(Jan. 25, 2021) — I have written a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee describing a matter I had before Judge Garland which I believe renders him unfit for the Office of Attorney General.  In brief, the letter describes how Judge Garland — to the benefit of then President Obama — buried the felonious behavior of a lower court judge who dismissed the Indictment of the fugitive Elizabeth Anna Duke.  In 1983, Duke bombed the U.S. Capitol, was arrested, arraigned and then jumped bail never to be heard of again.  A copy of the letter is attached and can also be viewed at this link.
