“IMMORAL”

by OPOVV, ©2019

(Jan. 7, 2019) — We all know about the crooked DA’s, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the widespread corruption in the penal system, but did you know the malaise extends to the Department of Commerce & Insurance and further on down the line to the Division of Consumer Affairs, specifically with a complaint against a surveyor who made an error of 88’ on one leg of a home survey? Letters to the Governor have continued to be ignored.

It’s like a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, where the BBB doesn’t really want to hear complaints against the very people who pay them.

An error of at least 88 feet on just one leg of a survey is something that’s so far out of the ordinary that it’s hard to ignore, but the State of TN has, since September of 2018, done just that.

So what’s the moral of the story? I guess to say that the government of Tennessee is immoral.

Do the writers of this site want depositions and judge rulings (including 6th district Court of appeals) on a sheriff’s department stealing cattle and them admitting this is common practice?

Sorry to hear and I have been in the same situation with Tenessee. I do believe that they are the most or one of the most corrupt. In tennessee you cannot get help or justice. I was born here but if I could afford to I would move!

Clay county tennessee full of corruption we learned first hand. Today a neighbor pulled a pistol on my 9 year old son my husband and myself and the police came and he admitted he had the gun and that he brandished it but they did not arrest him. He is a criminal we believe the police are related to him and we are now living in fear on our 7 acres in the country. We called the news this is not the first time police have refused to arrest tresspassers out here it is a bad road we have been victims of theft aswell where no suprise nobody knows who stole nor do they investigate. We pay taxes but unless they like you or are “kin” you have no right to justice. Things don’t go to court unless they allow it and when someone knows there rights they don’t like that. God forbid you ask them to do their job!!!
