Former U.S. Justice Department Prosecutor Calls for Obama’s Deportation

ON GROUNDS THAT HE IS NOT A U.S. CITIZEN

(Oct. 3, 2014) — A former attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice under President Ronald Reagan has written a 22-page letter to the Executive Associate Director of Enforcement Removal Operations within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and two other federal officials petitioning for the removal from the United States of Barack Hussein Obama, who has been acting as president since January 20, 2009.

Atty. Larry Klayman has been an outspoken critic of Obama, claiming he is a “Muslim-Marxist” and “Mullah in Chief.”  In an emailed press release on Thursday dated October 3 (Friday), Klayman wrote, “Today, Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, and a former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor, announced that he has filed a deportation petition against President Barack Obama, on the grounds that he has falsified various birth and other documents with regard to obtaining a U.S. passport and other privileges as an alleged American citizen.”

Doubts arose about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve in 2008 after observers noted that he had presented no documentation proving that he was born in Hawaii as he claimed and qualified as a “natural born Citizen” as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution for the presidency.

In his petition letter to the three officials, Klayman requests that “administrative action to Convene an Investigation and Hearing” be commenced against Obama, whose “legal name,” Klayman claims, is “Barry Soetoro.”

Citing the work of Dr. Jerome Corsi, Lucas Daniel Smith, and Maricopa County Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo, Klayman states that there is a preponderance of evidence showing that Obama entered the United States as a foreign citizen and at some point began using the name “Barack Hussein Obama” without legally changing his name or naturalizing as a U.S. citizen.

On page 9 of the petition, Klayman explains the investigation into Obama’s scant documentation launched by Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio and delegated to his Cold Case Posse beginning in September 2011.  Arpaio and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo jointly announced on March 1, 2012 that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”  On July 17, 2012, a second press conference was held in which more detail as to how the posse arrived at its conclusions was presented and Congress was called upon to launch its own investigation of the findings.

On page 11, Klayman recounts information revealed by Zullo and Arpaio during the two press conferences relating to missing INS records for of passengers arriving by airplane to Honolulu, HI during the week of Obama’s reported birth between August 1 and August 7, 1961.

Klayman describes on page 13 the ways in which a foreign-born child could have been awarded a birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health on the word of a relative without any corroboration.

In July 2010, The Post & Email helped to sponsor a citizen investigator’s trip to Hawaii from the West Coast which included a visit to the Hawaii Department of Health.  The investigator noted that the entry of “DUPLICATE” appeared directly above Obama’s name in the Birth Index available for inspection by the public.  Earlier that year, another citizen investigator had looked at the same book and reported that Obama’s name did not appear in it.  On page 17 of his petition, Klayman wrote that “computerized ‘vital records’ databases such as the ‘Birth Index’ can be altered at the push of a keyboard button…”

During his occupation of the White House, Obama has relaxed deportations of young illegal aliens through executive action thought by many to be unconstitutional.  Over the last year, tens of thousands of illegal aliens from Central American and other countries surged over the southern border and have been allowed to remain in the country.  Many were reported to be carrying diseases and suffering from emotional distress from the dangerous journey to the United States.  Nevertheless, illegals have been sent to live in virtually every community in every state, where they are receiving a free public education at the expense of taxpayers.

A severe virus affecting school-age children has just claimed one child’s life in the state of Rhode Island.  The virus has reportedly been identified in children in 41 states and the District of Columbia beginning at the time that many children returned to school in the middle of August.

Obama has also brought tens of thousands of Middle Eastern Muslims into the United States, where violence dictated by Sharia law is becoming more prevalent.  Last week, a recent convert to Islam beheaded a coworker in their Oklahoma workplace and attempted to take another’s life before he was stopped by a manager carrying a gun.

Obama has appeared unmoved by the Oklahoma beheading and those of two American journalists by ISIS in recent weeks.

In February, Zullo announced on Carl Gallups’ “Freedom Friday” radio show that Arpaio had launched a second investigation covering tangential matters to that of Obama’s birth certificate.  Zullo has stated that a major announcement stemming from the birth certificate investigation will be made by Arpaio most likely after the November 4 elections, although a date has not been set.

Klayman contends that Obama arrived in the U.S. “and sought and obtained benefits under the INA using document fraud.”

Zullo has said that the news Arpaio will release at his upcoming press conference is “gut-wrenching.”  Klayman has claimed that the United States is Obama’s “adopted home” and called Obama a “fraudulent Muslim usurper.”
