide a substitute for a civil authority that had been overthrown. Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase and three associate justices filed a separate opinion concur- ring with the majority in the judgment, but asserted that Congress had the power to authorize a military commission, although it had not done so in Milligan’s case.
The landmark case stemmed from a trial by a military commission of Lambdin P. Milligan (for whom the case is named), Stephen Horsey, William A. Bowles, and Andrew Humphreys that convened at Indianapolis on October 21, 1864. The charges against the men included, among others, conspiracy against the U.S. government, offering aid and comfort to the Confederates, and inciting rebellion. On December 10, 1864, Milligan, Bowles, and Horsey were found guilty on all charges and sentenced to hang. Humphreys was found guilty and sentenced to hard labor for the remainder of the war. (The sentence for Humphreys was later modified, allowing his release; President An- drew Johnson commuted the sentences for Milligan, Bowles, and Horsey to life imprisonment.) On May 10, 1865, Milligan’s legal counsel filed a petition in the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of Indiana at Indianapolis for a writ of habeas corpus, which called for a justification of Milligan’s arrest. A similar petition was filed on behalf of Bowles and Horsey. The two judges who reviewed Milligan’s petition disagreed about the issue of whether the U.S. Constitution prohibited civilians from being tried by a military commission and passed the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. The case was argued before the Court on March 5 and March 13, 1866; its decision was handed down on April 3, 1866.

Yes, I left out youtube but finished it late at night and I have never have been on youtube. I live in Oklahoma so am not familiar with local happenings in Oregon but thanks for letting me know what you are doing there.
