PERPETRATED BY OBAMA AND HIS CO-CONSPIRATORS

(Nov. 19, 2013) — On Monday, Former DOJ prosecutor Andrew McCarthy told Fox News’s Megyn Kelly that the “grandfather” provision in the Affordable Care Act which would allow people to keep their former health care plans is “part of the fraud.”
McCarthy was discussing a lawsuit filed on behalf of a religious group which oppose providing contraception to their employees as mandated by the health care law. The Department of Justice, which was attempting to defend Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, admitted in its brief that most people whose health care is provided by employers will lose it.
Kelly said that “the majority” of people have indicated through recent polls that they believe Obama is dishonest.
“This is about as insidious as it gets,” McCarthy said. “They never though the grandfather clause was real in the first place.”
McCarthy has stated that the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, is unconstitutional and survived only because the U.S. Supreme Court “rewrote Obamacare as a tax” even though it was not argued to the court to be a tax.
On Tuesday, McCarthy wrote that “Obama’s claim that unwelcome cancellations are confined to the individual-insurance market is another brazen lie,” referring to those Americans who will now lose their employer-sponsored plans, which could be as high as 80%.
As McCarthy told Kelly in Monday’s interview, the Obama regime describes the cancellation of plans as a “transition.”
He concluded his article with, “Obamacare is a massive fraudulent scheme. A criminal investigation should be opened. Obviously, the Obama Justice Department will not do that, but the House of Representatives should commence hearings into the offenses that have been committed in the president’s deception of the American people.”
More than two years ago, a “criminal investigation” was opened into the “fraudulent” birth certificate posted on the White House website purported to be Obama’s. After six months, the image was declared a “computer-generated forgery.” Many scoffed at the idea that a sitting president could represent a fraudulent birth record as authentic.
For five years, those questioning Obama’s claim of a birth in Hawaii have been defamed, ridiculed, threatened, and intimidated. The major media has refused to report that significant evidence had existed prior to his run for the presidency that Obama was born in Kenya or Indonesia. Facilitators such as Bill O’Reilly have admitted to “marginalizing” the issue despite the evidence of fraud and forgery in Obama’s short-form and long-form birth certificates as well as his Selective Service registration form.
Those opposed to Obama’s policies are still labeled “racists” and “seditionists” by some of his supporters.
